- Angela (8/5): Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and easy access to restaurants and the highway. - The staff were very friendly, especially Rose at the front desk.
- Cherie (7/5): Beautiful, new facilities. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Could be cleaner. - All was good at this new, beautiful facility. It would have been a HUGE help if the front desk directed me to the nearby restaurants and stores, which were an easy right turn out of the parking lot, and turn right at the next light. It is a shame that such a new facility would not have better cleaning standards in the guest room and gym. The trash can was overflowing the in the gym, and there were no towels in there. The guest room's floors were dirty. There was pink bacteria all around the shower edges. The countertops needed wiping as well.
- Jeffery (1/5): - Truck was broken into in the parking lot location not good staff was uncooperative Everything about the place

- David (8/5): Friendly staff & Clean room. - Very nice front desk staff (Matthew~ I believe) efficient and friendly. For a change the TV service provided lots of channel options compared to other places I’ve stayed. The bed was uncomfortable seemed like I could feel the support springs/bar from the frame. It may be time to upgrade the mattress.

Say it offers breakfast. Does not. No breakfast was seen Is changing to. La Quinta franchise own name bring down there brand would not recommend. This hotel it is a 2 star hotel for a reason
- Wilma (9/5): The staff was great but not enough to take care of everything - Modern and new Good location Breakfast was not ready when we went down. We waited for food for 15 minutes. No coffee and no hot food We got coffee after the wait We waited but gave up on the food.

- Guilherme (10/5): Worth studying. Definitely will stay at La Quinta next time will be in town. - Brand new facilities, spacious room and a fantastic service. The staff of the hotel is very customer oriented and willing to help
- Laney (8/5): - USB plugs, easy on the eyes. Counter tops for things. Lots of room. Big tv. TV remote didn't turn on TV. Fridge didn't work. Windows shade wouldn't go all the way down. Desk person tried to fix. Chain wouldn't let it move. Offered to change room but friend was across hall. Put towels in window, it blocked the bottom and gave me privacy.
- Jimmy Joe (10/5): - Clean room. Enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- Matthew (8/5): - The staff was friendly and our room was nice. The only real issue with our room was the shower knob. It was very hard to turn on and off and we ended up taking a cold shower because no hot water ever came out.
- Jonathan (8/5): - Nice

- Hailee (2/5): - Stay somewhere else
- Anoop Anand (10/5): Nice place to stay. - Nice clean place. Looks recently remodeled.
- patrick (2/5): - This was a bummer. Place seemed pretty clean and fairly new, but I checked into my room at 945 pm, went back to car for more stuff, then key to room no longer worked. Back to desk for another key, back and forth several times, door just would not open! The evening manager was unable to get into the room, and I had my dinner and several valuables in there. Long story, short, it took 2 hours to get back into the room to get my stuff! Someone finally showed up who could help me, and I understand things break or malfunction sometimes, but I didn’t appreciate the lack of urgency from the evening manager, who did a poor job communicating with me about what was going on to fix the problem. Not being able to get ahold of someone else who could help me was a problem!
- Bill (10/5): - Clean
- Kelly (8/5): I have been a loyal customer with Midtown Suite for 2 years I'll give them a 7.0 rating - I like the desk staff, they were always so pleasant and always had a smile on their faces. I liked that if I had a problem which was little to none that they would try to solve or get right to it. I didn't like that I had to ask to have my room clean day to day on a 2-3 week stay. I had to ask to have my room clean and didn't always get it cleaned. You would think that if you are a housekeeper, unless told different by the customer you would clean the Hotel and the Hotel rooms, because that is your job.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent stay - Front desk service is a little slower than most and there was hair left in the shower and sink area, but overall it's not a bad place for the price with decent breakfast, comfortable beds, upgraded nicely, and safe/convenient.
- Kelly (8/5): Stay on top of staff to clean up your room at least get the trash. - This is a GREAT PLACE TO STAY… you may have to stay on the staff about cleaning your room if you stay more than two days but overall it is GREAT‼️‼️ There is NO DISLIKES ABOUT MIDTOWN SUITE‼️‼️❤️
- Adriano (8/5): -
- Carolyn (10/5): Breakfast fresh and hot very friendly staff - Convenient Room was clean elevator dirty, water wasn’t hot enough in the shower or strong enough
- Grabar (2/5): We definitely will not stay here again - Honestly, not very much we were given a room on the fourth floor just two doors down from the elevator, which was a great location in the hotel for us because my husband is disabled. The location was also a plus. Well, where do we begin first of all everything that is said is not at 100% truth yes the property is under renovation, but it is not called midtown suites it is actually La Quinta. The staff was hit or miss… overnight staff was NOT FRIENDLY… we checked in our room and I had to go to the bathroom, I sat on the toilet seat and I was only half attached and I slid right off! I called down to the front desk for maintenance and they documented it at least she said she did when we went to leave the hotel. I stopped and told another person and they said they knew nothing about it. A couple hours later a housekeeper showed up with a plunger then she realized it wasn’t Plugged that our seat was half off. She came back with black electrical tape and taped. The other half down is the one girl obviously did not speak very good English and relayed the wrong information to housekeeping checked in on Saturday and checked out on Monday. Also, the beds are not queen beds they are at the most doubles or full, but they’re not queens. We had no shampoo or soap there were crumbs all over the desk chair I went down for breakfast Sunday morning, and there were oranges that look like they were over a week old. There was only four yogurts in the refrigerator. There was a wheat bread that was available to make toast, which was stale. They had two hot options of sausage and scrambled eggs it was just very disappointing to say the least. The handicap parking spot that is closest to the hotel entrance was taken up by a trailer, which I think is wrong. That spot should be available for handicap visitors.
- Jesse (7/5): -
- Francisco (8/5): -
- Jeremy (9/5): - Friendly Staff
Amazing Shower
Comfortable Bed
Plenty of Room for Computer Station Powdered Eggs all week - Egg Patties did not come in
- Tonya (10/5): - The location was great.
- Jeremy (8/5): Very good -
- Tyrone (4/5): For this to be a renovated room wallpaper is coming off the wall marks all over not a very clean room very disgusting - Doesn’t have the correct name still under construction smells funny the lady that checked their skin very rude didn’t like the rooms that she showed us. Try to cancel wouldn’t allow us. It was more like we are being hostage enforced to take a room that we did not like. Still under construction, no one here but us it feels real creepy
- Tonya (6/5): It could be a little better... - It was clean and comfortable. Renovation, no pool, had to walk from my room all the way to the first floor just for ice. When there should be an ice machine on each floor. That was very annoying.
- Cantrell (1/5): Roaches!! - They said they had no handicap rooms that I never reserved one and had no rooms on the first floor due to renovation. My husband is blind can't do stairs and is afraid of elevators they gave us a room downstairs finally but when we came back from our dinner cockroaches were running around the lobby the employee just kicked one outside. We only stayed one night and left I will never go back. Cockroaches and employees
- Amber (9/5): We had a great experience, would 100% stay again. - Everything was clean even thought it was being renovated, the rooms were modern and comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and luxurious feeling, waffle maker was the perfect morning surprise No pool
- Keyon (1/5): Bad - Location No housekeeping
Lack of staff
- Baylee (7/5): Would probably stay here again, with the hopes of a better stay the next time. - It’s a great, quiet location. Most of the staff say hello and are very friendly. Otherwise everyone stayed to themselves. We have stayed here previously and it was great. But this year booking again, it was $100 extra dollars for the same amount of nights. The A/C unit did not work when you set it on high, and it was very noisy on low almost rattling on the wall. The worst part was the shower, and the handle for hot/cold wasn’t screwed in, if you didn’t push it in hard while turning trying to find a comfortable temperature, it would just fall off.
And we did have a huge cockroach come into the room. I don’t believe it was due to total dirtiness, but solely due to the door not being completely sealed in the bottom left corner and it probably just snuck its way inside. Still, not a pleasant experience at all to deal with that.
For the price we are paying, it is DEFINITELY the cheapest in the area without dealing with dirtiness. I just wish that it would have been better. Maybe we are planning to stay at this location next year again, and by then it should be done with its transition of being La Quinta, and not Midtown Suites. Hopefully better next time. Thank you.
- Tee (10/5): Exceptional - They were very nice and helpful Nothing
- Sandoval (8/5): Very good -
- Destiney (9/5): Superb - Loved the walk in shower and the king sized bed! Stayed a week and house keeping only came once
- Huffstetler (9/5): Superb -
- Miller (5/5): Passable -
- Ramana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Holly (3/5): Crap - Nothing. it was under construction . Super loud in the early mornings. Very dirty as well Continental breakfast was horrible, the hotel was dirty, kept calling the front desk to receive a blow dryer and iron and waited for over an hour and never received it.
- Huffstetler (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very clean and freshly renovated
Very quiet.
Bed was very comfortable!!
- Eli (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hunter (1/5): Bad -
- Peele (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was super nice and the rooms are a 10/10
- Crystal (8/5): - The hotel is under renovation and when I called the gentleman on the phone said they weren’t. So that made me a little worried. The room itself was nice but no ice machine was in the hotel. No public bathroom downstairs. They just need to be honest with customers about the renovations.
- Carla (10/5): - My room was just renovated and everything was very nice and clean
- Rosalba (10/5): - Great customer service and very nice room and clean.
- Erica (8/5): - It was under construction when we arrived but it was still very quiet and peaceful during the renovation
- Nancy (7/5): I would stay there again. It will be awesome when they are done renovating. - Price was great. Shower was wonderful. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast was in need of options.
- Hannah (9/5): Superb - room was big and comfortable, very modern and clean design the lobby was undergoing work so it didn't give the best first impression walking in
- Heber (10/5): - Great room, far enough away from Woodruff rd to not hear the traffic. Close enough to get where you need to be. Clean & comfortable room, will book again when im in the area.
- Joel (2/5): - The hotel is not ready to receive customers, at least not for that price. The hotel it's going through construction and remodelation. It was
very unprofessional for your website not to disclose this to us. They were also putting La Quinta hotel sign on my wall. I got pictures and videoto proove it. I had driven 18 hours to get here and sleep. When I got there it was so noisy. I could not even bear to be in the hotel. The drill noise was very loud on my wall where the bed was. On the four floor. I was offer a refund. However, it would had been more expensive to get a hotel on the spot. I am so disappointed for you to not disclose this with me and other of your customer's. If nothing is done, do not expect me to use your site again.
- Ashleigh (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was friendly and it’s close to restaurants and shopping. They are renovating inside and out so it was loud during the day, usually they stopped around 5pm
- Christopher (4/5): - Room was nice. But due to renovations it was very loud and wasn’t able to relax on our trip. When brought up to the front desk they said nothing but sorry about that.
- Emily (6/5): - Okay room for the price but the toilet ran ALL night
- MARVIN (2/5): - Nothing special about this place. Room service is horrible management is not worth a dime. The rooms were never cleaned the week. We were there and their responses. We have to check the cameras cause we don’t believe you. I came down every day to grab toilet paper towels because they never came to my room, but they said they have to check because they don’t believe me management is horrible. I will close with damage in the washer and all they could say is the responsibility of the guest to use the washing machine properly nowhere it says that it’s your responsibility to maintain the washer for that company. Midtown suites is not a place I would recommend even for a place to keep my dog. They weren’t even that busy construction on the first two floors third and fourth floor availability only and to boot I’m disabled and I had to come down every day myself to pick up the items that we needed in the room. We spoke to the manager and he says there’s nothing he can do about the loss of clothes there’s nothing they can do. This has been the worst trip ever. Then it’s not even mentioned that the construction is going on the hotel looks like crap.
- Nina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Diamond in the rough! - Remodeling has been going on for about a year but when it's completed it will be a fantastic hotel to stay at!!! Awesome room decor...comfortable bed and really modern bathroom. Will stay here again.
- Kelly (7/5): My stay served the purpose, I love the hotel and I’m going back. - Quiet, would floors. No house keeper replenished the towels nor came to clean the room and put trash bags. Also I was in no smoking and I smelled smoke all night.
