Это просто был дурдом........в местной мечети были ежедневные ихние пения в громкоговоритель!!!! Направленный именно на эту часть острова, где расположено жилье.......начиналось эти песнопения с вечера и до утра.....каждый час вздрагивал ночью......это был трэш, утешало только одно....хорошее само расположение.

• Helena (2/5): Decepcionante - Lo único bueno es la ubicación al lado de la playa La experiencia en este alojamiento fue decepcionante. La habitación estaba sucia y encontré telarañas debajo de la cama, lo cual demuestra falta de mantenimiento. El desayuno fue muy escaso y no lo recomendaría en absoluto. Lo único positivo es la ubicación, que resulta conveniente para moverse por la zona. Por lo demás, no cumplió con las expectativas.

Il porto dista circa 15 minuti a piedi, la struttura è fronte spiaggia, la colazione viene servita nei tavolini fronte mare. Camera spaziosa, abbastanza pulita. I bungalow hanno del potenziale ma potrebbero migliorare con lavori di manutenzione (avevamo la presa sopra il letto che penzolava e le luci che andavano ad intermittenza). Phon non disponibile. Durante il nostro soggiorno di 3 giorni non hanno pulito la stanza né rifornito asciugamani pulite/carta igienica. La colazione niente di che...

Ребятам всем большое спасибо за доброту и гостеприимство! Отсутствие уборки в номере. Вода в раковине еле течёт. Есть проблемы с электрикой. (Лампочка в номере мигает при выключенном освещении. Где то замыкает провода) . Полотенца совсем старые, серые, хорошо бы обновить. Шторы - можно добавить тюль. Обо всем приходится просить персонал. Но сами не сделают ничего, если не попросишь. Наверное у них такие правила в объекте размещения

Facilmente raggiungibile dal porto a piedi (ca 10 minuti) Possibilità di usufruire di lettini e ombrelloni gratis (seppur molto pochi e non pulitissimi) e colazione in spiaggia. Prezzo molto conveniente rispetto al resto degli alberghi sull’isola Colazione in linea con gli standard indonesiani (piatto + bevanda) Scarso il getto della doccia e la pulizia (comunque ampiamente accettabile)

Можно пользоваться лежаками и полотенцами, которые принадлежат отелю. В комнате есть все необходимое.Кондиционер работал хорошо. Вода горячая есть. В целом соотношение цена/качество соответствует. Полотенца в номере необходимо обновить.

• Fortes Pardo (9/5): Buena ubicación, calidad precio buena y personal amable. - La habitación es muy grande y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia, además estaba todo muy limpio. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Está muy bien ubicado, ya que puedes llegar desde el puerto andando, pero no está pegado a los bares de ambiente, por lo que puedes ir andando pero sin escuchar el ruido. Está justo enfrente de la playa, tiene tumbonas que puedes usar sin pagar y el desayuno te lo sirven allí (puedes elegir café y zumo y algo de comer, es bastante correcto). En esa playa puedes ver tortugas. Te dan toallas para la playa y, si lo necesitas, te dan unas nuevas. Tienen un bar en la playa, muy bien de precio, aunque no se podía pagar con tarjeta. El año estaba bien, pero la ducha no tenía presión ni agua caliente, por lo que es complicado lavarse el pelo. Solo te dejan una toalla por persona -bastante estropeada- y no nos las cambiaron, aunque las de playa sí que nos las cambiaron.

De kamer is klein maar dat is net echt erg want je leeft daar buiten. Badkamer is heel basic maar goed en schoon. Afsluiting van de huisjes dan blijft het ook wat koeler.

Café da manhã simples, mas eficaz. Eles tem bicicleta para alugar e por ser na frente do hotel a devolução é fácil. Infelizmente chuveiro quente somente para a primeira pessoa que toma banho, nós estávamos em 3 pessoas e as outras 2 após a primeira tinham que esperar muito tempo para a água esquentar novamente ou tomar banho com água fria.

• Laurent (10/5): Parfait, nous avons fait de la plage, vélo pour aller voir le coucher de soleil et snorkeling. Staff souriant et répond - Proximité de la plage et service exceptionnel. Le capitaine qui nous offert le trip de snorkeling était génial nous avons adoré son équipage (guides) qui nous ont bien expliqué les trucs de plongée et ont trouvé les meilleurs moments pour éviter les rushs de touristes aux endroits de plongée. Nous avons prit un 4h privé à 4 personnes et très bon prix. Nous recommandons fortement. Tout était super, j’aurais aimé un peu plus de choix de nourriture, mais ce qu’il y avait sur place était bon. Faites attention aux coquerelles, elle rentre dans les chambre dans la nuit, ce n’est pas la faute du staff il faut juste être vigilant et bloquer les craques sous les portes.

The chairs, tables, and daybeds on the beach for guests to use were a great touch. The staff were polite and friendly, and the price of the hotel was very reasonable. The only things we didn’t like were that we had to ask ourselves if we needed fresh towels, bed sheets, or to refill the water bottle—they didn’t do it automatically. But once we asked, they always responded quickly and took care of it right away. Also, the breakfast was quite small with only a few options to choose from.

• ELINA (10/5): Отличное соотношение цены и качества - В отличие от соседних отелей, в которых мы также посмотрели номера, в данном отеле в бунгало не было посторонних запахов бытовой химии и прочих. Отличное расположение, завтрак за столиками на берегу, достаточное количество лежаков. Персонал моментально реагировал на любые наши просьбы. Единственное пожелание к руководству отеля - купить новые полотенца и заменить старые полотенца в номерах, а также предоставлять пляжные полотенца своим клиентам.
• Anita (7/5): Zeer fijn verblijf gehad, maar ook wel erger puntjes ten opzichte van andere jaren dat we hier zijn. - De prachtige locatie, direkt aan het strand . De ligging net buiten het centrum maar nog wel tussen de gezelligheid van winkeltjes en restaurantjes. De ligging van de bungalows in een rustige tuin. De fijne koffie en thee voorzieningen en de ruime de luxe kamer. Daarnaast is het personeel erg vriendelijk en altijd fijn om ieder weer te zien. Ik kan je aanraden daar ook je trips te boeken, echt super geregeld daar. Als je ergens om vraagt wordt het geregeld. Schoonmaak, koffie the. Of toiletpapier. De prijs is enorm gestegen dit jaar en gaat een inflatie ver te boven, de de luxe kamer heeft in potentie wel de mogelijkheid dit bedrag te vragen maar nu echt niet. Dan moet bepaalde zaken echt beter geregeld worden. Wat je acceptabel vind voor een lagere prijsklasse. Het internet zou goed zijn dit jaar, maar niet. Na het plaatsen van een nieuwe kabel ( na weer te hebben geklaagd) was het goed. Maar omdat het water via de kabel zo het internet kastje inloopt zal het niet lang duren voor deze kabel ook geoxideerd is. Daarnaast spreekt een groot deel van het huidige personeel geen woord Engels. Op een toeristen plek als deze niet verstandig. Er ging nog wel eens iets mis met de bestelling. Erfelijk voor ons, maar ook verspilling voor hun. Daarnaast was er nul. Nul proactiviteit van het personeel. Was andere jaren beter. De koffie kopjes van de ochtend stonden eind van de middag nog op het strandtafeltje. Er waren bijna geen gasten ieder klaagt over het gebrek aan gasten, zorg dan goed voor de gasten die er wel zijn, met actief de glazen ophalen, kun je ook nieuwe bestellingen opnemen. Nu bestelden we vaak alleen ijskoffie in de ochtend, niemand kwam langs om te vragen. Het water in de kamer was maar een piepklein straaltje (de leidingen moesten worden schoongemaakt) ik denk doe het dan nu het hotel ibijna leeg is. Prullenbak erg vies wordt niet schoongemaakt na legen. E no het plafond in de badkamer bladderen zoveel lagen saus en schimmel naar beneden dat het tijdens douchen of naar toilet gaan als sneeuw op je hoofd viel. Dit hebben we laten verwijderen. Daarnaast is het ontbijt voor de huidige kamerprijs minimaal. Die er wat vers fruit bij en zorg dat de kwaliteit van gerechten constant en goed is. Lijkt nu of het niet een goed hotel is. Dit is het zeker wel. Maar voor de huidige prijs moeten bovenstaande zaken echt beter. Daarnaast zijn het alle kleine puntjes van aandacht en ik hoop dat de eigenaar hier iets meedoet en het eens niet op zijn beloop laat.

• Caterina (4/5): Mal - Esta bien ubicado depende de lo que busques porque sí, esta en una zona tranquila, no hay ruidos. Pero la zona es de las mas sucias y pobres de la isla. No tenia enchufes al lado de la cama, ni mesitas. Sólo habia 1 enchufe en TODA la habitación. En las fotos del hotel salen habitaciones con mosquiteras, deicimos reservar aquí por este motivo, y al pedir por mensaje una hab. Con mosquitera nos comentan que son fotos antiguas y que ya no tienen. El primer dia, nos encontramos una cucharacha y cienpiés en la habitación. El baño dejaba mucho que desear, la ducha esta encima del inodoro, sin separación, cuando te duchas mojas hasta el papel higíénico.

• Aino (5/5): Had to share our room with rats - Great location, pretty pathway with trees to the bungalows, okay breakfast. Do NOT book the Deluxe Family Room. It seems like this is not a problem in other rooms, but we had rats in our room. Multiple. We think they might have come through the roof and they roamed around the room and our luggage the first night. We told the staff and they came in with bug spray, sprayed the room and said all is fine. Obviously it wasn’t and we had more rats in our room the same night. We told the staff in the morning about it again and asked them to do something, but they didn’t. Later we asked again and specifically asked for rat traps or to be moved to a different room. They said they’ll order “special” rat traps from Lombok that ended up being pieces of paper with some kind of glue on them. Also the second day one of us was taking a nap in the room and woke up to a rat right on the nightstand. At this point the staff was still expecting us to stay in the same room and said the traps should be enough, and I’m no rat specialists but these rats were big and a little piece of paper wouldn’t have really held them. Finally we managed to get moved to a new room and got an okay sleep (the AC wasn’t working that well but that was a small grievance after rats). At this point the staff became more attentive and were helpful with changing our room and apologised a lot for the inconvenience caused, which was appreciated, but also it would’ve been nice to get that reaction right from the get go. We had to ask for everything ourselves, they didn’t do anything of their own accord after we told them about the rats the first time, we had to ask for the traps, for cleaning, for changing rooms. We ended up shortening our stay and everything went well with that. We would’ve really wished for a little more care from the staff right away, maybe ask if we want to change rooms or offer compensation or anything, but that was just not happening and we had to fight for decent service.
