Bei check-out vor 9.30 Uhr ist eine Extra Gebühr ( 50RM) fällig. 200 RM Kaution, die einbehalten werden, wenn man den Mülleimer im Zimmer nicht leert, oder man Flecken auf der Bettwäsche/ Handtücher hinterlässt. Man fühlt sich nicht sehr willkommen

Les fenêtres ne sont pas du double vitrage alors on entend tous les bruits de la rue ce qui peut déranger le sommeil dans la nuit. Piscine sur le toit agréable également.

The view from our room looked directly out into a rubbish dumping ground. The gym only had three (cardio) machines and only one machine semi-worked. The only positive part of our stay was the rooftop pool.

- Nurul (7/5): Good - Booked 1 year earlier, super cheap. Spacious space. Got many facilities. Beautiful decorated room. All equipment functions well. Very unfriendly staff, very slow response. Space is quite clean, but the bathroom stinks, like someone spray pee around the bathroom walls. Need to clean thoroughly, then the pungent smells go away.

- Tw (7/5): Good - Room is clean. WiFi is superbly fast. Staff is responsive. Need to liaise thru WhatsApp as Widebed does not have a front desk inside the hotel. So make sure there is internet connection before heading to hotel. Widebed will WhatsApp thru mobile number given in booking. Inform them of your ETA so someone will meet you at lobby to pass you hotel keys. Need to provide additional RM 200 cash as deposit.

- Lee (8/5): Very good - Strategic location and convenient with walking distance to Lalaport, Berjaya Times Square, ICC Pidu etc. Public parking behind the premises with charge. No front desk counter to provide immediate response. Assistant only via WhatsApp. No free parking for check in guest.
- Errin (9/5): Great staff on the edge of the city - Massive apartment for a great price. Was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in process and unbeatable rooftop pool views! Location convenient and all amenities worked well (shower a little colder than I like but was fine) If you're checking out outside of staffed hours (9:30am-6pm), make sure you can try to get your bond back the day prior or discuss with staff. We had to check out at 8am and luckily we came back to KL a few days later so we could pick up the deposit, otherwise we would've lost it- it was around $65 AUD so we didn't want to lose out on it.

Facilities were sufficient for the stay in this apartment. Roof top scenery was beautiful. Infinity pool looked tempting. AC compressor door near window was not soundproof. Could hear the construction and train noise. Toilet and bathroom had no hangers to hang clothing. Car park lots were chargeable. Car park ramp was narrow for large cars. 40% of the gym machines were out of order.
