• Luka (10/5): It cannot be better - A home away from home. We loved the quiet, local feel of this neighborhood, yet we were still just a short stroll from the heart of the Old Town. What really stood out was the kindness of the owners—they treated us like family, helping us find the best local comfort food when my boyfriend was sick. Our room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hoi An! Nothing

• Adi (10/5): Would love to come back here someday - The staff was always so helpful, have good English, have bicycles for rent, the bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is good and always hot. The area is calm and quiet with a close proximity to Chabad (good option for Shabbat keepers), a walking distance from the river, tailors and spas and many restaurants. About a 15 minute walk from the old town which really isn’t that bad but that’s the only thing.
• Tony (9/5): Great place to stay 😊 - Everything was amazing. The host family are very welcoming and helpful. Although it is not right in the center it is a short walk. The short distance is good especially if you intend on eating banana pancakes with Nuttela from a street vender, you will need the exercise. A very quiet location. I should have spent more time staying here rather than in Da Nang.. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. I would not say it is a dislike. However it would have been nice to have a rubbish bin in the room. I had a spare plastic bag so I used this for the very small amount of rubbish I had.

• Sylvia (10/5): Pleasant and enjoyable stay im Hoi An! - Decided to stay here for 3 nights instead of initially booked for one night. Property is very clean and quiet. Not too far out to town centre about 10-15 mins walk. Can rent a bicycle if distance is too far for you to walk. Our host Neithan speaks very fluent English and given us recommendations of what to do and eat around Hoi An. Very responsive to messages and ready to help if you need anything ie. Da Nang airport transfer, currency exchange, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit Hoi An again! Nothing

Due to their being really big windows in front of the properties, the room got warm quickly but we resolved this by keeping Curtains drawn Throughout the day when we went there

Can walk from the place to the main touristy spots and you can find massage, laundry service, coffee shops as well as convenient store around. It is more like a home-stay style. The host is living at the same building but a separate entrance. I can find help easily. The hot water for shower is limited, but the host helped with the issue right after.

It is in a perfect location, but I think what makes this place stand out is they offer a free bicycle for you to use during your stay! As a budget traveler this was a game changer for me as I was able to see so much more of this city than I have been in other cities. The owners are so nice, the room is big, and the bed is very comfortable. I wish I would have stayed here longer.
