Close to shops , parks and not far from central business district. Easy to contact, accommodating when we had to change our arrival time with short notice. Overall value for money, enjoyable stay and very important the cleanest place we have stayed at. Honestly, nothing.

They accommodated for two extra people, which was very convienent, it was a last minute arrangement as we had family traveling to Auckland and needed a stop over to rest. Our TV wasn't working. It would be good if the check to make sure that it's working before we arrive.

The thermal pool was relaxing and a great way to unwind. It added something special, we really enjoyed having access to it. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and helpful making us feel at home. The location was also convenient, close to shops and local attractions, which made getting around simple. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. N/A

- Nicholas (6/5): An fair place to stay in an ok location with old facilities - A fairly comfortable place to stop when passing through Tauranga. The room is spacious and the furniture and beds are comfortable. The courtyard outside is large and is a pleasant view of outside the room. The room is clearly dated with the front door lock being a bit sticky and requiring to be pushed shut to make the lock engage. The kitchen sink is like a laundry sink with separate hot and cold spouts was a bit awkward to use. The shower also had low pressure and took a long time to heat up and get the temperature right and the hot and cold tap positions were reversed on the sink compared to the shower. The location was also not ideal and required driving to get into the main part of town and had to go a back route due to some turning lane controls at the nearest intersection.

- Shane (6/5): Just OK. Wouldn't stay here again on a work trip. - Cost was fair and location good. Plenty of parking. I stayed in room 1. The door gets stuck, but you can pull it hard and it opens and closes. No Iron or ironing board for ironing shirt etc - that would be good to have for people staying overnight for work. Room was really cold, though I discovered a heater the next morning. The property was quite dated notably the doors and shower.

The thermal pool wasn’t quite hot enough, but it was a good size for kids to play in. There’s no air conditioning in the room, however two fans were provided, which was fine.

Needs basic cleaning up work done. Wont be back.

- Trina (5/5): Basic, clean - Close to where we needed to be. No lounge area or sitting room in 2 bedroom unit, shower dangerously slippery so used a cotton bath mat in there as grip. Smoke alarm kept going off at random intervals so took it down from the ceiling.
