• Dayana (10/5): - The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, organized, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was excellent, close to Hallasan Mountain and Seongsan Ilchulbong, which made traveling around Jeju very convenient. If we return to Jeju, we would definitely stay here again. Nothing significant. We had a very pleasant stay.

• Koay Phaik Ai (10/5): - The room is sparkling clean, spacious & nicely decorated. The lady owner is super helpful. Even though her English is limited, we can see from the enthusiasm on her face that she was trying to help in whatever aspect possible. She drove us to the Seongsan Park which is actually nearby as it was getting late & the next day was forecasted to be a raining day. She kept our bicycles in the lobby despite the limited space as we didn't want the bicycles to be exposed in the rain the next morning. There is no elevator. Not a big deal as there are only 3 storeys but just have to take note for the elderly

The room itself was clean and neat, smelled of wood. For the price, there was nothing to complain about. Nothing - it was generally overall excellent for the price.

• DAPHNE (9/5): Good location, perfect for your stay at Seongsan - Good location, walkable to Seongsan. Owner gave us good recommendations of what to eat nearby and also helped us out with our luggage. Needed some help with the room temp and owner came by to help us out with it. Kids enjoyed the stay. Do manage expectations on level of communication in English. Was a little bit of a struggle to communicate and instructions weren’t adequately provided for check-in/room use.

Bed was very comfortable and new decor is very aesthetically pleasing. Host was really friendly too! Room was really spacious as well. That we only stayed 2 nights!

• Joke (9/5): Geweldige hosts. - De host heeft ons supervriendelijk ontvangen en we konden onze bagage voor inchecken al veilig bij hen opbergen en ook laten staan na uitchecken. Ze heeft ons leuke aanbevelingen gedaan voor het eten, geholpen bij reservaties en enkele café's met mooie uitzichten aangeraden. Er was een hittegolf toen we er waren en we kregen veel extra koel water om onze flessen aan te vullen.

• melody (9/5): Clean, quaint place close to the beach and seongsan ilchubong - Very clean, close to the beach and seongshan ilchubong. Owner met us by the side of the road to direct us to the appropriate parking area. Room was on the second floor, but the owner's partner helped us carry bags up. Room was as advertised. Owner spoke limited English but google translate made up for any communication required. Owner was also very friendly and kind. The hairdryer in the room was not working. Bath Towels were more like small hand towels but I suppose these are cultural aspects of living here, not quite the fault of the owners.

Los hospedadores eran muy simpaticos y nos ayudaron No es para 4 personas, sólo hay una cama doble y dos futones súper finos y súper incómodos, tuvimos que pedir 2 más para poder dormir lgo y aun así fue muy incómodo. Valoro con un 6 porque los dueños nos facilitaron los otros 2 futones y fueron amables. Limpieza regular. Deberían indicar más claramente que sólo hay una cama. Las fotos que muestran son de apartamentos mucho mas renovados que el que nos tocó

• Yo (9/5): It is a very cost-effective accommodation experience. - The owner is so helpful! After receiving us late at night, they were still very enthusiastic in introducing us to the surrounding cafe, which were indeed very beautiful! The room is much bigger and more comfortable than it looks in the photos. Even if the third person slept on the floor mattress it was quite comfortable. The location is very convenient to Seongsan Ilchulbong and Udo Island. It is perfect to walk to the coast in 3 minutes to enjoy the sunrise in the morning. Not much. But there is no elevator so it is a bit difficult to get large luggage up and down.

A little hiccup on the check-in as the person in charge wasn’t around and leave no instructions to check in. But all good after communicating via a phone call.

• David (8/5): Great host and amazing location! - Host is very friendly and drove us to the Seongsan Ferry Terminal. Provided assistance when we needed a taxi from the Airport to the accommodation due to a flight delay. Missed the bus and needed to wait more than an hour for the next. There is no elevator in the building but the host assisted us with our luggage and carried it up to our room. Everything was great.

• Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional - The host is absolutely fabulous. Such a kind person, really goes above and beyond to help you and make your stay enjoyable. She had many recommendations of good things to do and was even kind enough to drive me to the ferry terminal. Her partner is lovely and carried my (very heavy) suitcase up the stairs so I didn’t have to and also told me to message her when I wanted to check out so he could carry it down for me. 10/10 could not more highly recommend. Thank you so much!!! Nothing, everything was wonderful.

• Cynthia (9/5): Cosy Guest House. - The location is good. Near attractions, I mean by car. There are many eateries and shops within walking distance. Host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating as she allowed us to check-in early. She would help us to carry our luggage up and down the staircase. There is free car parking space. It is a guest house. Be aware that there is no escalator. You have to climb up to 4th floor if unlucky.

• Low (7/5): Overall, I am satisfied with the 2 nights stay for the friendly host, clean room and nice scenery. - The host is very warm and friendly, she recommends the food we wanted to try, helped to call for reservation and even drive us to the destination! The location is good as there are nearby restaurants, walking distance to the sea for nice scenery and photo taking. There is no lift and we need to carry our luggage to our room located on the 3rd floor. Thankful the host is very kind to help carry the bag up. The bed is smaller than a usual queen size bed so is quite squeeze for me and my hubby. Luckily there is extra bedding that I can sleep on the floor and the floor is warm as it got the heating facilities.

Host was friendly and gave good recommendations. The room was a little cramped for three people. Although the listing said that it could sleep up to four, it definitely would not be a comfortable stay for so many, room wise.

She gave recommendations for local sightseeing and restaurant which was helpful since I was traveling solo and some restaurants don’t cater to single diners. I wish I had more time to spend in the area. Would stay here again. Firm mattress, typical for Korea and large wet room bathroom. Great pension! Nothing

Some facilities eg washing machine was not included but the host had offer to help us do laundry if we required. Overall room cleaning need to be improved. The friendly host and the location.

Everything else was ok for the price that we paid. Host is very friendly and recommended us the nice Black Pig BBQ which is a walking distant away from the apartment. There is any place for any coffee or breakfast nearby. Only make do with food (not much choice) from 7-11 which is very near.
• Hendi (8/5): Great place to stay if you choose east side of Jeju island. - Clean, next to Seungsan. Walking distance to watch sunrise and sunset. Enough car parking places, next to 7-eleven. Great washing machine and air condition. The lady owner is very kind, helpful, recommending us to the best black pig bbq restaurant near to hotel. No elevator, but the owner is very kind to help carrying the luggages up and down the stairs.

• I (8/5): Very good - The hostess is very enthusiastic. She will tell us what is interesting. The message will be answered immediately. The mattress on the floor is too thin. The wind in the hair dryer is too weak.
• Angelika (9/5): Superb - fantastic location close to the harbour and also to the volcano. the studio was pretty and even had a freezer and a laundry machine what we especially appreciated. a second chair in the room would be nice so that both people can sit on the little table. and it would be great if the guests could use the water filtering system. constantly buying new water bottles is not sustainable and also not very handy.
• Yong (8/5): Very good - The hosts aww fantastic. They gave us a rise to the port to Udo isle and assisted us to call a taxi, all with smiles on their faces. The amenities are basic as expected of a pension.
