Además, a través de booking reservamos una habitación para 4 y al llegar era una habitación con una cama de matrimonio y una cama pequeña. Solo nos proporcionaron 2 toallas pequeñas y la limpieza no era buena. Habitación pequeña sin armario o baldas para guardar las cosas.

• Annie (6/5): For a night stay is fine. - Value for money. The spacious balcony with small kitchenette. And the sea view is great. The small restaurant right outside hotel is great. Food is good and price is very reasonable. Poor sound proof especially the strong wind blowing against the door.

Wouldn't want to stay for more than a night but we just wanted to somewhere close to Sunrise peak so we could get up early for the sunrise so It definitely met all our requirements. Great location.

• Zi (9/5): The nicest stay of our trip. - Had a nice view facing the sea, the restaurant right next to the hotel was really good (not the restaurant at the hotel but rather beside it), good location near restaurants, convenience stores, seongsan. heated floor was nice, the toliet was clean, the room was spacious for 4 people and 4 big luggages. no complaints.

• Jidan (7/5): Near to ilchubong - 3mins drive to ilchubong. The room and bathroom were spacious. Water pressure was strong. Overall, a pleasant stay! :) The room was not cleaned adequately as we found sweet wrappers in the bedside drawer. Bed was a little soft for our liking.
• Alicia (6/5): - El hotel tiene ya sus añitos, aunque la localización es perfecta si quieres visitar Seongsan Ilchubong (especialmente si quieres subir al amanecer) y la zona este de Jeju. El personal es inexistente, nunca respondieron a mis emails y al llegar me dieron una llave, sin nisiquiera pedirme un documento de identidad. No volvi a ver a nadie en ningún momento, asi que no sé si se pueden dejar las maletas antes o despues de quedarte alli (no hubo nadie a quién preguntar...) Las habitaciones tienen ya sus añitos, aunque estan limpias. No creo que valga la pena pagar extra por la vista al mar, las ventanas estan tan sucias que poco se ve... Son habitaciones muy amplias, eso sí, y limpian todos los dias. Me gustó tener la pequeña cocina aparte, aunque no llegué a usarla, la sensación de espacio era agradable. No limpian la habitación, pero dejan toallas y quitan la basura a diario, también hay botellas de agua gratis en la habitación. No es un hotel que recomendaría, aunque para una noche, no está mal.

• Peter (3/5): Terrible, but it's expected for the cheap price. - The room was at a bare minimum of cleanliness. The location was close to Seongsan mountain, so that was one thing I liked. The bathroom was very small, and it's facility was terrible. The rainfall shower literally fell down. Thank god no one was showering then or else it would've caused a terrible accident. The staff was very unfriendly (he just threw an extra mattress on the floor because we didn't have enough beds. We clearly ordered a 4 person room but gave us a 3 person room.) I wouldn't recommend this hotel, unless your looking for a low budget hotel (fit for 1-3 people).
• Richard (8/5): Very good - Nice location on the harbor and close for the sunrise walk at Seongsan Ilchulbong, which is the main reason you stay in this town. Big room with kitchen area. Not the property's problem, but if you got through booking.com, your reservation probably won't show up in the hotel's system, and it's hard to explain to the older gentleman, who speaks zero English. This happens with most of my booking.com reservations. SMH
• Jen (10/5): - A great location close to shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious and there was plenty of easily accessible parking. Minimal interaction with staff and very quiet and pleasant stay.

While there is shampoo and shower gel provided, there is no conditioner and no lotion (so bring your own). No English TV station, though a movie network that showed one. No American news, No available plug/converter for non-Korean plugs.

Our room was not cleaned and the daily allotment of new towels, water and coffee was not provided, until we asked. The shower towels they provide are willing to size of hand towels.

• SEUNGSAE (10/5): 성산일출봉 주변 숙소. 굿 - 연세 지긋하신 사장님께서 푸근하게 맞아주시고 배웅해주셔서 기분좋았구요 창밖으로 보이는 바다. 걸어서 다녀오기 좋은 위치에 성산일출봉까지 ...체크인하고 차두고 나가서 남편과 기분좋게 맛난음식으로 술한잔 하고오니 두말할 필요없이 좋은 여행이었습니다.

• TOMOKO (10/5): - 総合的にみたらとてもコストパフォーマンスが良いホテルで、快適に過ごせました。 毎日ペットボトルの水を補充してくれるところが嬉しかったです。掃除も綺麗にしてくださっていました。 3泊したのですが、トイレットペーパーやティッシュが少なくて途中で無くなったけど、夜間で補充ができないなどがあったのと、洗面所の床が常に漏水で濡れていたのがちょっと残念でした。

• Manh (10/5): A nice sunrise and a romantic view of sunset from a spacy room with kitchen like from your home... - - Good location for anyone planning to hike up Seosang Peak to watch sunrise. 5 minutes to the Seosang Entrance (use the small path along the traditional houses on the left would be fastest) and it takes 25 minutes to hike up to the peak. There is a time table on the desk to let you know when the sun rises according to months. - Very good sound proof to keep you peaceful and calmful to sleep early to prepare for the early hike the morning after. - Very spacy room, enough place to cook and enjoy the sunset from your room if you choose the room with coast view. - Free self washing service with provided washing powder. A sunny hanger place to keep your clothes dry very fast under the sun. - Beautiful view from the rooftop, I hope the hotel can redo something to make it nicer. It looks as if there used to be a lot of fun up there, but not anymore. I can understand maybe Covid affected a huge impact... - A bit urine smell in the elevator, maybe because of some drunk guest before, but not so bad.

• Quỳnh (8/5): The location was great and worth the price. - The location is close to everything. The bus stop, harbor, attractions, restaurants and convenience stores are all in walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner in our room didnt work.

Sound proof window to block the sounds from road. No full body mirror. Small shower cubicle. Will be tight for a larger person. Take note towels size are korean sized / hand towel. Got the hang of using it after some time. Noise from renovation going on at #1. Ok if you leave early and return late.

• Unmanagable (6/5): Great location, but the property needs upgrades - Spacious rooms. Excellent location with steps away from the popular Seongsan Ilchulbong (if you are in the right room, you could be overlooking it). The room was a little outdated. The wall had water stains (possibly from wet clothes being hung from the clothes holder). The washroom surely needs some plumbing upgrades. Our first room had leaks under the sink and toilet. But the staff was prompt to get us a change of rooms.
• Mun (7/5): Overall the price is worth for stay. - We love the location because it was nearby the Seongsan Ilchulbong. Also, the room was spacious and clean. Towel provided was in small size, more likely a face towel size. Not only that, they didn’t provide any toothbrush and toothpaste.

• Kerryn (10/5): Pleasant - location was great, short walk to Seongsan Ilchubong to see sun rise ☺️ also short walk to the sea side and there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby, bus stop is super near too. Room space a bit small for 4 of us, but bearable just for 2 nights.

• Francesca (7/5): A night in a central but smelly hotel - The property was in central Seongsan and just a stones throw away from Ilchulbong which was perfect for a sunrise hike. The hotel is quite worn and old fashioned. The reception smells like a fish mongers, it really is a horrible smell and feel in the lobby.

• Lai (3/5): broken down place that smelled of fishy cooking the whole time. - location near the Seonsan mountain. Can see sunset. Broken down badly maintained.. air-conditioning not working so room was 31 degree Celsius, staff insisted that aircon is working. The shower head dropped off. No washing machine inside the room as advertised. The doors slam shut with loud noise each time. No one could understand any English.
• Jason (5/5): Bearable for a night, but if you want worthwhile accommodation, search elsewhere. - Good location. sheets were nice. The pictures in the listing must have been taken a long time ago, because the establishment is not in such condition anymore. Stains on the walls, moldy shower head, and the overall feel of a few beds shoved into what used to be an apartment complex room—which is exactly what it is. The space where a refrigerator should be in the kitchen is just empty space, the kitchen utensils are haphazard, ill-matching, and thoughtless. Just a few random dishware thrown in. The hotel itself felt run down, with no welcoming nature to speak of, cleaning supplies cluttering stairwells, and sellotape holding together the main entrance. And lastly, the man working the front desk was rude and dismissive. Wouldn’t even look at me when he spoke to me, which was rather demeaning. Not worth the price. Even in the height of busy season there are places of comparable pricing that are much better. Find other accommodation.

• GUM SOO (10/5): 다음에도 이용할겁니다. - 성인2 초등2 4인 가족을 위한 맞춤형 퀸사이즈 베드가 2개 있고, 테이블, 옷장, 화장실, 무엇하나 부족함이 없어 너무 편하게 잘 이용했습니다. 7일이 넘는 여행기간이라 룸에 있는 세탁기도 이용할수 있어 큰도움 되었고, 공용 식당에서 셀프 조식도 저렴한 가격에 아주 만족스러워서 다른친구에게도 이미 추천했습니다.

• Verified traveler (4/5): 별로, 다신 안 감 - 벌레 나옵니다... 일층에 매운탕 집 있고, 건물 자체가 너무 낡아서 그런지 벌레 나오고, 건물 컨디션/직원 컨디션은 모텔~민박 사이 쯤 되는거 같네요. 촌동네에 민박 생각하고 가시면 딱 맞습니다. 촌동네 민박에 비해 장점은 침대 매트리스는 푹신하고 편하네요. 성산일출봉 가깝다는 장점 있지만, 옆에 코업 시티호텔 가세요. 거기 묵는 친구 만났는데 비슷한 가격에 훨씬 좋더군요...

• Verified traveler (8/5): - 바다전망이라 해서 선택했는데 아니었네요. "바다전망" 글씨 두번 적힌 것 선택해야 바다전망이고요. 한번 적힌건 건축중인 건물과 맞닿아있어 아무것도 안 보이고 무섭습니다.... 룸컨디션,위치,청결도 다 맘에 듭니다만 전망에 속았네요. !!!!바다보이는 사진 있는 룸만 바다보입니다!!!!

• Shin Ja (10/5): 성산일출봉 좋은 숙소 - 엄청 좋아요~ 청결위생상태 굿굿이고 성산일출봉이 바로 코앞이예요 앞바다전망도 좋고 직원분도 친절하셨어요 3명가족여행이어서 앞베란다있는 트윈룸 이용했는데 가족모두 대만족였어요! 바로앞 제주흑돼지 돈까스도 맛있고 근처 더라이트 까페는 정말 성산일출봉과 바다가 끝내주네요~
