- Nelli (6/5): - здравствуйте! начну с плохого- 21 июня я не могла дозвониться по телефону, который был указан в письме, никаких вывесок о местоположении гостиницы, под проливным дождем поздним вечером пришлось искать другой отель, пришлось поселиться в хостеле на Ковенском пер. Через час мне позвонили все-таки, но уже не было смысла идти в апартаменты, попросила, чтобы 30 июня мне все-таки объяснили, как попасть в гостиницу. Да, 30 июня все получилось. Я без особых претензий, все необходимое есть, чтобы прийти вечером отдохнуть. Местоположение очень хорошее. Возможно воспользуюсь при следующей поездке. Интересует вопрос возврата денег за 21-22 июня, я ведь не проживала в гостинице, хотелось бы получить их .
- EVGENIY (2/5): Отвратительно - В отель так и не попал, по указанному номеру телефона не отвечают, двери не открывают. Пришлось снимать номер в другом отеле, отдых испорчен, деньги никто не вернул
- Irina (8/5): - Месторасположение замечательное, но сами апартаменты, конечно, на троечку, давно требуют ремонта. Но, если приходить туда только ночевать, то все нормально.
