Nigel (1/5): Never again! - Nothing No one available to check me in. I had clearly advised arrival time in a message to the property well before he arrival date. No one to check me in until 7.15 PM. I have never had a similar experience anywhere and BDC refused to do anything about it.

Still a very beautiful house in a quiet and very interesting - Beautiful architecture, very modern and nicely furnished and decorated. Unless you don’t mind or maybe you are even looking for a place where you are self sufficient, this is not a place for you. We missed some intereaction, guidance, advice. Fortunayely, Lady Lek, who is in charge of the maintenance tried her best using AI translation application to help us around. We thank her a lot!
Oliver (10/5): Loved it! - We loved this place. It felt super homely. It was such a relaxed place. Very quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle from the big cities. We will come back for sure. The housekeeper does not speak English which is no issue at all as she is very efficient with the translation app. She helped us rent a scooter and also with the transportation back to Hua Hin. There is a very beautiful cave in the area which we visited. Nothing really, we loved our stay here.

Campton (4/5): - The room was nice and clean and comfy bed. Pool was nice and clean too There were no staff at the property. When I arrived I was told to wait 30 minutes. The only thing that works on the tv is YouTube, no terrestrial channels. I booked a room with a Seaview. Maybe there was before the last ice age but certainly not now. The downstairs area is cluttered with kids toys all over the place. Too many in my opinion. It states having a restaurant but without any staff it was not open so no breakfast or snacks available. 7/11 up the road. The safe box in the room did not work, again no staff to resolve. I went out for the day and took the keys with me as no-one to leave them with in the morning. They apparently only have one set of keys so the room was not cleaned. Towels were left on the table downstairs for me to collect. It was more like a ghost house than a guest house. Pic of the Seaview below 🤔

Tara (8/5): Very good - The guest house had a lovely rooftop, and is only a couple of blocks from the beach, and definitely far from the busier vibe of Hua Hin. We stayed during a relatively quiet time, so it felt like a private pool villa in some ways. The woman working at the villa tried to make sure we were always comfortable. If you're looking for a quiet, clean place to stay in Sam Roi Yot I would recommend this place.
Tom (9/5): Stylish stay in Samroiyot - Nice getaway from daily life in Hua Hin, so probably even better if you're coming from further away. Pools good, style of building, rooms, etc is really cool. Good location to get about Samroiyot if you have wheels No beer, fresh coffee or anything else, but staff were willing to go fetch it.

Our 2 kids love the pool and water slide into it. Good views from the shared balcony and especially the rooftop area had 360 degree views. Not far from restaurants (Thai Thai very good) and a 7Eleven Perhaps use of a kitchen food prep area as no breakfast available, at least make some toast or cereal. Tea and coffee in the room.
