jing (10/5): 性价比超高，特别暖心的一次入住 - 接待工作人员特别认真负责。我们四位老人家既不懂日语也不懂英文，咨询的问题多、需要协助的地方也特别多。从还没入住到正式入住全程，工作人员都耐心又细致，热心帮我们联系车辆、预约门票等，全程贴心帮忙安排，真的特别暖心感动。因时间关系，我们没看到桃花也没看到银河，但我们看到了日本人的善意和修养。酒店餐食品质很好，尤其是晚餐菜品十分丰盛，就餐环境雅致舒适，用餐很有仪式感，整体体验特别好！

MIWAKO (8/5): 昼神なら一度は泊まってもいい宿 - 寝具がよく、ぐっすり眠れました。スタッフの方の丁寧な対応が行き届いている宿でした。強いていうなら、食事のスタッフが外国の方ばかりで、説明がちょっと聞き取り辛かったです。

Hsiang I (7/5): - In walking distance from the main street. Right next to the river so you'd get a part of the river view from the room. Our package included breakfast and dinner. It's pretty standard Japanese breakfast and dinner so if you'd expect more than standard, you'd probably need to look for different options.

昭蓉 (6/5): 床很舒服 - 經典的日式早餐和晚餐很豐盛很讚大約晚上10點多，我們到櫃檯詢問是否可以買晚餐點的清酒，櫃檯人員表示不行。我們隨即表示沒關係，可以理解，然後就轉身離開。但是後來櫃檯人員又說了一些話，同行的朋友懂一點日文，聽懂櫃檯人員說的不是很客氣，意思是我們打擾他了。請問一下值班的人員不是要處理客人的問題嗎？我們只問了一個問題，過程只有一分鐘，居然表示我們的問題很失禮。這個插曲，我會不願意推薦朋友再去

Cheng (9/5): Great place to stay - Was surprised to see a fairly big hotel, parking in front and behind hotel... Manager( only english speaking gentleman) came out to greet us...and everyday enquire about our day and take note of our breakfast and dinner time... The room were big , tatami beds were good but slightly difficult to get up for older folks like us....seperate bathroom and toilet facilities good...there was a private onsen bath but had to pay for it and need to book timings... Also the drive to Tsumago/ Magome was great...country road with great autumn foilage seen along the way...even the drive to Narai, Kamokichi was same although about 2 hrs Morning market nearby worth visiting Stink bugs in room ..caught 2 over 3 days with a masking tape provided in room to catch them...what a good method to catch insects..
