Super surprise aussi de voir que mon chien a tout ce qu’il faut en chambre et même un petit cadeau. C’est une magnifique attention. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Dommage que le spa soit en supplément et non compris dans le prix de l’hôtel. L’installation d’un hammam serait d’autant plus agréable pour que le spa soit « complet ».

- Julie (6/5): Bon potentiel, bon emplacement, mais prix vraiment trop excessif pour la qualité du service - Très bel hôtel dans un cadre magnifique, idéalement situé à Eguisheim. Chambre confortable et agréable. Spa très réussi : piscine intérieure chauffée, sauna avec vue sur les vignobles et peu de fréquentation lors de notre séjour. Accès à la piscine autorisé aux bébés, ce qui est appréciable pour les familles. Excellent accueil pour notre bébé : lit bébé préparé avec soin et baignoire mise à disposition. Excellent accueil pour notre chien : panier, gamelle et petite attention à l'arrivée. Bungalow bien insonorisé - Rapport qualité-prix décevant : à plus de 800 € pour 2 nuits (sans les frais sur place) on s’attend à un personnel aux petits soins et à une expérience plus haut de gamme - Petit-déjeuner correct mais sans effet "waouh" pour un établissement 4 étoiles à ce niveau de prix. - Parking indiqué comme inclus sur Booking. Nous avons découvert sur place que cela correspondait aux quelques places gratuites situées devant l'hôtel, accessibles à tous et rapidement complètes. Nous avons donc dû payer 20 € supplémentaires pour stationner dans le parking de l'établissement. - Nous avons signalé notre incompréhension sur le “parking inclus” à la réception pendant notre séjour. On nous a indiqué qu'on allait se renseigner et revenir vers nous, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de retour et avons dû redemander des explications au moment du départ. - Comme nous avions refusé le ménage pendant la sieste de notre bébé, nous avions demandé quelques bouteilles d'eau à la réception. Malgré notre demande, elles ne nous ont jamais été apportées. - Accueil un peu froid à notre arrivée

Wir kommen wieder👍 - Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, nicht zu gross, sehr freundliches Personal, beheizter Aussenpool, gute Betten. Zu wenig Möglichkeiten, um etwas aufzuhängen. Ein paar Kleiderhaken an der wand für Jacken wäre hilfreich! Im Bad ein sehr grosses Waschbecken-etwas mehr Ablagefläche wäre besser gewesen. 20 Euro pro Person pro Tag für den doch kleinen Spabereich ist etwas viel.

Bien que ce soit un self Il faut choisir le service 8h à 10h ou 9h à 10h probablement pour que le personnel s'assure que la table des convives est prête à leur arrivée comme nous le voyons dans beaucoup d'hôtel de qualité (ce qui ne sera jamais le cas pour nous) L'espace piscine a l'air très beau (en supplément) nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester Ménage et préparation de la chambre déplorable: - Equipement manquant à l'arrivée (2 peignoirs pour 3) - Ménage non finalisé le premier jour (chiffons a poussière oubliés) - Ménage à peine commencé le 2ème jour (1 lit non fait - rééquipement eau et café non fait - serviettes pas remplacées ...) Accueil inapproprié: Ayant payé sur booking l'ensemble des nuitées (675 €) il me semble peu "commerçant" de demander en plus : une empreinte de la carte bleu en garantie, le paiement d'avance des petits déjeuner réservés, le remplissage d'une fiche avec numéro de CNI - pour un 4* on attend un accueil plus fluide (d'autant plus pour un voyageur booking genius 3 qui a payé d'avance !) Gestion des parking: quelques places gratuites à l'extérieur dont nous profitons la première nuit mais a l'arrivée au petit déjeuner on nous demande de déplacer la voiture pour l'accès du vigneron ce qui n'avait pas été signalé la veille : c'est brouillon et pas au niveau d'un 4* Doute sur les Avis Les avis que nous avons lu sur Booking avant de réserver étaient plutôt correctes, avec bien sûr quelques remarques moins élogieuses mais celles ci étaient noyées sous un nombre important de satisfactions dans l'ensemble récents ce qui m'a étonné au vu de mes déconvenues jusqu'à ce que je constate au bar qu'il est proposé un verre gratuit pour un like instagram ! peut être qu'un commentaire favorable sur booking compte aussi ?

- Bernhard (6/5): Hände weg - Die Lage ist sehr angenehm am Ortsrand und sehr ruhig. Das war es aber auch schon... Der Früchstücksraum ist wenig einladend. Die Tische sind für zwei Personen viel zu klein um nicht zu sagen, unzumutbar. Die Auswahl am Buffet ist zwar reichlich, aber sehr unsortiert. Z.B. das Joghurt abseits von den Früchten. Keine Teller am Wurst- und Käsebuffet, sondern irgendwo gegenüber versteckt. Der winzige Tisch wurde vom Personal kein einziges Mal abgeräumt. So blieben Joghurtbecher, Schale etc. stehen, bis man keinen Platz mehr für was Anderes hatte und selbst abräumen und die Sachen an die Bar stellen musste. 20 Eur p.P. für dieses Frühstück alles in allem völlig unangemessen. Das Zimmer wurde sehr schlampig gereinigt, die Terrasse drei Tage überhaupt nicht. Die Wassergläser im Zimmer wurden erst nach Reklamation gereinigt. Wasser wurde im Kühlschrank nicht nachgefüllt. Fazit: Wo man sich da vier Sterne hergeholt hat, bleibt rätselhaft. Besser Hände weg und wo anders buchen!

Leider keine frisch zubereitete Spiegeleier, sonst Standart für ein 4 Sterne Haus.... Der Frühstücksraum ist bemessen an der Anzahl der Gäste. Teilweise enge Verhältnisse. Deutsche Fernseh Sender waren rar. Österreich und Schweizer Sender fehlten gänzlich.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ für mich auch keine Wünsche offen! Und dass Hunde willkommen sind fanden wir auch super! Und das alles bei schönstem Wetter! Wir wären länger geblieben, aber leider war alles ausgebucht! Dass der Parkplatz extra kostet, fanden wir für dieses Hotel nicht angebracht. Was auch sehr nervig war, die Badetür, die mit einem automatischen Schließmechanismus versehen war!

- Maringgell (8/5): Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten, wir kommen gerne wieder. - Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, mitten in der Natur und dennoch ist der Dorfkern bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts konnten wir das Auto problemlos in der Garage stehen lassen und die Umgebung zu Fuss erkunden. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zudem zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten, wobei sich für einige davon eine Anreise mit dem Auto empfiehlt, da nicht alles in Gehdistanz liegt. Das Frühstück lässt kaum Wünsche offen: alles ist sehr frisch und ansprechend präsentiert. Für meinen persönlichen Geschmack könnte die Auswahl an Brot etwas grösser sein, im Vergleich dazu gibt es deutlich mehr Croissants und süsse Speisen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Presse für frischen Orangensaft. Das Zimmer ist für seine Grösse eher hochpreisig. Dank einer Buchung über Booking konnten wir jedoch ein sehr gutes Angebot nutzen. Teilweise war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, sodass man ins Untergeschoss an die Bar ausweichen musste. Gelegentlich war jedoch auch dort niemand anzutreffen, wodurch man wiederum jemanden an der Rezeption suchen oder holen musste. Dieser Ablauf wirkte etwas umständlich. Vermutlich wird dies in der Hochsaison anders organisiert.
- frank (9/5): Prima hotel met een goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. - Comfortabel en vrij luxueus hotel, gelegen in een rustige omgeving. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en een uitstekend ontbijt. Extra kosten voor ons kleine hondje bedragen € 25,00 per nacht. Erg hoog ook in vergelijking met andere hotels in de regio.
- Salar (10/5): - We stayed for the long weekend, and to be honest, the hotel was simply amazing! The staff was incredible, starting from the reception, going through Manoucheher (he was always avaible and keen to help, if you need something, anything, just ask him! And he will make the magic happen!), the service at the pool. Breakfast was rich, great food quality, starting from charcuterie to fruits, croissants, cakes and eggs. The room was spacious, clean and the view simply breathtaking. We will come back again for sure!

- Edita (10/5): Super! - Personeel! Die was heel vriendelijk en heel erg behulpzaam! Het ontbijt was heel erg goed en lekker, voor ieder wat wils! De kamers super schoon en ze worden elke dag schoon gemaakt! Zelfs de mini bar en koffie kuipjes worden elke dag bij gevuld. Alles was perfect, maar de WC papier die was niet zo fijn. Deze is extreem dun en de geur van de rol is niet aangenaam.

Nichts! Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

- Francis (7/5): Great place but staff could use some training - Modern, nieuw en prachtige locatie. Fijn zwembad met uitzicht op de wijnstokken. Je loopt binnen 5 minuten equisheim in. Mooie kamers, modern. Goede douche. Ondeskundig baliepersoneel dat vaker niet te vinden was dan wel. Bij uitchecken samen met andere gasten lang tevergeefs gezocht. Barpersoneel niet helder in reglement, drankjes aanvankelijk wel toegestaan in de zonneweide, maar na 5 minuten toch niet. Moesten plaatsnemen op zeer oncomfortabel terrasmeubilair. Volgende gast die werd verzocht van de zonneweide te vertrekken mocht vervolgens op een zonnebed naast het terras zijn drankje nuttigen. Vervelend dat hier niet helder in gecommuniceerd werd. Geen bier op de tap, enige alternatief was niet smakelijk, zelfs vies. In kamer geen ruimte om gedragen kleding, badjas of handdoek op te hangen, onvoldoende ruimte voor toiletspullen in douche en zo waren er nog aardig wat praktische zaken die niet klopten aan de kamer. In dit prijsnivo moeten dit soort zaken gewoon doordacht en uitgewerkt zijn. Dit was onze honeymoon, hier is op geen enkele wijze aandzcht aan besteed door het personeel. Pas in de email die wij na vertrek kregen om te attenderen dat we een paar drankjes niet hadden afgerekend (vanwege onvindbaar personeel) werd gezegd dat men hoopte dat we een fijne honeymoon hadden gehad. Ah jullie wisten dit dus wel. Ook hadden wij om een rustige kamer gevraagd maar zaten pal naast het restaurant en ingang van het zwembad waardoor we elke ochtend vroeg wakker werden van geluiden van het restaurant. Kortom: locatie is geweldig, kamer mist wat praktischheden, het balie en barpersoneel lijkt onervaren of ongeïnteresseerd. De dames van het ontbijt waren overigens fantastisch.

- Raoul (9/5): Modernes und schönes Hotel mit Pool und sehr gutem Früstück - Geheizter Outdoor Pool, sehr modern und zentral gelegen, inmitten der Natur. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Indoor Pool ist für Gäste nicht kostenfrei. Die Check-in Parkplätze waren alle belegt. Das machte die Ankunft unangenehm, da die Reception die Zufahrt zu den freien Parkplätzen im Areal verweigerte und uns auf die Check-in Parkplätze verwiesen hat, obwohl es keine Parkplätze gab.

- Nicole (9/5): Tolles, ruhiges Hotel in den Rebbergen - Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits des Dorfes in einem ruhigen Quartier. Das Dorf ist aber fussläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Im Dorf gibt es zahlreiche Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt (verschiedene Brotsorten, regionale Produkte: Käse, Charcuterie, Konfitüren, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Früchte, Pancakes, Pain au Chocolat, Croissants, weitere Süssigkeiten, ...). Bei schönem Wetter kann auch auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt werden. Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel, das Badezimmer grosszügig, eine Hälfte des Bettes ist unter einer Dachschräge gelegen. -

- Ajit (6/5): - So.e of the staff members who were nice and helped us with fan arrangements, restaurant bookings and just being nice. AC not working. It was centrally switched off. So I felt a bit cheated. It got very hot and we were unable to sleep. AC was an important factor in choosing the hotel. Taking refuge in the argument that it's still winter, when we are actually in Spring, the temperature rose and the rooms became very hot, was very lame. The advise that we should open windows and sleep was unamusing.

- Barbara (8/5): - Lage in Eguisheim war toll. Das Zimmer war klein, aber hübsch, es gab Kaffee und Tee. Bad war sehr schön. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis. Sauna und Indoor Pool hatte kräftigen Aufschlag/ pro Tag!. Das Frühstück war kein Buffett sondern auf Bestellung. Das war mittelmäßig und für den Preis 20 Euro nicht so toll.
