Stefano (8/5): Tour del centro Italia in moto - L'albergo è situato nell'isola pedonale di Rieti, nella Piazza centrale dalla quale transita il passeggio quotidiano. Il palazzo è storico così come gli ambienti interni, la reception, il salone della colazione e le camere dove sembra di fare un tuffo nel passato della città. Il Direttore Marco è una persona simpaticissima che ci ha presi in amicizia concedendoci di parcheggiare le moto all'ingresso dell'albergo. La struttura è storica e come tale deve essere accettata nella sua realtà.

Dr. Winfried (9/5): Great place in the center right opposite the cathedral. A pleasant time-travel to a glorious past. - WE LOVE THIS HOTEL! As other reviews already describe, it is a bit nostalgic, but in a super-strategic position, clean, quiet at night, with super-friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast is ok. A bit more staff presence during breakfast, and an eye on refilling would be nice; but there was someone available if you called.
Deborah (9/5): Una piccola meraviglia in una bomboniera di citta' - Un tuffo nella storia dei primi del 1900. La suite con balcone sulla piazza con vista dell'intera citta' e' stata una esperienza meravigliosa! Toccar con mano il lusso del 1930 e la comodita' del servizio offerto dal personale e' stato un aspetto che non mi aspettavo. Io e mio marito siamo amanti della storia e questo e' sicuramente stato un tuffo nel passato, come una macchina del tempo. Abbiamo addirittura avuto la possibilita' di visitare la stanza dove Mussolini ha soggiornato negli anni '30, mentre dava il via ai lavori sul Terminillo. Non capita tutti i giorni di trovare un albergo cosi'!! Personalmente non ho trovato niente di negativo. Persino la pressione dell'acqua nel bagno e doccia (solitamente terribile in alberghi datati) era perfetta e l'acqua piacevolemte calda!

In questo posto abbiamo trovato una meravigliosa accoglienza e disponibilità, rare ormai, sia al momento del check-in che al check out. Il personale ci ha dato consigli su ristoranti dove pranzare e cenare e su attività culturali da svolgere a Rieti. (Consigliatissima la visita di Rieti sotterranea) Ci hanno tenuto in custodia i bagagli con estrema gentilezza per tutto il tempo necessario, in modo da farci godere per intero la giornata fino alla nostra partenza, senza alcun pensiero di dover portare la valigia con sè. Che dire, estremamente consigliato, ci sono rimasti nel cuore!

Il direttore, Marco è una persona veramente simpatica, gentile e socievole, con cui si fanno molto volentieri quattro chiacchiere. La stanza veramente stupenda, ottime le torte della colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione molto comoda. Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo, lo consigliamo, ritorneremo sicuramente.

Klea (9/5): Exceptional service! - The staff was so helpful and friendly. You felt like you were in a palace from the 1700's, very quaint. Perfect spot to see the city right from the hotel. The pillows were a bit bulky. Also the sink faucet needs to have the filter changed so it won't spray everywhere.

Donald (9/5): Good place to stay in Rieti - Great location, in Rieti. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, very clean, nice views over the piazza at the front of the hotel, great breakfast included. This was our second stay at this hotel while walking the Via di San Francesco. The hotel is old and well passed its glory days. It's still very elegant but could use some updating in places.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Concierge Marko, der uns in Bezug auf die Anfahrt, überall Baustellen, sehr behilflich war, sein sehr freundlicher Empfang im Hotel und die "Betreuung" während unseres Aufenthaltes Anfahrt- und Parkplatzproblem aufgrund der vielen Baustellen, würde wie bereits erwähnt durch Marko bestens gelöst und dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Ty (6/5): Charming, but desperately needs some love. - The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. It is centrally located in Rieti as well. So, if you are wanting to stay in the city center, I would recommend this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind as well. But be warned, this hotel has been touched since ~ 1950ish. To say it the hotel is outdated would be an understatement.
Phillip (10/5): Had a ball at the rieti chilli festival the convenience of staying here was amazing - We loved how comfy the room n how cental it was to us going and experiencing the rieti chilli festival it was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful we highly, HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone and if we ever make it back to rieti we will return here again! Shower head could of been higher I'm 6ft and maybe more water pressure?
