- Marina (1/5): The worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever had - Absolutely nothing! This is the worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever had. Our requests to fix the ski locker were completely ignored. The kitchen light was constantly turning off, making the apartment uncomfortable to stay in. This place is absolutely not worth the money we paid. The quality of service is unacceptable. On the first day, the man who met us was shouting at me and insulting me, saying that I didn’t know how to use navigation. This kind of behavior toward guests is rude, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate.

- Tomasz (3/5): We won't come back. - Livigno is beautiful. That's all. the apartment would be ok for us in terms of size. I have included the problems in the photos. We came with children and expected safety. Meanwhile, the hygienic state of the facility is unacceptable. The mold on the walls in the children's rooms is not ok. My son still has problems with coughing and breathing. It clearly requires renovation. I do not mention that you can hear the neighbors perfectly well. The owner or manager was not very nice - he said that he had a lot of work and that I should not call him.

- Pavel (7/5): Good - Very good location, beautiful view. Horrible staff. We arrived to the location to find out that we need to check in at another location 2km away. After arriving to the other location, we had to wait 30 minutes for the only person who could take care of us (who strangely claimed to be the owner, but for sure did not act like one). When we said this was a bit too much time and they could have told us we need to check in elsewhere in advance, the answer was "this is not our fault, you should have read the instructions better" and finally when they saw there was nothing in the instructions "it's the fault of booking.com". How stupid is that... No staff in the house, so whatever goes wrong (and it did) you wait at least 30 minutes for them to arrive. The rooms are okay, but furniture really worn out. There is no soundproofing in the rooms, so you can hear everything from the room above you.
- Krzysztof (8/5): Very good - Very good location with wonderful view for Livigno. Very close to bus stop. Not enought dishes for group of 7 people. Lack of cattle. Not so comfortable bed (very hard).
- Filip (10/5): September in Livigno - We came to enjoy hiking and biking. Weather, Location of apartment, facilities in the neighborhood were absolutely great. We got a greatly located accommodation with a fantastic view on the valley. We stayed with 2 kids and 2 dogs. We were able to feel safe, comfortable, close to the city attractions and stil enjoyed being in great meadows, close to a water stream with availability of walking and jogging paths. We found some of the windows in the apartment hard to open. Still this was a minor defect as we could open the doors and balcony and compensate.

- Jessica (8/5): Great value for groups on a budget, would stay again. - Clean, spacious chalet where we could cook and eat together as a big group. The ski locker was really handy, and once we got used to the free bus it was easy to get to all the different lifts. The walk into town for shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc was 15-20 minutes so not too bad. You could walk to a couple of lifts in 10 mins but with skis it was quite a lot of effort, you can always wait for the bus instead though. I think it’s very reasonably priced for the facilities and location, a great budget option. This might be a specific issue with booking through booking.com but we weren’t aware on arriving at the chalet that we had to check in at hotel alpina which was a 15 minute walk away. so our transfer had already dropped us off at the chalet with all our bags and we couldn’t get in. We were told we should have received an email detailing all the information about check in but I didn’t receive anything. Not a huge problem just slightly inconvenient and I wish I’d known beforehand. Also, there is a shop 10 minutes away but it opens late and closes reasonably early. So when we realised we’d run out of loo roll at 9pm we were a bit stuck.

- Pery (7/5): excellent location and very nice chalets but too thin walls - excellent location, only 10-15 walk from the town, very close to ski lifts, very nice efficient staff, clean, lovely decor, gorgeous views on The Valley, big kitchen/living room, very thin walls, on 3 nights there was a young crowd of people in the chalet beside us, on one of the nights they partied until 3 am with loud music and very loud crowd. Needless to say that we did not sleep that night. On the other nights we had to ring reception and ask to contact the people so they did and the music was turned down only to wake up again at 1:30 am with loud music!! Please separate your young party guests away from families next time. If you still want to come here bring some ear plugs just in case!!
- Luka (6/5): Pleasant - I really liked the city, full of content, everyone can find something for themselves. People are very pleasant and accommodating. The ski resort is excellent, the trails are perfect. The accommodation we stayed in is run down, the beds are very bad and there is a lot of ice and snow in front of the building, which makes it difficult to get in, out and move around the building itself.
