• Seda (10/5): - Meerblick einzigartig. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.
• Duygu (8/5): - Wir haben sechs Nächte zu zweit in diesem Hotel übernachtet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und geht sofort auf Wünsche oder Beschwerden ein. Man spürt, dass hier keine strenge Hierarchie herrscht, jeder packt mit an, und genau das macht die Atmosphäre so angenehm. Auch das Team am Strand ist sehr höflich, aufmerksam und bemüht, was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter macht. Das Hotel selbst könnte an manchen Stellen eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, aber das stört den Aufenthalt keineswegs. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Frühstück und das à la carte Restaurant hier merkt man, wie viel Herzblut im Team steckt. Das à la carte Menü bietet sehr leckere Gerichte, die frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet werden. Tipp: unbedingt beim Frühstück das Pişi-Brot von Köchin Aylin probieren, das ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Snackbar: Die Kommunikation fehlt, das Team wirkt leider nicht aktiv genug, und die Küche dort ist nicht so überzeugend. Die Anlage bietet zudem einen wunderschönen Ausblick und liegt ruhig, aber gleichzeitig sehr zentral. Das Zentrum kann man wunderbar zu Fuß erreichen, wenn man Lust auf einen schönen Spaziergang hat. Unsere Abfahrt war erst am Abend, und obwohl wir bereits ausgecheckt hatten, durften wir die Hotelanlage weiterhin nutzen und wurden auch danach noch sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. ☺️

• Mustafa (10/5): Teşekkür ederiz. - 1 gece için geldik , ama en az 3 veya 4 gün kalınabilecek çok rahat bir otel.Odalar yeni aksesuarlar yeni, hemen hemen tüm odalar deniz manzaralı, akşam yemek konsepti çok iyi , serviste biraz gecikmeler oluyor ama bu dolulukta ayağa servis mükemmel. Gece dışarı çıkalım dedik ama hiç gerek yok .Herkese teşekkür ederiz.

• Ayten (2/5): - This hotel was dirty and everything seemed unfinished. It’s definitely not luxury and it’s in the a remote area with construction on each side. The pool area was also dirty with hair and other yuck things floating, including broken glass wall in the kids pool area. There were two male staff doing nothing as I was checking out and didn’t even offer to help with my luggage to the taxi. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
• Cangul (10/5): Rüya - Otelin manzarası hayatımda gordugum en iyi manzaralardan biri, denizi en temiz ve guzel denizlerden biriydi. Tesisin butun calısanları cok nazik, cok ilgili ve cok yardımseverdi, resepsiyondaki Eda Hanım’a ve plaj büfesindeki arkadaslara özellikle tesekkurler. Tekrar Cesme’ye gelsek, kesinlikle yine burada kalırız.
• Kaan (10/5): - Tolles Hotel mit einer sehr guten Aussicht auf den Pool und aufs Meer. Das Hotel ist sauber die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und der standort ist perfekt. Das Hotel ist nah zum Cesme Marina und man kommt von dort überall gut hin. Es ist schon mein zweiter aufenthalt hier im Hotel und ich weiss schon jetzt nächstes jahr komme ich wieder.
• Ezgi (10/5): - Biz memnun kaldık 6 yaşında oğlumuz ile çok eğlendik ve dinlendik.Animasyon ekibi yok çocuk oyun alanı atıl ve pis bırakılmış çocuğu emanet edecek yeriniz yok onu bilerek gelin. Gizem hanım sağolsun çok kibar ve ince birisi. Tüm personel çok sempatik ve yardımcı. Havuz başındaki siyah giyen havuzun barının şefi olduğunu düşündüğümüz kişi son derece kaba ve kibirli davranıyor insanlara. Olduğu yerden memnun değil gibi. Başka sorun yaşamadık odada şalter sorunu oluştu attı 2 defa ama olur böyle şeyler oda değiştirdiler sorun kalmadı.Minik bebekli iseniz deniz size uygun olmaz zor yüzersiniz. İşletme büyük bi duba koysa yandaki otel gibi işlevsel olur bence.Temizlik,çözümcülük,kahvaltı bizi tatmin etti.Havuzda zorunlu duş yok,turnike yok.Çevresine herkes ayakkabı ve terlik ile basabiliyor çocuklar terliklerini suya atıp alıyor bu biraz sıkıntı.Yinede herhangi bir sağlık sorunu yaşamadık. Biz sevdiklerimize önerdik oteli . İyi çalışmalar ekibe.

Ancak alt yapi sorunlari cok fazla olan bir otel, malesef odamizin duşundaki su soğuk akıyordu, ve kasanın bataryası neredeyse bitmek üzereydi. Düzeltilmesi icin rica ettik ancak bir duzeltme veya oda degisikligi olmadi. Gun icinde de ara ara su kesintileri yasanmasi biraz sorun yaratti. Ama bunlar disinda odalar cok konforluydu ve kahvalti iyiydi.

Havuzu kahvaltısı ve sakinlik olarak çok beğendik ailenizle gelip konaklayabileceğiniz bir yer. Özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendiler çok anlayışlı ve tatlılardı onlara her sey için çok teşekkür ediyoruz :)

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hijyen ve standart otel hizmeti problemi var. - Öncelikle büyük beklentilerle gitmediğimiz otelden sadece, standart otel hizmeti almayı bekledik. Bunula birlikte otel odamız ancak 15:00'de hazır olabildi ve odamıza giriş yapabildik. Oda temizliği için ya ricacı olduk, yada ancak 18:00 gibi bir saatte biz yemeğe giderken temizleyebildiler. Genel olarak otelin ve otel çalışanlarının bir hijyen problemi vardı. Örneğin, herkesin elinin süründüğü pipetler ambalajsız, hatta bir garsonun ağızında taşıdığını bile gördüm. Kağıt yapışmış bardağı, değiştirmek yerine eliyle temizlemeyi tercih ettiler:( Otel evet denize giriş imkanı sunuyor ancak kum bir plajı yok, fotoğraflardaki gibi kumsalda şezlong diye bir alan yok. Çocuğunuzla kumsalda oynama fikrinden zaç geçmelisiniz. vsvs

• Murat (6/5): Beklentiler - Deniz manzaralı oda rezervasyonu yaptırmamıza ragmen bahce katı oda vermek istediler. Otelin dolu olduğunu söyleyerek başka oda verilemeyeceği söylendi. Israrımız üzerine araya giren Gizem hanım sayesinde sorun çözüldü. Geniş ve deniz manzaralı odaya yerleştik. Odaya girdiğimizde buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Söylediğimizde yeni çalıştığı için geç soğutabilir cevabını aldık. 2 gün sıcak yaz gününde aynı sıcaklıkta içecekleri içmek zorunda kaldık. Yine Gizem hanımın araya girmesiyle sorun çözüldü. Bir akşam üstü odaya döndüğümüzde temizlik yapılmamıştı. Gelen görevli temizlik istiyor musunuz diye sormasıyla afalladık. Personelin servise yetişmek üzere çıkması gerektiğini söyledi. Biz de istiyoruz deyince hızlıca çöpleri alıp yeri üstün körü silerek çıktılar. Yataklar da toplanmadan ayrıldılar. Maalesef resepsiyondakiler sorunları anlamak ve çözmek konusunda yetersizler. İletişim becerilerini geliştirmeleri gerekiyor. Kahvaltı sırasında garsonların tecrübesizlikleri dikkat çekiciydi. Lezzet ve çeşitlilik konusunda ilk 2 gün iyiydi, otel kalabalıklaştıkça kalite ve çeşitlilik azaldı. Havuz başında kahve söyledik, bizden baska 1 kişi vardı, bu sakinliğe rağmen yaklaşık yarım saat sonra ben gidip aldım. Kahve fincanının altında alakasız şekilde cam çay bardağı tabağı vardı. Otelin adına yakışmadı. Otelin konumu mükemmel. Çeşme merkeze yakınlığı, Sakız adasına karşı olması, önünün açıklığı, deniz manzarası harika. Tatilimiz boyunca bizimle ilgilenen Gizem hanıma çok teşekkürler.

• ASLI (10/5): Keyifli - Otel temizlik, konum, manzara açısından tek kelime ile harikaydı. Kahvaltı için açık büfe oldukça başarılıydı. Tek sorun, Bir gün konaklamalı gelmiştik , havuzun kapalı olduğu söylendi. Bu bilgi daha önceden verilmeliydi diye düşünüyorum, sonuçta Spa oteli diye geçen bir otel. Ancak bu mağduriyetimizi gidermek için otel bize bir çok jest sundu, bu düşünceli hareketleri ve memnuniyetimize önem vermeleri bizim için çok değerliydi , teşekkür ederim.
• Jann (8/5): - I had a serene and relaxing experience at this hotel. The hotel grounds were beautiful, providing a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the sea while dining. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. However, I was disappointed to find that none of the staff members spoke English fluently, which is something I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I noticed that some of the staff seemed to lack intelligence and struggled with basic arithmetic when it came to handling financial matters. Despite these shortcomings, I still enjoyed my time at the hotel due to its tranquil setting, lovely amenities, and the exceptional buffet. I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a peaceful retreat, but it would greatly benefit from improving the English language skills of its staff and addressing the issues related to staff's knowledge in certain areas.
• Solmaz (2/5): - I am not sure how to express my disappointment. If it wasn't for Expedia this hotel would not going to refund my first night stay. I should have requested my whole refund. We stayed three nights. The rooms were so dirty, mold on the tea pot. Even worse no hot water for 2 nights. Unbelievable how staff were okay with the dirtiness and possible situation. Please do not come here.
• Cüneyt (2/5): - Preis und Leistung passen in keinster Weise! Die Kellner sind absolute amateure gewesen. Es gibt für ein 4Sterne Hotel kein Roomservice! Die Gemeinschaftstoiletten am Pool waren schlimmer als am Bahnhof! Du hast auf den Toiletten nicht atmen können. Die Musik am Pool war alle 5min unterbrochen, da wie gesagt dss Personal völlige amateure waren! Dadurch wird der poolbesuch einfach völlig unentspannt und stressig. Und das alles für 180€ die Übernachtung !!! Nie wieder !!
• Esma (10/5): Herşey güzeldi… - 2011 numaralı deniz manzaralı odada çift olarak kaldık. Konforu, manzarası, temizliği harika gerçekten. Kahvaltısı açık büfe gayet güzel. Kendine özel plajı yeterli. Tek sorunumuz hotels den ilk fiyattan 1 gece aldık ve otele teyit ettirmek için aradığımızda fiyatı söylediğimizde “aa düşük kalmış orada fiyat” diyip 1 saat içerisinde fiyatı yükselttiler. Oteli beğenip hemen 2. geceyi satın almak istediğimizde 1500 tl fazla para ödeyerek satın alabileceğimizi sistemde yükselttiklerini söylediler. Yakıştıramadım, en azından bize yardımcı olmalarını beklerdim…

• Öznur (8/5): GÜZEL - Arkadaşımla 4 günlük tatil için uzun araştırmalar sonucu karar verdik ve gittik, en önemli tercih sebebimiz kendi kum plajı (kum değil taşlı bir plaj) olmasıydı, çünkü iskeleden yüzemiyorum maalesef. İskeleden girip yüzememem ve plaj kısmının ve denizin ilk giriş kısmının taşlı olması sebebiyle denize maalesef giremedik ve beach alternatiflerini denedik. Havuzunu kullandık temiz ve yeterliydi. Kahvaltısı gayet zengin ve kaliteli ürünler vardı. Hamam kullanacaktık ama vaktimiz yoktu. Personel ilgili, genç, güleryüzlü. Odalar geniş ferah, hergün temizleniyor ve havlularınız değişiyor. Merkeze 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Sessiz sakin kafa dinlemelik bi yer. Otel eğlencesi isteyenler için çok uygun diyemem. Odamızda wıfi çok iyi çekmiyordu bunu bildirmedik bildirsek belki çözülürdü. Tüm odalar deniz manzaralı, tercihen yinede yüksek katları seçmenizi tavsiye ederim. Otelde öğlen akşam yemeği yemediğimiz için yorum yapamıcam. Genel olarak memnun kaldık ama plajda ayağımız bir kum görsün isterdik.

• Shawn (10/5): - Wonderful Stay at the Wellness Resort. Perfect wind for hot summer days at the beach and pool side. The views from the pool, beachfront, and our room were delightful. Best value in Cesme so decided to extended to a 5 night stay. Yussef, the front desk Manager upgraded our room since their was availability. Everyone including the General Manager (super gentleman) where always around but never intrusive and open to suggestions without ever being intrusive. Muhammad and Bar manager where great at the breakfast buffet and of course with the same panoramic fantastic view. Minutes from the Cesme Center & 15 minutes to Alacati made it a very convenient location for quick in & outs. Definitely plan to return since Turkey is my 2nd home and Cesme’s weather and the experience at Wellness mad it an easy decision to be returning next week from Bodrum to Izmir. We are multiple vacation homeowners and Superhosts of oceanfront properties in Southern CA.

Son donemde gittigimiz hoteller ile karsilastirinca hizmetin tumuyle cok memnun kaldik. Ozellikle resepsiyon kismindaki arkadaslarin (Melis Hanim ve Enes Bey) tum isteklerimizle itina ile ilgilenmesi ailecek bizi memnun etti. Tum Nowness ekibine tekrar tesekkur ediyoruz.

• Soner (2/5): Restez loins de cet hotel - Il ne mérite pas son prix,nous avons passé plusieurs jours sans frigo (en panne) malgré plusieurs relances. On demande un service de nettoyage le 3 ème jours, idem pas de nouvelles malgrés plusieurs relance. A part les repas,vous devez tout payer de votre poche,même pas fichu de servir de l'eau et du thé ,les tarifs bars,mini frigo,plage sont extrêmement chère, un peu loins de la ville,et soyez pas impressionner par la plage sur les images car c'est même pas du sable,que des gros caillou,je déconseille fortement l'endroit Vous demandez conseil,ou avis au employés ,c'est comme si vous les déranger...

• Marlene (10/5): - This property is not very conveniently located if you don't have a car, but we did, so it was okay. All the rooms face the ocean, you wake up to a gorgeous view. The room was a good size, with a large balcony. No smoking in the room, but it is allowed on the balcony. There is a window with blinds between the bathroom and the room, so you could shower with a view, but we kept it closed.The breakfast was very extensive, and good. Lots of baked goods, huge selections of cheese, olives, and bread toppings. I really liked the fresh honeycomb every morning. They had some hot selections, which changed daily, and there was an omelet person to make you a vegetable or cheese omelet. The dinner offering has a lot of salad and cheese. The hot selections also changed daily, and they had a lot of desset options as well. We went into the town daily, and enjoyed the shopping and food, which was a little higher priced than other parts of Turkey, but this is a tourist area, so that was to be expected. I would recommend this property, but if you don't have a car, it is a long walk to town, or someone said you can get a taxi, but it takes awhile to get to the hotel. I know people were mentioning in other reviews how rhe staff made a big deal about checking if you consumed anything from the minibar, but we had no problem. In fact we weren't sure if we drank one of the beverages because we used the refrigerator for our own drinks, but they said don't worry about it. The staff was very polite.

• Suhayl (10/5): A fantastic family friendly resort hotel - Experienced a hiccup at check in and were kept waiting for a room which was a bit disappointing. None the less we still loved this hotel, staff are great, service was speedy, food was good, hotel rooms are not the largest but really well designed with smart features. The view are amazing and facilities are great. I would most definitely book again and I highly recommend staying here. Guzel!

• Taylor (10/5): - The breakfast was delicious! We ordered it, and enjoyed it on our balcony. We stayed on the floor with the terrace that overlooks amazing views! The room, amenities, cleanliness were all great. There were a few mix ups checking in, and the phone not working was a little frustrating, but overall would recommend and would definitely come back to stay!
