- olga (6/5): Deludente - Purtroppo l'accoglienza non è stata soddisfacente. Siamo arrivati verso le ore 17.30 e non abbiamo trovato nessuno al ricevimento. Abbiamo suonato il campanello e la proprietaria ci ha indicato il codice per aprire il cassetto della chiave.La mattina presto durante il pagamento non ci è stata rilasciata nessuna fattura ( solo lo scontrino del POS).
- Yvonne (8/5): - Eigentlich alles. Kleine Punktabzüge in der nächsten Rubrik. Wir würden aber jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Hoher Duscheinstieg, ein Griff zum Aussteigen wäre für ältere Menschen hilfreich! Die Lage war für uns prima, mit Bus in wenigen Minuten in die Altstadt (Kurzstrecke, alle 20 Minuten). Die vollen Punkte hätte es für direkte Altstadtlage gegeben, dann ist der Preis aber nicht zu halten. Letzter Punkt: kein Aufzug, ggf. für ältere Menschen/Menschen mit Einschränkungen wichtig.

- Gerlinde (9/5): - Ein sehr ansprechendes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Dennoch zentral und nicht so weit zur Innenstad und zum Bhf gelegen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück in modernem Ambiente. Das Haus sowie das Zimmer machen einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders der äußere Eingangsbereich wurde sehr liebevoll mit Blumen und Sträuchern gestaltet. Einige Zimmer sind anscheinend eher rustikal und einfach gehalten, da sie im Altbau liegen. Einige Zimmer liegen in der 1. und sogar 2. Etage und sind für Gehbeeinträchtigte besonders mit Gepäck schwerlich zu erreichen. Kein Tageslichtbad in unserem Zimmer( Lüftung funktionierte jedoch einwandfrei!) Hatten Zimmer mit reinem Dachfenster. Das muss man wissen und mögen( im Sommer trotz elektronischen Rollos/ Jalousie bestimmt kuschlig warm).

Ich hatte zuerst nur ein Einzelzimmer mit Dachfenster (ohne Aussicht). Zimmer war tadellos, aber nichts für mich. Ich muss wo hinausschauen können. Auf meine Bitte wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Das war zwar sehr klein, aber mit Fenster. Alles gut ! Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Problemlösung. Danke.

- Colin (9/5): Quiet but very comfortable hotel between the city centre and the main train station - Nice quiet location, I was here for x3 nights whilst on business. If there was one thing that perhaps could have been slightly better it would have been the closeness to the city centre which would have been more accessible, but it didn’t stop me from venturing out in the evening for my walks to the city’s restaurants. The weather was very cold though! (Not the hotels fault lolz).

- Froukje (9/5): Erg aangenaam en voor herhaling waard. - De kamer was heel aangenaam en ruim opgezet. Alles was heel schoon en nieuw. Eigenlijk is het wel meer dan 3 sterren waard, je zou eerder 4 sterren verwachten. De bedden waren heel aangenaam en comfortabel en het ontbijt was heel compleet, enorm veel keus! Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, een fijne plek om naar terug te keren. Ik had wel een waterkoker op de kamer verwacht of iets waar je je eigen koffie of thee mee kunt maken. Dat is 's avonds altijd wel fijn. Dat miste voor mij wel. Toen we 's ochtends om een waterkoker vroegen zodat we koffie mee konden nemen voor onderweg, was dat overigens geen enkel probleem. Gezien het warme weer was een airco wel fijn geweest. Maar goed, verder was de kamer helemaal prima!

W ofercie ten hotel jest oferowany jako *** a faktycznie otrzymaliśmy pokoje chyba w starej części hotelu o poziomie chyba nie wyższym niż **. Nowa część hotelowa, faktycznie jest w lepszym standardzie, już raz korzystałem, zostawiam to bez komentarza.

- Michal (9/5): - Świetna komunikacja z recepcja Niestety duży minus to śniadania. Trafiliśmy ze akurat śniadania były serwowane od 7.30 (sobota) i niestety nic nie było jeszcze przygotowane. (gdzie Pani w recepcji zapewniała ze wszystko będzie gotowe). Słabe jak dla tych którzy jada dalej w trasę lub maja umówione serwisy na 8.00 w Village Ingolstad
