- Shaun (9/5): Great location, excellent value, but that pool, why so cold!? - The room was spacious, comfortable and modern. The roof top restaurant was lovely, good food too. The gardens were well tended, with quirky designs and beautiful shrubs and flowers. The breakfast spread was great and the staff attentive and helpful. The swimming pool was sooooooo cold, you simply couldn’t use or. That one thing will put me off returning.
- Christoph (8/5): Very good - The hotel is very beautiful especially the rooms and the gardens with the pool It's close to the National Park which is great The restaurants, rooftop bar, and any possibility to eat or drink something outside your room weren't given. Menu is small, and when you do night safari, you will be too late for ordering. We did write the hotel via WhatsApp to preorder pasta with olive oil and garlic, but we got a meat version instead. Breakfast is the only time you can actually eat in the restaurant. It's very difficult getting a cab. Grab is not working in the area, so you need to ask reception, and getting a cab could take a while. The next supermarket is not at all in walking distance. The hotel seemed pretty deserted during our stay. It was difficult to communicate with the staff because of lack of English, but it worked with google translate

Dining at this resort was not possible, as the restaurant had been closed after we had booked this resort. We were informed about this by the management only after our arrival. When we expressed our dissapointment, and asked for a 20% discount, the managrment offered us finally a 15% discount, and some transportation services., which we accepted. 2. When you do not have your own car, transportation is a hassle in Khao Yai.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the balcony and the view from the room it was so calming! Since the resort is very far from the main area and it’s impossible to get a decent rate to travel around by taxi (because grab and bolts are not around this area) I feel like 24/7 dine in would have been pretty nice. It’s a bit far from the main area! But if you are looking to completely relax it’s perfect

- Barry (8/5): We had everything we needed for a 3-day family break and had a great time. - The staff were all polite and welcoming, breakfast was decent, especially if you stayed with the Thai options. The view was good, especially from the rooftop bistro. The pool and kids' play area were both excellent for families. While the staff were really nice, a true customer orientation was missing. For example, we booked for two adults and one child and were given towels for only two people. When I asked for another bath towel, reception initially said I would need to pay extra. Of course, I refused and they conceded the point. Also the quality of the food and drink at the cafe in the lobby was poor, yet premium priced..

This is my second time staying at Vivace, and it will be the next. All staff are friendly, professional and polite. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and good quality. The view from my room is the mountain, which is so relaxing and beautiful.

Breakfast was superb. Their Kanom Krok is the best I've ever had. It’s not traditional style but crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, with a rich taste of coconut. Best thing is it’s not too sweet. I would stay there again just for them. The hotel itself is beautiful with many spots for pictures taking.

- Mark (10/5): - This place is amazing. It is surrounded in lush gardens and pathways with beautiful water features, flowers and trees, all lit up at night. We’ve stayed in a villa with a deck, a bedroom and a big bathroom with a huge tub looking into a private garden space. We were right by a beautiful pool and the water was wonderful with views of the mountains. Check in was smooth, they were expecting us and had everything ready. The staff are really wonderful and they did everything to take good care of us. The downstairs breakfast is on a big terrace with gorgeous garden and mountain views and the Thai food was delicious. The rooftop restaurant for dinner also has great food and the nighttime views are incredible. We took a LOT of pictures. It was really a fantastic two-day romantic getaway.
- Ju-li (8/5): It is our first time in Khao Yai and Vivace Resort made our stay really enjoyable for us. - We like best is the spaciousness of the villas that we stayed in. The amenities are good. Only 1 restaurant at the rooftop but serves very yummy food although not much variety. Service is excellent and the reception staff are all very friendly. The hotel has no spa or massage service. Should look into having a spa or at least some massage services for the convenience of the hotel customers instead of having to travel out for spa services.

- Alison (8/5): A very comfortable stay. - Secure guarded car parking. A lovely welcome from the golf trolley to take your luggage. Lovely touch of free snacks and soft drinks each day from the mini bar. Great proximity to the national park. Because we were deliberately there to see the wildlife in the park - the breakfast was not an option for us - as we needed to leave before 6am each day.

- Chinukul (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about Vivace.Staff,food ,atmosphere, facilities. Especially GM Khun Bas, first of all, we have to say tank you to Khun Bas once a gain for a great look after us during stay meanwhile we were admitted in hospital we appreciated. Nope.

- Barbara (9/5): In general, we had a wonderful stay - The room and balcony were big and airy and the view great. The property has fantastic gardens and a beautiful pool. The staff, although not entirely proficient in English, tried hard and were fabulous The rooms or balconies need a sofa or comfy chair to sit on. The location of the hotel was a big problem because we didn't have a car and didn't know you can't get Grab taxis. Expensive mistake!

- Susan (8/5): A lovely, relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. - Relaxed atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with fresh cooking station. Pool hours were good enabling early and late swimming. Grounds well cared for with pleasant areas to wander through and sit in both in the day and evening as they were well lit. Plenty of space in the car park. Roof-top bar and restaurant with lovely views of the surrounding area. Nothing but for improvement I suggest providing more than three coat hangers for two people and a second pillow as one thin pillow was insufficient.
- David (10/5): Awesome stay - Really nice resort. Room was large and clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely and fresh. Hotel is in a great location and a short drive to all the sights.
