Its so nice and quiet in this area and a cute building sureounded by green trees and the actual guest house is around 4 rooms and 3 share the bathrooms and there is a cute kitchen and lounge area and free coffee pods and snacks and lollies and the way they have designed it is so nice - the bed was so comfy - its a relaxing place very close to the main st Vitosha - you will love it! Nothing nada zilch zero :)

Also walking into centre if Sofia within minutes A lift would be handy for heavy cases, bit you can't have everything !

• Michael (8/5): Good hotel room in the center of Sofia. - Very nice greeting, and great location. Very small bathroom and a little cramped.
• Sabela (7/5): - Ubicación muy buena, a unos metros de la calle central de Vitosha Bulevard. La habitación es alargada y estrecha, para ir con un amigo o familiar esta bien, camas individuales y dispone de baño dentro de la habitación. Dentro de la habitación había una especie de armario con calentadores, y pese a eso, alguno de los días (estuve una semana) el agua de la ducha no salía muy caliente. La limpieza no era muy detallada, había hasta alguna tela de araña donde las papeleras y las paredes del baño no parecían haber sido limpiadas y se veian chorretones (prefiero no saber de qué) y los rodapiés y el suelo no se veían muy limpios. Uno de los días me encontré una cucaracha en el baño, lo solucioné comprando un spray, y un producto de limpieza, porque en la recepción salvo el horario que tienen de entrada y salida, no solía haber gente. Supongo que los bichos es por encontrarse localizado en un bajo, me dijeron unos conocidos que en Sofía hay muchas cucarachas y que nos es raro que salga alguna en algún momento.

• Ruth (8/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, man ist sehr schnell bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe. In der Unterkunft wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und durften sogar vor dem offiziellen Check-in in unser Zimmer. Dafür noch einmal vielen Dank! Es gibt eine Küche, in der es umsonst Kaffee, Wasser und Süßigkeiten gibt. Im Bad wäre noch eine Ablagemöglichkeit nicht schlecht.

Nors vandens nuolydis geras, bet patalpa būna visa šlapia nusiprausus po dušu.

• Anna (9/5): Fantastyczne miejsce do zwiedzania Sofii - Bardzo ładne urządzone wnętrza. Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja. Do stacji metra i wszystkich atrakcji można dojść pieszo. Super jest dostęp do kawy, herbaty i snacków. Zameldowanie bez obsługi po 22 przebiegło bez żadnych problemów, a przed wylotem o 22 mogliśmy do 19 zostawić swoje bagaże. Obiekt czysty, sprzątany codziennie. Łazienka jest wspólna. Wiedziałam o tym, więc trudno uważać to za wadę.

• Владимир (10/5): Самое наилучшее! - Понравилось абсолютно всё: расположение отеля в самом Центре города на тихой улице, прекрасное оформление номера, от мебели до мелочей - всё отличается прекрасным вкусом. Кухня -столовая, рассчитанная на гостей из двух номеров - полностью снабжена всеми современными удобствами и аксессуарами для самого комфортного проживания: эл.плита, духовка, большой холодильник, тостер, стиральная, сушильная и посудомоечная машины; чайник и кофемашина. А также - набор "вкусняшек" для лёгкого завтрака: капсулы кофе (для кофемашины), пакетики различных видов чая, сахар/соль/перец, сливки к кофе, различные виды бисквитов и печенья... Тишина, чистота... просто прелесть! В любую следующую поездку в Софию будем останавливаться ТОЛЬКО здесь. Ничего! Пусть все останется на таком же уровне, от добра добра не ищут!
• Dee (10/5): - Such a lovely property with a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere, made even more special by the amazing and friendly staff member who goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are cosy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a relaxing space to unwind. The bed is very comfortable, with clean, fresh sheets that smell wonderful—something I personally appreciated a lot. The room size, along with the attached private bathroom, is perfectly suitable for one or two guests. The shared kitchen is very well equipped and a great added bonus. I especially loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks, including wafers, croissants, cake, and fresh fruits—it really makes you feel at home. The location couldn’t be better—just a few minutes’ walk from the main city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything nearby. I truly appreciated every little detail of this property. It reflects care, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay Everything was beyond expectations

• Idzikowska (10/5): Warte polecenia miejsce ze względu na lokalizację i warunki. - Bardzo ładna przestrzeń wspólna. Kawa i herbata do wyboru plus drobne słodkości w gratisie. Idealna lokalizacja - do głównych punktów można dojść spacerkiem. Jedyny mały minus to wielkość umywalek w łazienkach i brak stolika/szafki na kosmetyczkę.

Aranżacje i design całości ( brawo dla projektanta), wnętrza przemyślane z wydzielonymi strefami ( relaksu, posiłków). Gościnność- kawa i herbata i słodkie dodatki do użytku, raczej nie najniższej kategorii. Czysto! Wygodne łózka, choc maly pokój, to wszystko miał. Świetne położenie, blisko bulwaru Witosza i metra. Jest to rodzaj hotelu, którego zawsze szukam- z duszą, estetycznego, czystego i w centrum. Szczerze polecam:) Jedyny maly minus, latwy do zniwelowania to lózko, które bylo na kólkach i wędrowalo mi co nie co po pokoju:( odsuwalo sie. Daruje jednak ten mankament ( pomogla barykada z krzesla), bo na dlugo zapamiętam ten hotel. Moim zdaniem na 5.

• Svenja (9/5): - Das hotel ist im Stadtzentrum. Trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig. Wir waren im Nebenhaus untergebracht, auch dort gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsküche, in der man sich morgens wunderbar den ersten Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten kann um in den Tag zu starten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
• Hristian (9/5): Чудесно място в сърцето на София - Къщата за гости е чудесно разположена в самия център на София, само на минута от Витошка. Локацията е идеална – близо до всичко, но въпреки това мястото е спокойно и уютно. Стаите са чисти, добре поддържани и приятно обзаведени. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив, което прави престоя още по-приятен. Отлично място за кратки и по-дълги посещения в столицата.

• Angel (4/5): Disaster in cozy place - Se trata de una pensión bien remodelada y decorada con buena ubicación central. Mis quejas tienen que ver con un incidente muy desagradable y su gestión posterior por parte del management Tuve un accidente en la habitación 5. Es agradable, pero muy pequeña. Si deseas ir al baño de noche y no quieres despertar a tu esposa, como la cama está pegada a la pared, solo puedes salir por los pies de la misma. Dicho pie de la cama esta justo encima de dos escalones, que están forrados con placas metálicas afiladas. Asi que, al regreso del baño, me hice un corte profundo con una de estas placas afiladas , que sangró mucho y que obligo a desperar a mi esposa para curarme. Como no hay recepcionista entre las 19 y las 10, salimos tarde para a las 10 explicarle el asunto a la recepcionista, retrasando nuestra salida para ver la ciudad en la única mañana que ibamos a disfrutar allí. La visita fue breve y nada cómoda, pues el pie no estaba bien. Los accidentes pasan, pero lo peor fue el trato del management, inicialmente acusándome de que yo habia hecho un mal uso de las instalaciones sin consultarlo a su personal de recepción. Afortunadamente me han devuelto el dinero, sin pedir perdón por su imperdonable mensaje inicial, pero me queda la duda de lo que hubiese pasado si no hubiese tenido fotos probándolo y sin mi experiencia profesional como agente de viajes. De todas formas, para recuperar 46 euros he necesitado casi un mes de correos, whatsapp y llamadas, imagino que esa es la estrategia. En resumen, mala experiencia en un lugar que podría ser muy bueno
