There is be better options, but the space where the hotel is located doesn’t have the space.

- Jason (2/5): - Not worth $300/night – unsafe, noisy, and uncomfortable stay We stayed in Room 926, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel is located in a rough part of downtown. We witnessed drug deals happening right outside the front doors. Parking is limited to risky street meters, unless you opt for their $45/night valet. The hotel is under construction — something not mentioned in the room description. Water pressure was practically nonexistent, leaving us with cold showers and barely a trickle from the faucets. Noise was constant. Sirens filled the room all night, and the creaking, dirty wood floors throughout only added to the discomfort. All of this, for $300 per night. Absolutely not worth it. We would never recommend this hotel or choose to stay here again.

Also, had issued with water pressure, which was almost non-existent. very nice suites but sadly you can hear your neighbors as if they are in your room, perhaps it was just the large group next to us who was loud, since once they checked out it was peaceful and relaxing.

- James (4/5): There are better options downtown Dallas - The hotel was a good value and conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from the KBH Convention Center for the conference I was attending. BUT...sadly there was a lot of homeless people directly in front of the hotel, the side street, the walkway by the pool, and surrounding area in general. Valet service was rude and outrageously priced at $45 a night. There are much better options downtown Dallas.

Robert was the best ever as soon as we arrived his professionalism and hospitality set the standard. We will definitely be returning. There was only 1 negative issue. It was having to do with the valet. With that being said all of the valet personnel were outstanding, courteous and professional except 1 valet attendant. Very rude and disrespectful. We just looked past his inabilities and we praised the rest of them. 1 bad apple could not spoil the while barrel here. We will definitely be returning.

- Lindsey (8/5): - Stayed here for an event at the convention center - online reviews made it sound a lot worse than it actually was. Hotel staff are helpful and responsive. Many reviews complained about the homeless population in the area. There is the occasional individual walking around, but at no point did I feel overwhelmingly unsafe walking to or from the convention center. Not my favorite stay, but by no means a horrible option.

- Trevor (10/5): - At 1st the bear floors in the rooms threw me off. But, carpet carries generations of filth so it made perfect sense.Very friendly staff. Go ahead and get that valet parking if you have a rental or nice car. They do tow, bolt and ticket your car. Valet is fast and friendly.

Our toilet didn't flush right, the remote didn't work right, the tv had no guide or times, big stain on the couch and mt brother-in-law also had trouble with his remote and tv. Only valet which was $45 a day! Everything else was fine! Comfy beds, nice linens, spacious room!

The staff was absolutely incredible; they were accommodating, friendly, polite, and respectful. We will definitely book here any time we are in Dallas!!

- Charles (10/5): - As a converted warehouse, the industrial vibe of the building offered a unique experience. The staff rolled out the red carpet, the suite was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding. The location was a short 10 minute walk to the convention center.

- sephorajenn (2/5): Horrendous Hotel - I’m going to be brutally honest! This is absolute worst hotel/motel I’ve ever seen! First of all we went to check in and the putrid smell of a decaying body was all throughout the whole hotel. Got to the room and smell was still there! Was so nasty and dirty! There was a Roach on the shower curtain! Filthy stains all over bottom of bed! Ughh so nasty! 🤢 then the homelessness all around the building was horrendous! They were everywhere! I was literally gagging with the smell and the filth! We were there about total 20 minutes and that’s all we could take and we left and went about 15 minutes away to see if the Hilton Anatole had rooms and they did and omg what a difference!! Please please please whatever you do do not stay here! I would have rather slept in my car!

- Stacey (7/5): Great location but expensive for a semi clean room - This property was right next to the event we were attending so it made commuting super easy. Plus the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The floors in the room had dirt and dust in several of their corners so it made us a little concerned about the cleanliness of the room.

There was construction close by, as well as some homeless camping, but we were not inconvenienced or ever felt unsafe. Definitely would return!

- Jeffery (6/5): - $45 Valet Parking. Metered parking along perimeter of hotel. Quite a few homeless are hanging around the hotel. 9th floor was HOT. Comfy beds. Tiny pillows. Spacious. Wood floors creak loudly.

- Marilyn (2/5): - I got this hotel for my daughter and granddaughters to stay one night because of a big event at the OMNI/Kay Bailey convention center.(NCA) I did not stay, just, daughter and granddaughters were going to stay. My daughter got to the hotel and tried checking in and she could not check in because hotel told her she had to have a physical credit card or debit card to check in. She did not have either one. I could not drive to downtown Dallas at 8pm, therefore she had to cancel. Because of this incident, she had to drive 1 1/2 hours back home. She said the service was not very friendly.
