- Guest (1/5): Убитая, грязная квартира. Недобропорядочные хозяева. - Только расположение. Убитый номер, грязная посуда, рваные полотенца, дырявое постельное белье с волосами, липкий пол, грязные стены, посуда в трещинах. Мы заехали в полночь. Увидев квартиру, сразу сообщили, что она не соответствует описанию и грязная. Но заселились, т.к. с детьми не могли ночью искать что-то новое. На следующий день выехали и попросили на рецепции вернуть деньги за 2 не прожитых ночи. Нам ответили, что все решается через booking.com, но они отметят, что мы не весь срок жили. Однако они отметили, что мы просто не приехали. Соответственно никакого возврата нет. В чате они не отвечают. А поддержка booking.com не хочет разбираться в вопросе (то не находит код брони, то пишет, что нет предмета проблемы).

- Behrooz (6/5): Central Hotel, cozy for short time stay - - The hotel is central and accessing public transportation is very nice and easy. You reach the bus stop in 1 minute. Also Taksim square metro is reachable by walking 5 to 10 minutes. - The staff are really nice and helpful. They speak english and you will have no problems with communication. You can ask for help about planning your stay, for example getting the timetable for ferry rides, or which restaurant to visit. - Cleaning the room happened regularly and was very nice. - The apartment is exactly like what you see in the images. This points are based on the fact that we wanted the place mostly for sleeping during nights and not spending too much time in the room. So they were not too much irritating, but for more time in the room, it would be a problem: - The noise. Since the Hotel is by a main street, it is always noisy. during day and even nights. I don't know why, but during our stay, there were lots of car, making sounds with their horns in 3, 4 am. - The following points are regarding room 100. I think other rooms will be different, based on the images. This room was the studio type. It's entrance is literally in front of the reception and the whole apartment is based beside and on the back of the reception area. Plus the noise from the street, some nights and days, there were constant voice of people chatting by reception desk. This reduced the feeling of privacy. Since we only wanted the place for sleeping and not spending too much time in Hotel, it was ok. But if you are planning to stay in the room long time, you should also consider it. - again for the room 100, the toilet is very small, makes it not comfortable. But still manageable for short stays. The shower is spacious and good. - The apartment is exactly like what you see in the images, but a bit old and some stuff can be replaced. for example the toilet sit is sliding and it's always irritating. Or the toilet brush has detached from its handle. Or the mini stove. Not a disaster, but would be nice to be replaced.

- Yousuf (10/5): Perfect Stay - The hotel was very good – close to all services and just a short walk to Taksim Square. The bus stop is right at the hotel entrance. Ali, the staff member, was very helpful and always willing to assist. Our stay was comfortable; the apartment had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, and even a drying rack. The air conditioning was excellent. I honestly liked everything!

It was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything a traveler might need—kitchen tools, great air conditioning, and stable Wi-Fi. 📍 Excellent location: Only a short walk from Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, and Taksim Square. Also very close to two public bus stops and Taksim metro station, which made exploring the city super convenient. 🛎️ I also want to highlight how quickly and kindly they responded to special requests. I asked for an extra blanket and a luggage scale, and they provided both faster than lightning—something I really appreciated as a guest. 🤝 Special thanks to the front desk staff, Burak and Eihan, for their warm and professional service. Fortunately, the kind staff helped us carry our heavy luggage up to the elevator. 2- Some of the furniture needs repair. 3- The apartment is located next to a busy street, and it can be extremely noisy.

It's an old building, and even though the apartment is renewed, it's not top notch at all. When you go to the bathroom at night you wake up everyone because the door makes too much noise. It's suboptimal for the price, unless you want to be in this specific neighborhood.

- Farhatirshad (9/5): - The apartment is conveniently located right in front of the main road, making it easy to access public transport or a taxi at any time of the day in any direction. It is spacious and equipped with all the essentials you may need for a comfortable stay. Istaqlal street is just at 5 min walk so is the Taksim square. The guy named Ali, sitting in the reception is very friendly and helping person, others are of course. They are always ready to assist. The lift starts from the first floor, but you won’t have to worry about carrying heavy luggage—there’s always someone available to help. Overall in the price range is the best you can get in Istanbul.

- Gunita (9/5): Nice stay - The location is perfect. Taksim square 7 min walk, Istiklal shopping street 3 min walk. Many cafes, bars,shops, and eating places nearby. Workers at the reception friendly and talkative. In an apartment, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed, spacious living room. . Not that I didn't like, but some things need maintenance. Wc paper holde and towel holder falling off. Paint peeling off the fridge and washing machine l. Toilet seat unstable too, should fix it several times before sitting on it 😁. But all those things didn't affect my stay there. Still satisfied and would stay again.

- Ramona-Alexandra (9/5): Recomand - Locație este foarte aproape de Piața Taksim, iar parcare plătită este la vreo 8 min. Gazda a fost foarte primitoare si ne-a ajutat cu multe sfaturi. Deși poate fii zgomot deoarece este pe strada principala, noi nu am avut probleme cu somnul. Baia este puțin prea mică, cu siguranță arată mai bine în poze, dar pentru noi a fost tot ce aveam nevoie.

- أحمد السلمي (9/5): - سكنت فيه أسبوع وكان جميع الطاقم مبتسمين وخدمتهم أكثر من رائعة ويساعدونك في أي شيء تبغاه، وأخص بالشكر موظف الاستقبال السوري الله يوفقه ويفتح له أبواب الرزق، ومن ناحية السلبيات فلايوحد أي سلبية سوى أنه موقعه على الشارع وأحيان أصوات السيارات في الشارع تكون مرتفعة (في الغرف حاطين سدادات اذن مجانية احتياطاً) وهذا الشيء ماهو بيدهم، وخدمتهم وتعاملهم واحترامهم يغفر لهم أي سلبية، ومن مميزات الموقع أنه قريب جداً من تقسيم ثلاث دقائق وانت في شارع تقسيم وإذا تبغى المترو أو مسجد تقسيم تقريباً 7 دقائق مشي.
