Очень понравилась кухня - чистая, удобная, все необходимое есть, в путешествии начинаешь такое ценить. Расположение места также удобно, до метро 10 минут спокойным шагом. Все, что заявлено в описании места, так и есть! Приятно удивлены.

- IRINA (10/5): - Удобная симпатичная квартира. Вполне уютная и самое главное чистая. Быстро заселили, никаких проблем в самой квартире не возникло, вся техника работала, постельные принадлежности предоставили очень приличные. Спасибо
- Sharpudin (2/5): Заплатили за номер, не заселили, нахамили. - Заселения просто не было. Попали в крайне неприятную ситуацию, позвонили накануне предупредили о приезде, обещали перезвонить до обеда. Никто не перезвонил. Подъехали к апартаментам, перезвонили сами. Девушка сообщила, что "она еще не передавала номер куда-то"?! Дальше - больше. Через какое-то время перезвонила друга девушка и сообщила, что апартаменты заняты обращайтесь в hotels.com. Дело было в воскресенье поддержка hotels.com не работала. Пришлось искать другую гостиницу, заплатить за нее. Отдельно хотел бы отметить совершенной хамскую манеру общения. Никаких извинений, никакого желания решить проблему. Нас просто напросто "послали" по-русски говоря. На вопрос "сообщить юридическое название организации" был получен ответ, "мы общаемся только с нашими гостями, а вы нашим гостем не являетесь." Не являюсь, но деньги заплатил. Их номер номер телефона Truecaller определил как "квартиры по часам". И общение, думаю и чистота номеров соответствующая.
