Adon (1/5): Not a 4 star accommodation - Friendly staff. Old and not well maintained. Beds are uncomfortable with springs poking through. The bathroom ceiling was completely covered in black mould which made us quite uncomfortable staying there.

All communication was through whatsapp and on arrival the staff just handed me the key and said hello. I wont book again here

Nel (4/5): Disappointing - The location is close to the main wedding venues and the staff are very friendly and helpful The place needs maintenance - The shower head literally moves when it's turned on 🫠 now imagine getting soap in your eyes and having to locate where the shower head is. The bed did not feel clean, there were old blood stains on the duvet cover and there was what felt like sand inside the bed. The roof looks burnt, like there was an electrical short or something

Elizabeth (7/5): Room nr 5 - The location was good Room nr 5. It did not feel very private. The bedroom window was iIN the reception area. So we had too close the curtains from the moment we arrived for privacy. Could not open a window. It was very warm and there was no air circulation in the room. The room door also has a glass pane, although shaded, once the light was on its a different story. A passage light was also left on for the entire evening, which lighted up the room.

De (5/5): Passable - Size of my room (1) was excellent Certain guest's did not take consideration to anyone else. Using the main lounge audio system or similar to play music on 100% till late. My room was opposite the lounge. It's was very loud and people were in and out. Constant makinkin a noise by banging doors. Staff did nothing to stop this. This was on Friday. On Saturday the same happened but this time I escalated this to staff.

Caron (5/5): Passable - The accomodation serves it's purpose, nothing fancy. The staff at the venue are helpful and very friendly. However, I would not book here again. I was the reason the establishment was almost fully booked for a night but the owner refused to entertain waiving the early check in fee for me - I completely understand having policies, but being open to compromise should also be considered, in my opinion.

Angela (6/5): You get what you pay for - Proximity to venue for a wedding we were attending I requested a 13h00 check in and was told to try for 13h30. We were kept waiting at the gate with calls on the intercom and phonelines going unanswered until 13h45. We then entered a lounge with furniture in dire need of a cleaning, with no staff in sight & other guests waiting to be checked in. We were then at 14h00, given a room contrary to our booking by one of the cleaning ladies.. After explaining that I booked a family suite with 2 double beds, we were then kept waiting some more, leaving very little time to get ready for a 15h00 wedding down the road once we were shown to our room, which was prepared in such a rush, there was still trash in the bins. With no time to make alternative arrangements, we dropped our bags hastily got dressed for our event & dashed off. Upon our return at 01h30, a security guard met us and used his cell phone torch to escort us to our room from the carpark as the one & only light in the grounds was flashing more off than on. The bed was clean & comfortable enough for a one night stay. & at the price paid - I thought what I was paying was a pppn rate & would have been wild if it was. Sadly, we were interested in buying honey, but nobody was available to sell to us or give us more information when we dropped the room keys at the kitchen in the morning.

Abigael (1/5): This place should be called “Rock Bottom” - the staff we encountered were great. But the owner Lulu is on another planet and obviously does not care about her customers whatsoever. I’m sorry but this place is terrible. We had no electricity the entire weekend. Our toilet was broken, which we informed the staff about. when I complained to the owner she said I should have informed them and they would’ve fixed it, but we did so…. Traffic noise the entire night and day. no privacy in our room as guests were walking past and talking in the morning and late in the evening. The other guests (who arrived after midnight both nights) did not even have keys to get into the main building and ended up waking us up on more than one occasion with us having to let them in. Absolutely ridiculous. save yourself a terrible trip and NEVER BOOK HERE.
