• Caroline (9/5): Get away from it all at this cool retreat - I loved the interior design, the room, the shared areas and the breakfast, which was varied and generous. Soundproofing between rooms was lacking, and I was surprised that coffee was charged as an extra at breakfast.

• Alena (4/5): Schöne Location, aber als „Wellness & Spa“ Hotel völlig ungeeignet - Wellness & Spa – Erwartung vs. Realität Der Name ist aus unserer Sicht absolut irreführend. Es gibt keinen Spa-Bereich im klassischen Sinne (keine Sauna, kein Dampfbad oder Ruhebereich), in dem man sich aufhalten kann. Wellness findet hier ausschließlich in Form von gebuchten Behandlungen in einem einfachen Raum mit Liegen statt. Die Massage: Mein Mann und ich haben bereits viele Massagen weltweit erlebt und müssen leider sagen, dass dies die schlechteste Erfahrung bisher war. Die Damen waren zwar sehr nett, aber die Qualität der Anwendung enttäuschte. Da hatten wir uns mehr versprochen von dem Namen.(Ich vermute die Damen sind keine qualifiziertes Personal, aber dennoch waren sie sehr bemüht) Preis: 75 € für 55 Minuten ist ein fairer und nachvollziehbarer Preis. Gastronomie & Atmosphäre Frühstück: Ein gehobenes kontinentales Buffet mit Quinoa, Avocadocreme und vielen Nusssorten. Das Servicepersonal war hier sehr freundlich. Filterkaffee ist inklusive, jede andere Kaffeesorte kostet extra. Abendessen: Wir haben einmal vor Ort gegessen; das Essen war in Ordnung und preislich angemessen. Das Problem: Das Hotel fungiert primär als Event-Location für Geburtstage, Taufen und Partys. Dadurch fühlte man sich als Hotelgast im Speiseraum morgens durch die ständigen Aufbauarbeiten nicht willkommen. Abends wurde zudem bis tief in die Nacht gefeiert, was die Nachtruhe massiv störte. Fazit Die Anlage ist optisch sehr schön und der Preis für die Unterkunft an sich ist gerechtfertigt. Dennoch ist die Deklaration als "Wellness und Spa" Hotel schlichtweg falsch. Wer Entspannung sucht, wird hier enttäuscht sein. Für uns war es im Nachhinein schade um die Zeit und die weite Anfahrt. Ideal als Veranstaltungsort, aber nicht für einen Wellnessurlaub.

• bes22sun (9/5): Ideal place for relaxation - I liked the Facial Lymphatic Drainage. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The restaurant was amazing too! I highly recommend the chocolate cake. The outdoors area was lovely too. Definitely worth visiting in Spring. I would have appreciated the option of stronger lighting in the room (especially by the bed). The head massage was rather intense and not quite what I expected.

It is advertised as a wellness resort, however there are daily events, christenings parties etc, that change the idea of a relaxing retreat. Even though the staff was kind and professional the spa did not feel like a luxury experience.

• Margriet (9/5): - Very laidback vibes, friendly staff, nice rooms with big windows. The only thing is that there are no windows in the room, the only option is opening the outside door to the patio/garden. So that’s something to consider if you want some fresh air in the night.

• Maria (3/5): Абсолютно клиенто НЕ ориентированный отель со множеством недостатков. Абсолютно не стоит своих денег. - Очень фотогеничная дорожка к отелю. Номер достаточно большой, выход в сад. Хороший напор воды в душе, есть горячая и холодная. Видно, что старались сделать необычный дизайн, но что-то пошло не так. Ресторан и завтрак супер. Единственное, что реально понравилось. Ну и в номере бутылка вина, видимо для того чтобы развидеть то, что я увидела потом)) Пол из бетона в номере был задуман красиво, но протерся от железного стула, чемоданов и тд Есть чайник и 2 стакана😳.Кружек, чая и кофе нет. Как и розетки НАД столом)) Есть внизу под столом у пола. Мне туда лезть? Я помыла голову и взяла фен, но штекер с розеткой не совпадает😂. Надо просить ОТДЕЛЬНО адаптер на рецепшн. Это как? Сказали-воруют!! А купить фен с нормальным штекером или поменять розетку слабо? Я больная с мокрой головой шла на улицу(+9) В коридоре две раздельные раковины жутко неудобные, некуда положить свои принадлежности. Посередине на стене жидкое мыло, которое 100% капает вниз на пол а бедным уборщицам потом убирать. Надпись в туалете, а точнее бумажка прикрученная к трубе убила(поставлю фото). Это не дешевый отель, наклейку красивую на стену можно было бы сделать! Про белую дешевую плитку в ванной я молчу, както выпадает она из общей концепции. Общий дворик сделан вроде бы красиво, но столько много всего наставлено там, что в голове рождается хаос, а не отдых. Я молчу про металлическую крышу наверху покрытую плесенью. Но это частая проблема на Кипре. Вишенкой был отказ вернуть деньги за массаж. Я предупредила за ТРИ дня что не смогу его посетить так как заболела. Со мной долго спорили,что деньги не возвращают,решили дать ваучер на месяц с ограничениями в использовании. Хотя для бронирования массажа оплатить надо было заранее. Там же при мне пара оплачивала массаж выезжая из отеля)) Где логика? Если я турист, я НИКОГДА не смогу им воспользоваться. Если местный(я), но из другого города, придется только ради этого туда ехать.

I had booked spa for two persons and i got only one appointment with shifting my other treatment to the next day. As a wellness plaxe should have had pool and sauna
• Julie (10/5): We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is pleasant and good value for the money. - The room was very comfortable and attractive. The property is well maintained and the staff is very nice. The gym has some good equipment. The breakfast is good. The location is a bit isolated but convenient if you have a car and want to visit Nicosia and the mountains. It would be even better if there was a pool or jacuzzi. The coffee at breakfast is very basic and they charge extra for espresso. There is no coffee machine in the room.
• Sonja (6/5): - Rustig. Kamer was leuk ingericht. Goede douche. Leuk zitje buiten. Ondanks het leuke zitje buiten was het niet mogelijk om daar te zitten gezien er een vliegenplaag heerste! Je kon dan ook niet je balkondeur open houden omdat er geen hor in zat. Het ontbijtbuffet viel ons enorm tegen. Cruciaal was dat de airco niet werkte. Na meerdere malen melden werd dit ook niet opgelost.

I didn't like that there was a christening celebration ceremony during the weekend we had booked to stay, and we did not receive any notice of that, or emails, and couldn't have seen it somewhere on social media either. On social media, there was a story of a scheduled live performance for that Saturday, and there was no reference to the christening being booked or mentioned anywhere. When people book a hotel to relax, they might not want to be part of someone else's christening celebration as it can be quite strange or uncomfortable. If we had known, we might have booked a different date.

Много деталей которые интересно рассматривать Фен работал рывками , провод которого перемотан скотчем . Это опасно. Нужен новый. Смарт ТВ должно быть во всех номерах, это должно быть нормой , а не привилегией, тем более в таком шикарном отеле

• Kimberley (6/5): Leider enttäuschend - - Design - ruhige Lage - Details - Natue - Klimaanlage war defekt und musste repariert werden - Personal wirkt leider sehr genervt, man fühlt sich nicht willkommen - lobby nicht entspannend da business Leute laute calls halten und umher rennen - keine Möglichkeiten mal richtig zu liegen und zu entspannen auch nicht auf dem Balkon da dort nur Stühle stehen - keinen Pool oder Außendusche zur Erfrischung - Hängematte wurde auch abgenommen - Massage wurde 5 min vorher einfach aufgehört - also ein Wellness Resort ist es nicht, das darf man nicht erwarten. Es wirkt schön auf den ersten Blick aber es fehlt noch sehr sehr viel

• Ester (7/5): מלון מיוחד ולא צפוי - העיצוב והאוירה המיוחדת של המקום היו נהדרים. הצוות היה אדיב . השקט במקום והמיקום המיוחד . היה חסר מאד מתקני ספא כגון גקוזי ובריכה מחוממת . מתבקש באופן בסיסי באופי מקום כזה . הגענו למקום בציפיה לכך
• Silvana Todorova (10/5): - The whole atmosphere and place were magical, very relaxing, and chill. It was my surprise for the birthday of my husband, and he really loved it! But in general, for a romantic night, or just to relax, is the perfect location... It's like you are entering the paradise ✨️ Clean, big and pretty rooms, very comfy beds and pillows, the smell of the herbs in front was wonderful. The interior of the restaurant was very beautiful, and the food was super tasty. I eat an octopus, and it was the most tasty one that ever tried 😋 Then, to finish properly this escape, we had a nice couple massage ❤️💆‍♀️ 💆‍♂️❤️ Definitely, we will make such an escape again! It's worthy 🙌
• abraham (9/5): An hidden gem in the vicinity of Nicosia! - This is my favorite spot when I have to be in Nicosia. You'll need a car to get there and it's worth the travel! Amazing staff, nice rooms with good beds, Spa (if you have time) and the restaurant is absolutely outstanding. My best recommendation for Cyprus! THere is a gym with a lot of facilitities. Some need really some maintenance.
