If ever we will go back to chianciano we will choose this place again. The shower...the glass door leaks the water on the floor . But huge and clean bathroom.

Magari sarò stata una giornata storta ma non si possono accogliere i clienti in mania così asettica, manco fosse una visita in ospedale. Letto, materasso a molle davvero scomodo.

• Chiara (7/5): Not fancy, but good for a short stay - The room was basic butclean and not too small. The bed was comfortable. Good amount of towels available. The mini-fridge was greatly appreciated. friendly and helpful staff and decent breakfast. Very poor internet connection that didn't make it to our room on the second floor. We appreciated the effort to freshen up the room decoration with a wall sticker. Unfortunately it was a cheap thing that was falling apart and increased the effect of shabbiness of the room.
• Silvana (2/5): Never again - It was clean. Very uncomfortable bedding. You could hear loud noises from the room upstairs (dragging of chairs) at all hours of the night and very early morning. I sleapt only four and a half hours because of the noises. Reported and absolutely nothing was done about it. It did not even faze the the person I reported it to.
• Fariba (2/5): - There was no AC, very hot and hard to sleep because we had to leave the windows open. Lots of noise and cigarette smoke from outside.
