Mas tenho uma bebê pequena e vazou xixi no meio da noite. Acho que seria interessante ter roupa de cama extra no apto. E pelo mesmo motivo sugiro que coloquem cama de colchão impermeável nos colchões. Eu fui rápida em tirar minha filha de cima da cama, mas poderia ter sido um problema... tb achamos a televisão sem muitas opções... e quem tem crianças acaba ficando mais pelo apto a noite... no resto, tudo perfeito.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Excelente - Um caro pela época do ano 23/12 a 26/12) R$850 por dia, mas não tinha nada mais barato em Gramado. O prédio é novo, 2 anos de construção (2018), móveis novos. Tem churrasqueira no apto. Fui a pé todos os dias na Av. Borges Medeiros. Perto de tudo.

Porém, logo na chegada, ao valor "final" da reserva no site, me foi cobrada presencialmente, logo na chegada, uma taxa de R$ 200 reais de limpeza. Ao verificar no site do hoteis.com realmente é possível verificar, apenas buscar bastante, referência à essa cobrança, mas fica a dica, o valor "final" do site não pode ser parâmetro de pesquisa, pois pode haver cobranças extras de forma sub repticia, em outras páginas do anúncio. Vou requerer a devolução do valor, e não sendo reembolsado, irei ajuizar demanda.

- Manoela (10/5): Excelente escolha - Foi tudo maravilhoso. As pessoas com quem eu mantive contato tanto por whatsapp como pessoalmente foram muito solicitas e tudo funcionou perfeitamente bem. O prédio fica bem localizado e ele é super novinho e bonito, é completo, tem tudo o que precisamos. Eu e minha família amamos tudo! Indico demais!!!
- ALBERTO (8/5): - O apto é muito Bom! Amplo e espaçoso, bem equipado. Porém, para uma família que passa 8 dias hospedada, no mínimo 1 troca de toalhas de rosto e banho deveria haver, uma limpeza do apto, além da paga ao final da estadia, dar uma toalha de rosto por hóspede e não 1 por banheiro. Também, apesar de ter 3 televisões, 1 em cada quarto e 1 na sala, normalmente não funcionavam a contento, pegando apenas 2 canais, quando não estavam totalmente fora do ar. Detalhes que fazem muita diferença.

- Luciano (6/5): Experiência não foi boa, serviço fraco - Check-in ruim: chego com criança pequena à meia noite e não havia ninguém esperando... tive que esperar na rua escura e vazia. Só depois de muita insistência no telefone de suporte, alguém atendeu e mandaram representante. Tenho experiência em alugar aptos ou casa, mas nunca vi tal descaso. Isto, após eu ter avisado e pedido contato para combinar o check in). Não parou aí: tive que pedir toalhas extras, pois só deixam 1 por pessoa, e mesmo dizendo que pagaria($5/peça), não levaram. Chegam a sugerir que a gente busque na imobiliária(imagine, em meio a passeios, perder tempo para buscar toalha... mais fácil comprar). E ainda sofremos com barulho dos vizinhos... Só o suporte de um problema na TV que foi eficiente. Apartamento simples, com internet, ar condicionado e água quente ok. A localização fica a uma caminhada do centro - mas precisa de carro quem tem criança ou idoso na família
- renato (10/5): Melhor do que hotel e ótimo custo beneficio. - Confesso que foi a primeira vez que viajo com família e troco um hotel por um apartamento e achei ótimo, ao invés de ficar em pouco metros quadrados, pude ter mais conforto com minha família em um apto com dois quartos, sala, cozinha e área de serviço. O imoveis tem ótima localização e acesso. Os quartos são muito confortáveis com camas sensacionais, banheiros amplos, cozinha completa com utensílios, copos, sanduicheira, maquina de café e atende muito bem quem esta na cidade a passeio com família e crianças e precisa de uma refeição rápida ou quer preparar um café da amanha. Tem ate churrasqueira, mas não era meu intuito usar e sim passear pela região. Sala também muito confortável com acesso a TV a Cabo e nos quartos as Tv´s pegam sinal digital (no meu caso atendeu muito bem). Gostei muito de tudo, roupas de cama e banho pareciam novos e o estacionamento foi super tranquilo com vagas de fácil manobra.
