• Katerina (8/5): Great practical choice - It's a small, practical and cozy hotel. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and located in a very vibrant part of the city with lots of restaurants around. This is not a luxury place, if you are looking for one, but staff are friendly and helpful and it's easily connected to the rest of the city. The hotel does not get a lot of daylight, so it's a bit dark. Id also recommend a bit of decor accents in the room to make it cozier like accent pillows or wall decor.

Also close to a few metro stations. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of Korean and western options. Close to Lotte World Tower and shopping mall.

• MOMOKO (10/5): - 朝食が充実しているのと、スタッフの方が丁寧で親切でした。日本語で話しかけて下さったり、清掃も毎日入って下さり、不自由なく過ごすことが出来ました。

• Chongming171119 (8/5): A Generous Hotel - Sanju Hotel is small and petite but it makes me feel good in my stay. Coffee /tea and ginseng tea is 24/7 available free at the lobby. Many 4 and 5-star hotels in Seoul don't even provide free dental kits and give limited bottle drinks but Sanju hotel has a booth at the lobby where guests can take as many bottle drinks,dental kits, shavers, lotions, facial cleansers, as needed. Breakfast is very nice, not overloaded with choices but each dish is delicious and satisfying. The best serving is the free soft drinks, juices, and other can drinks from the large fridge for breakfast. Many eateries and cafes nearby but price is quite high in this area. I left my cellphone in the dining table without realising it until the receptionist brought it up to my room. Many thanks.

• JUN (10/5): 立地、価格ともに満足 - 朝食の種類が多く、コーヒーもテイクアウトできてよかったです。 繁華街近くで食事にも便利、目の前にはランドリーもあり、ホテルをベースに長期滞在もできそうでした チェックイン・チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもしていただき、身軽に観光できました。 シーツは清潔、シャワーも問題なく使えました。 スタッフの方も感じが良く、次回もまた利用したいです バスタブのシャワーカーテンが、もう少しだけ長いと良かったです。

Pokój bardzo ciemny, przygnębiający, wystrój tragiczny (sufit i ściany jak w jaskini/grobowcu). Mała różnorodność na śniadaniu. Nie klimatyzowany korytarz i winda. Krótkie łóżko. Hałasująca klimatyzacja. Brak wentylacji. Ciemny i malutki prysznic.
• Explorer14325826244 (10/5): Great Stay, Perfect Location! - I stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — very easy to get to directly from the airport — and it made getting around so convenient. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the free cocktails with lots of options were such a nice touch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room isn’t huge, but it was more than comfortable for two people. For the price, I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Highly recommend!

• Jonah (6/5): - The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom worked well. They also offer as much free water as you need. There were loads of restaurants and bars around the hotel, making it a lively area. The staff were friendly but their English was highly limited, making it difficult to ask basic questions. There was also a deficiency of coat hangers in the room and they didn't have any spares. The breakfast was really poor (the same every day) and was quite sickly. Not the best value for money.

• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - the breakfast spread was so good! although its not as wide a variety as breakfast buffets in other luxury hotels, it's inclusive enough as they offer pastries, the usual american breakfast condiments, and korean rice with side dishes. the room that i had also had a small side table with a chair and a long dressing table, wherey my partner and i could work remotely. toilet is also equipped with a fancy bidet! the dressing table was slightly dusty.
• annah740 (10/5): One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve seen - Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had nice amenities to make our stay more comfortable. The rooms were small but looked nice. There was a lot of fun nightlife in the neighborhood yet the hotel was still quiet. But the most impressive part was the included breakfast; I could tell they take a lot of time and effort to do a great job with that and try to accommodate various travelers’ needs and preferences.
• _U5769AK (2/5): the stay was nightmare - My wife and I were traveling to South Korea for our retirement trip . We booked 2 weeks for $1200 prior to traveling, but we didn't realize our nightmare started before we arrived. the hotel room was totally different then we saw the picture, twin bed was so small, speechlessly we couldn't take shower inside of our room. I asked staff to switch my room or ask to reimburse portion of our pre-paid $1200. The staff was so rude, no compromise was accepted. we ended up to give up $1200 after one night stay and moved to another hotel. I have never experienced this awful stay thru whole my life. I never ever want to recommend this place whoever I know.....
• Jens (9/5): Superb - The front desk was fantastically helpful and friendly. All kind of restaurants, pubs and food outlets around the hotel. A traditional market for food a 15 minute walk away. Rooms are small but all you need is around. The shower is good, but also small. We will come back. Breakfast was great.

• Alexander (10/5): - Great option for an affordable stay. The hotel is an older build but the rooms are nicely designed with thoughtful touches. Compact but comes with all the necessities one would need. The breakfast buffet is definitely the highlight of the stay! I would go there just for the breakfast alone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for accessing Lotte world and Starfield Coex mall. Very near a restaurant and bar area so no running out of ideas of what to eat. An excellent stay for our young family of 3. Will return again for our next visit to Seoul. Thank you!

• lisa (10/5): - The staff is friendly, close to the shopping mall and restaurant. Doesn't seem like a hotel, more of a home feeling. I just wish they have microwave in the room.
• Tarja (2/5): - This hotel has a mold issue and very strong smell in rooms. We checked 3 rooms overall and every room had the same issue unfortunately. Me and my friend both have allergies and very soon after arriving we needed to book another hotel because both of us started to get symptoms. We didn't spent even one night in this hotel but they were not willing to pay us a total refund but only half which was not enough when taking into account that we booked a hotel for 7 nights. So basically we paid quite a lot of money for nothing. I understand the refund policies but in health cases they should be flexible because we couldn't know beforehand about the issue and therefore not cancel the booking before arriving. The hotel was kind of nice overall and we would have stayed if the issue wasn't that severe, and our health wasn't under a risk. If you are sensitive to mold and/or smells, I would not recommend this hotel.

• EUNKYOUNG (10/5): 실속가득 안락한 숙소를 찾으신다면! - 있을것만 딱 가춘 객실도 너무 마음에 드렸구요 아침식사가 참 훌륭했습니다. 다음 출장에도 이용할 생각입니다. 금연실 화장실에서 담배냄새가 꽤 베었던게 하나 아쉬운점이네요
