HIDEAKI (10/5): - カプセルホテルの中のビジネスタイプ（ツイン）に宿泊しましたロビーから靴を脱ぐタイプのホテルなので、部屋の中のカーペットもほかのホテルより清潔ですこの部屋はバスタブ付きの風呂とトイレがセパレートになっております（全ての部屋がそうではないので注意）駐車場場はホテル入り口斜め右前の倉庫っぽいところが専用駐車場です他にも提携駐車場もありますが、専用駐車場が一番近いです屋根付きなので夏も車が高温にならずいいです駐車場や部屋のタイプなどは直接電話して聞いてみたほうがいいと思いますが、渡しが電話したときの男性の方の対応はちょっと嫌でした女性の方は親切でしたので聞くなら女性の方のほうがいいかもです
BRYN (8/5): - Really close to the train station and actually inside a shopping centre, the common area is tidy and there are good laundry facilities. The bed in our private room was comfortable, it was a great no frills experience.

Zelma (4/5): - While I appreciate this is a relatively inexpensive hotel for the area, and it does have a public hot bath on site, the room was tiny and poorly thought out. The night staff looked dejected and a bit stresed, but no knocks on the staff really. This was not a good value for the money. The entrance to the hotel was a bit of a joke, as you're circling around the block endlessly to try to find an entrance that works before you take the elevator up to the rception area. The surrounding area is not a nice area. Its really just a back alley. Again, I would definitely look elsewhere..

Vindo a Matsumoto voltarei a me hospedar aqui com certeza.
Aki (10/5): - カプセルだけれど、シャワー、トイレなどきれいで使いやすい。共有スペースも穏やかな雰囲気で良い。時間が合わなかったから入らなかったが、浴場もある（女性の入れる時間は限られているので注意）。冬の松本でも個室の温度はちょうど良く、寒くも暑くもない。 2段カプセルの部屋（?）の下側だったのだが、驚くことに上の人の物音が全くしない。いないのかと思ったらいたのでビックリした。ものすごーく静かな人だった可能性もなくはないけど、カプセルの作りが良いのだろう。充電器等も不足なく揃っているし、寝る時の甚兵衛のようなものもある。階下が丸善になっている。本は少なめだが文房具の品揃えが多くて面白い。

YOSHIO (8/5): - カプセルは深夜まで呑み歩いた人が泊まるイメージでいつも深夜まで物音がするものですが、こちらは思っていた以上に綺麗で、利用客の客層も良い深夜までバタバタしたり話している者もいない設備も綺麗ルートによっては入口が若干ややこしいし、早出口が分かりにくいので玄関に表示が欲しい
JO-SHUO (8/5): 物有所值的住宿 - 公共空間和設備都還不錯，膠囊房的空調不佳還有擺放鞋子的地區跟抽煙區附近都有異味。地點離車站約步行5分多鐘，周邊購物用餐算方便。

David (8/5): - Located on the sixth floor of a building above a large bookstore, this is basically a capsule hotel -- but it also has some larger "normal" rooms, which are pretty typical for a Japanese business hotel. (We happened to get the smallest of these, the one room that had a big support pillar running through it, but the rest of the rooms are if anything on the large size for a business hotel.) It's about a five minute walk from the train station, and about 15 minutes from Matsumoto Castle, with plenty of restaurants and shopping available within 5-10 minutes. The hotel has a public area with some TVs and computers available for use, as well as breakfast and drinks for purchase, and a large selection of manga to read. It also has a medium-sized public bath, in addition to the normal private bathroom included with double (and larger) rooms. The location is good, the price was low, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

William (10/5): Outstanding service and location. - A nine minute hike from Matsumoto Station, your comfy, clean capsule isn’t far from good food and Nakamachi Street. A little further north is the best castle in Japan. 😉 The hosts are very kind. There’s a library of manga. Four Asahi beer tickets for 1000 yen is reasonable. Be sure to take advantage of the useful onsen. Pillow could be more voluptuous. You won’t have a problem waking up amidst everyone’s helpful alarms going off (despite signage prohibiting them). Enjoy your stay!

Alan (8/5): - I booked the cabin type capsule. It bed was dark and quiet. The cabin had a little desk to eat or do some computer surfing. Japanese bath was nice as well. Clean and quiet in general. Negatives: Expedia said check in time was 2pm. But the hotel said 3pm. Had to wait around for an hour. Breakfast by reservation only. But convenience stores around the area.

The bath house rules were difficult to understand at first and staff spoke no English. The cabins were quiet though but the main issue was the confusing layout of the building.

MANJOU (10/5): 今まで一番いいホテル - （下に中国語あるます）（下方有中文）すごく広くてきれいなカプセルホテルです。シャワールームにシャンプー、ボディソープはもちろん、歯ブラシやメイク落としのオイルまでほぼ全部提供するので、手ぶらで来ても問題ありません。そしてレストランエリアに漫画閲覧とパソコンインターネット使用どちらも無料です。漫画を部屋に持って帰るのが出来ます。駅に3分、松本城徒歩10〜15分、1階に本屋とローソンあり、アクセス最高。利用させていただく時、お客さん少ないけど、フロントの方ご親切に対応してくださって本当に感動しました。今まで一番いいホテルです。非常寬敞又乾淨舒適，沒有住過這麼讚的膠囊旅館，浴室用品也都提供了，基本只要帶換洗衣服來就可以，連毛巾牙刷卸妝液什麼都不用！漫畫也免費提供借閱，可以拿回床位看，交誼廳的電腦也都免費使用。當天入住的客人不多，每個人都被安排的很遠，完全不會互相打擾到彼此，地點離車站又近，走路去松本城也只要10分鐘，目前住過的旅館裡CP值最高的一個。

Verified traveler (6/5): ゆっくりチェックアウト希望の人にはオススメ出来ない - 駅近で安い。清潔さもあり滞在しやすかったです。朝はゆっくりしたかったのでチェックアウトが11時と言う点が何より魅力的でした。そう思い予約したのでギリギリまでゆっくりしようとしたのですが、10時頃からすぐ近くで清掃スタッフのおばさん2名が大きな声で話し始めたため全く休めませんでした。しかも恐らく社内や仕事の愚痴のような内容。鍵の掛けられないカーテン1枚しか仕切りのないカプセルホテルで働いているという自覚がないのでしょうか? それも私の寝ていた部屋の目の前でした。まだ客がいる事も確認してないのか、いつまでも喋り続けていたので思わず静かにするよう頼みました… 声がうるさいのに加え聞くのも気が滅入る内容ですし、あまりの配慮のなさに呆れるしかありません。ただ寝る為、早めに出発するなら良いですが、のんびり過ごしたいスケジュールの方にはオススメ出来ません。

Portia (10/5): Could have stayed forever! - This was my first experience of the ‘capsule hotel’ trend and I was blown away! I felt foolish for packing anything when an exhaustive list of amenities (including a double cleansing skin regiment and multiple styles of hair dryers), pyjamas, towels and a laundry room where provided. There was even a library and bar! My one complaint was that male guests had access to a Japanese communal bath whilst the women’s area went without.

I was in heaven when we arrived at the M hotel to discover it was at the top of a building that had a department store and a Daiso on the lower floors. It was so convenient to pop down for a quick shop! The hotel was a short walk from the station. This hotel seemed to be more for local business people. The breakfast was Japanese style with a few western type food choices. The room was quite big, with everything that was needed. I chose the room with 2 beds and they were surprisingly large. There were tea/coffee making facilities. The room was clean and the hotel looked like it was recentlyrenovated.I wish we were there for longer than one night.We really liked this hotel and would stay here again if we were in Matsumoto.

Amanda (10/5): Excellent price, excellent stay - We stayed here for several nights over a 10 day period and found this hotel to be excellent. The staff were all helpful, it was centrally located, had clothes washing facilities, a good breakfast and they were happy to store our large bags when we went walking in the mountains for a few days.
liying (10/5): - short walk from the station and it can be quite confusing to find with numerous signs but you can walk through the bookstore (maruzen) to the lift at the back where the washrooms are located. place is clean and organised with sufficient storage space for your belongings.
Papatsara (10/5): - nice staff , clean room and the hostel close to transportation.
Verified traveler (8/5): Fine for a quick night - Staff friendly and helpful. However you have to leave the room key at the front desk every time you leave or the key to the shoe locker with them at all times. This was a pain when they were busy. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay for more.
Verified traveler (6/5): - Looked presentable and clean, but... Pillows uncomfortable, toilet stank a bit, room lighting very poor (inadequate for business people). Service was good, breakfast was fair.

Michael (8/5): - Twin room good size, comfortable beds, good shower, close to train and bus station. Convenience store handy, plenty of restaurants nearby.

Hanan (10/5): All you need for a night stay - The stay was very good. The hotel is located 4 minutes from the Matsumoto station. The hotel provides you with all the basic stuff. It is good for both backpackers and for couples that don't need a fancy hotel and just for a good place to sleep.
