- sarkiengland (2/5): GO ELSEWHERE - We made a reservation 6 months ago through Bookings.com, now just days before our arrival they have decided they don't have a room for us. All of our touring plans were based around a stop here. It has cost a lot of time and money finding an alternative that looks good but not where we wanted to be. I have emailed in both Spanish and English for a reason but been totally ignored. Dreadful attitude and service, not the way to run a business?

- Merce (8/5): Muy agradable - Hotel muy bien situado para excursiones en La Cerdanya. Sencillo, pero muy agradable y en un buen entorno, con buenas vistas desde las habitaciones. Estuvimos en verano, no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones pero no nos hizo falta. Es agradable poder darse un baño en la piscina al volver de las excursiones. Tiene restaurante con menu casero por lo que no hay que desplazarse a otro lugar cuando llegas cansado. Volveremos

- Yuliya (6/5): Удобный отель по пути - Удобное расположение около трассы. Отель не новый, но достаточно чистый. Есть бассейн, прекрасный вид на долину и горы. Из минусов - ближайшее открытое кафе нашлось в 2х км в соседней деревне. В целом, можно остановиться на ночь.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Lo mejor, las personas encargadas del servicio -en especial la señora mallorquina que estaba en recepción- y que nos atendió todo el fin de semana. Cama muy cómoda y precio muy asequible. Mejorables los servicios en general: No había wifii en las habitaciones. No había televisión. Tampoco había gel ni jabón en el baño pese a que habían pasado a limpiar por la mañana.
- Jaume (4/5): No recomiendo para nada este hotel. - Reservamos 2 noches a media pensión. Nos alojaron a en una habitación en la que debíamos salir al exterior para llegar, con el frío que hacía, sin TV y hacía mucho frío en el interior, nos quejamos y nos trajeron una TV y un par de estufas eléctricas, ya que uno de los radiadores no funcionava. Después de nuestras quejas ya que tenían el hotel lleno no nos cambiaron hasta la segunda noche. La nueva habitación ya cumplía por lo que habíamos pagado. La media pensión una estafa, va sin bebidas y si no la contratas previamente en el hotel cuesta 18€, un Bufet de ensalada de primero y espaguetis, y tres opciones de segundo, postre sólo 2 opciones. Un Bufet muy justo y a un precio carísimo sin bebida. No recomiendo para nada ir a este hotel si no sabéis si os dan una habitación normal o una de las que tienen sólo para cuando están llenos.

Really good quality of the food and home cooking style And also a good quality-to-price ratio. Excellent personal treatment by both Gabi, the director of the hotel and all the staff. We will definitely repeat the experience!!!
- chrisierush (8/5): Good price for the quality - Stayed here twice on a motorbike trip to northern Spain, once on the way out and then on the way back. Just over the boarder into Spain, easy to find, good food, comfortable rooms and 10% off for motorbikers. There is off road parking but it is not secure, although is behind a high hedge. Evening meal was three courses, with a choice, included coffee and a bottle of wine all for €17 each. Good food well cooked. Proprietor and staff spoke English, were very helpful.
- TravelLynn03 (4/5): Terrible sleep in this hotel - We stayed here for two nights over NYE. Pyrenes is a really popular spot for end of year vacation and the hotel seemed occupied with big family groups. We had a room on the first floor and realized (regrettably) soon after that it was impossible to sleep in this hotel - there was ZERO sound-proofing. Throughout the night (and day) we could hear constant footsteps from upstairs and from the corridor outside our room, screams and loud chatter of children (and adults), door-slamming... In short, we only had a 2-6am window of peace and ended up not having much sleep for both nights. Our room afforded no views despite being in beautiful Pyrenes, and the beds were too springy to be comfortable. Breakfast was nothing to write home about though we did at least had some yoghurt and toast. Such a pity, because the surroundings of the hotel were hauntingly beautiful with the Pyrenes landscape. Will not return.
- gromit72 (8/5): Good hotel near Alp - I stayed at the hotel when visiting a friend in Alp. The hotel is clean, warm and the service was very good for the price we paid. It is in easy reach of Alp and very near to lots of amazing walking areas.
