• MARC (8/5): Un bon séjour - Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter le centre historique. Le personnel est très agréable et bienveillant. La chambre est très confortable et les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Si vous venez en voiture, il faudra garer la garer en dehors de la zone, mais le parking du centre commercial à côté est une bonne solutions. Nous avons eu un problème avec l’eau chaude tous les jours. Elle est difficile à obtenir et il faut laisser couler l’eau très longtemps pour en avoir. Je m’interroge sur la qualité environnementale. Notre chambre était situé au rez-de-chaussée ce qui explique peut être ce problème. De plus, le parquet est bruyant quand les voisins du dessous marchent et rentre tard.

• Viaggiaresempre71 (9/5): Un soggiorno nel cuore di Vegueta - Hotel situato in pieno centro storico di Vegueta adiacente alla Casa de Colón, la Catedral de Santa Ana, el Museo Canario, la nostra camera era al pian terreno letti comodi buona pulizia buona colazione che si sceglie alla carta personale assolutamente gentile e disponibile vista dalla terrazza molto bella. L'hotel essendo in pieno centro non ha parcheggio a 5/10 minuti a piedi ci sono parcheggi a pagamento, la colazione viene servita all'ultimo piano in un piccolo spazio pertanto bisogna scegliere l'orario in cui farla piccolissima piscina e pochi posti per pensare di poter prendere il sole.

• laura (10/5): Un magnifique hôtel au cœur de Vegueta - L’emplacement est incroyable, avec cette vue magnifique sur la cathédrale et ses rues pavées, sa proximité avec tout le quartier de Vegueta. Les chambres sont très grandes et confortables, l’hôtel en lui même est magnifique, très loin des modèles touristiques, décoré avec goût et très calme malgré son emplacement central. Mention spéciale à l’équipe de l’hôtel, que ce soit à l’accueil, à la cuisine pour le petit déjeuner (à la carte, fait par une incroyable cuisinière), au ménage, toute l’équipe est d’une gentillesse et d’une aide incroyable. Ce séjour fut exceptionnel et c’est en grande partie grâce à eux, merci encore !

• Kimberley (10/5): Perfect escape. - The rooftop space was so relaxing and pretty with a beautiful view of the cathedral. Our room was lovely, airy and bright, the bed was very comfortable and the shower suitably powerful for someone with long hair! Breakfast was tasty with a choice from both the savoury and sweet menu as part of your included breakfast and tea/coffee and juice. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the nearest bar/restaurant (although the hotel did have an honesty bar on the roof) and the rest of town a 10 min walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay all the better! Nothing.

• Iris (8/5): - Personeel was erg behulpzaam, locatie van het hotel is perfect, echt midden in het oude stadscentrum. Ontbijt was erg lekker en de kamer en het hotel wordt goed bijgehouden door de huishoudsters. Zou het zeker aanbevelen. Bedden vond ik persoonlijk wat hard. Mijn vriend daarentegen niet.
• Karin (10/5): Wunderbare Woche - Unser Zimmer im ersten Stockwerk mit Fenster zu Strasse hin war optimal. Das Hotel liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral. Das Personal war auf eine natürliche Art freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (7 Nächte)! Das Frühstück ist wunderbar. Man kann zwuseb insgesamt 8 Varianten wählen und tgl neu "zusammenstellen". Super lecker! Auf Wunsch auch für Vegetarier und glutenfrei! Toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse über die Altstadt. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da das Wetter nicht gut genug war. Aber zum sonnen und chillen war die Terrasse perfekt! Ich denke es ist wichtig in diesem Hotel das "richtige" Zimmer zu buchen. Es gibt Zimmer ohne Fenster nach draussen und manche die direkt am Aufzug sind. Aber auch diese sind modern und komfortabel.
• Boyke (4/5): Wenig Nachtruhe - Die Lage ist toll, direkt und central in der Altstadt von Las Palmas. Wer mit 4-5 Stunden Schlaf auskommt, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Innenhof ist sehr hellhörig, was dem Personal nicht bewußt zu sein scheint. Kurz vor 24h wird die Bar aufgeräumt, Gläser und Flaschen werden dabei geräuschvoll verräumt - was quer durch den Innenhof schallt. Von 24-24:30 h war dann jede Nacht lautes Rauschen der Wasserleitungen zu vernehmen, ehe um 5-5:30 h das Morgenpersonal erschien und die Lebensmittel für das Frühstück aufs Dach transportierte - ebenfalls nicht ohne Geräusche zu verursachen. Der Transport erfolgte mit dem Glasaufzug, der jedes Ankommen auf einer Etage mit einrm nervtötenden Signalton quittierte - obwohl man um diese frühe Uhrzeit auch leise die Treppe hätte nutzen können, um den lauten Aufzug zu vermeiden! Ab 7h ist die Rezeption besetzt, gerne auch mal mit leise eingeschaltetem Radio, was aber bis in jedem Zimmer zu hören war. Also rundum - die Gäste die hier bereits kommentierten und von einem sehr ruhigem Hotel sprachen scheinen in einem anderen Hotel gewesen zu sein??? Und dabei kommentiere ich hier noch nicht einmal das teils gedanklose und rücksichtslose Verhalten der ach so erwachsenen Gäste - wie man es leider überall immer mehr erleben darf. Wir jedenfalls mussten uns daheim erstmal vom Schlafmangel erholen. Erholung in einem Hotel "adults only" sieht für uns anders aus - aber da ist ja jeder anders gestrickt!!

Breakfast was lovely. The quality of the ingredients was very good. The location of the hotel was fantastic We were a bit disappointed in the room size on the indoor rooms (we stayed in 4 and 5). Bathrooms were lovely. Bath towels could be a bit bigger. Tea/coffee facilities in the room would be nice. More cushions needed on the roof terrace. It was a bit frustrating having groups of people sitting right outside our bedroom in the evening playing cards at a table in the passageway. It felt quite intrusive especially when it got to 10pm

• CLK (10/5): Beautiful Boutique hotel, highly recommend - A beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the honesty bar worked really well. The views over the Cathedral, whilst having breakfast, were fabulous and the choices at breakfast and quality were wonderful. There are many bars and restaurants close by and Vegueta is a great place to stay to explore the historic quarter. The hotel is so peaceful and relaxing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

• Caterina Bernarda Johanna (10/5): Had a great one night stay! - It is a really nice and well maintained hotel. Room was also really nice. The breakfast was on the rooftop and food was really good. Location is top and staff excellent!
• Wood (9/5): - Lovely staff. Great location.Excellent breakfast.Rooftop pool great. Room was an interior one which was lovely but rather dark. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no coffee pods in the machine at Reception.
• Lizz (10/5): Comfortable, friendly accommodating hotel with the best fresh cooked breakfast options. - The location was excellent for walking around Vegueta and and a good base for touring the island in our hire car. Everyone was extremely helpful at the hotel but special thanks to Giusy on reception who helped us with the alternative parking location and showing us where to find areas. She was so helpful. Sorry I didn't find out other names as you were also so helpful. Also a huge thank you to Carolina the chef who prepared the most delicious freshly cooked breakfast every morning and preparing special breakfasts for husband who is recovering from radiation treatment on his neck/throat. Nothing was too much trouble for them. She even shared her granola recipe with me which is so tasty. The choice of 1 savoury and 1 sweet option each day was excellent and the bests breakfasts we have experienced on holiday for a long time. Thank you. The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping visited each morning. Shower area excellent. Very nice boutique style hotel with the added bonus of the roof terrace to sit and chill out and admire the view of the Cathedral. The closet underground parking charged 31€ daily so after the first night, Giusy showed us an alternative parking lot which charged 11.95€ daily which was much better for a 10 night stay! It was an 11 minute walk from the hotel but very easy and no bother. Worth walking the extra 6 minutes to avoid 31€ every day!
