The location is excellent, away from the crowds in Hauz Khas but within a short distance to the Village or metro. The home cooked breakfast and chats with other guests make this memorable. Sagar runs the B&B with ease. No complaints

Omdat we heel vroeg vertrokken bood gastvrouw aan om ontbijt klaar te zetten en stonden de koffers al beneden klaar dat we niet hoefde te sjouwen zo vroeg in de ochtend. bed echt hard en ik kreeg douche niet aan omdat er iets verkeerd stond ingesteld... werd wel super snel en goed geholpen toen ik vroeg waarom douche niet aanging

- HOlly (9/5): Great homestay. Easy way to start your journey into India. - The staff are warm, hospitable and attentive. They go above and beyond in meeting all special requests. I sent a few messages prior and despite the odd hours they got back to me within minutes. Sagar has a wealth of knowledge of not just this area but other popular travel destinations. The evening meals were delicious. Rooms were spacious. Wifi reliable. And this is a great area to land when first arriving in India. A bit less busy. A lot of clean and tasty restaurants in the area. Nice park when you want to step out of the Delhi hustle. I was pleasantly surprised by the common areas and kitchens on each floor. Clean water readily available. The shower. It was difficult to get the water 'just right'-- this was only a problem in one of the rooms. And the bed was hard - which of course some might really appreciate.

Even for transit, it worth spending night here since it’s not far from the airport by taxi (approximately 20-40 minutes depending on traffic). Owner couple and his mother were all friendly and kind.

Having kitchen facilities was a bonus we weren't expecting. Breakfast was lovely. The B&B is in a really safe area - gated street and wider area felt safe.

There was also a shared kitchen available which was practical if you choose to use it. The hosts are welcoming and attentive! They helped us to arrange a taxi for early morning flight and recommended things to do on our day in Delhi. We had breakfast for one of the mornings and food also was good! We also liked the location, close enough to central part and also airport yet in a more residential area. Walking distance is an amazing restaurants!

Great part of Delhi- buzzy but villagy -great for walking before heading off to the hectic old town. Best part was the gorgeous and scrupulously clean house and the charming family who own it. - Jennifer (8/5): Nice, clean B&B with a lovely host and in a great neighborhood - We stayed for three nights but didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, since we had early starts each morning. Sagar was an excellent host! Very responsive and friendly, and he made suggestions for local places to eat and get a drink. We loved the shared terrace attached to our room! We were able to do laundry there, too. The guesthouse is clean and inviting, and the shared kitchen was helpful for storing water and snacks. It's in a great neighborhood for walking around and exploring Hauz Khas. We enjoyed good beer at a brewpub around the corner and got a lovely cake from a local bakery to bring to dinner at our friend's parents's house. The mattresses were very firm (but some people may prefer this), and the water pressure was so-so. It took 30 minutes for the hot water heater to heat enough water to have a hot shower, so plan ahead if you're on a schedule.

There are sites, good restaurants, cafés in the area.The family are always helpful and the premises clean. It isn't glamorous, it's a B&B, but for the price a good deal.The bed was very firm.

Unica nota negativa l'autista che mi è venuto a prendere all'aeroporto e seguito durante il primo giorno a Delhi: pressante nelle richieste ha continuato a messaggiarmi tutti i giorni successivi, mi ha chiesto molti più soldi di quello che poi ho scoperto in seguito necessitassero per i suoi servizi. MI ha portato in ristoranti che sicuramente lo pagavano e anche in negozi dove il turista viene spennato. Continuava a dirmi che Delhi è pericolosa, di non usare Uber mettendomi una pressione e una paura senza senso. UN servizio che spaventa i turisti e non rende merito alla città e al paese. Consiglio a tutti di usare Uber che funziona benissimo.

Eerste overnachting was ontbijt inclusief en bij de tweede niet. Moesten we bijbetalen. Zat er plots niet meer bij. Wij moesten 8.15 vertrekken vanwege onze vlucht en vroegen om 7.30 te ontbijten maar dat was pas mogelijk vanaf 8.00. Dat is slechte service naar de klanten toe. Nu amper wat gehad. Ook geen gedag toen we gingen. Wij vonden het hier tegenvallen

Es gibt auch Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Familie bietet großzügige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum und modernem Bad uns vor allem 'Familienanschluss'. Es gibt frisch gekochtes Frühstück und auf Wunsch Abendessen, bei dem man mit dem Betreiber ins Gespräch kommen kann. Die Wohnung liegt in einer bewachten Wohngegend, so dassich mich dort sehr sicher und von Anfang an wohl gefühlt habe.

The room had everything it needed and the bed was comfortable. Haus Khaz village is about 25-30 min walk away and worth a visit.

Our room was spacious well appointed. Within short walking distance are ATM and three cafes if inclined. The area is safe for walking. A must do if you stay here are the home cooked meals. After dinner the first night we ate dinner every night the meals were so good. Savita cooks different things each night with variety at each meal. A real treat. Thanks Sagar!

Das Frühstück selbst war sehr einfach. Es wurden einfach ein paar Sachen hingestellt und nicht nachgefragt, ob man noch etwas möchte. Kaffee haben wir nur einmal bekommen, ansonsten mussten wir Tee trinken. Indische Gastfreundschaft geht anders!
