Tuga Traveler (10/5): - Gostei de tudo! Com especial destaque para o pequeno-almoço e para meal box que me foi facultada quando num dos dias tive que sair antes da abertura do buffet. A relação qualidade preço é tão boa que na próxima vez já vou ponderar ficar neste hotel mesmo que para isso tenha que sacrificar alguns kilometros de viagem. Quanto a mim só podem melhorar numa coisa; criando condições para tomar um café ou um chá fora de horas, ou com máquina de vending ou com chaleira e café solúvel no quarto.

Possibilité également de stationner la voiture au sous-sol pour la somme de 5 euros par jour. Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent. Personnel à notre écoute.

Rui (10/5): - Houve um contratempo com um dos nossos quartos que foi resolvido com muita simpatia por parte de todos os colaboradores. Hotel central com estacionamento gratuito à porta. Quarto grande com camas muito confortáveis. Pequeno almoço com qualidade e variedade de produtos.

liliane (1/5): - Notre séjour a malheureusement été décevant. Nous avons eu le sentiment d’un manque de bienveillance de la part du personnel. Ayant un petit frigo dans la chambre, il m’était difficile de stocker tous les aliments nécessaires pour mon fils. J’ai donc préparé des portions le matin pour qu’il puisse avoir des repas équilibrés à base de fruits et légumes pendant la journée. Cela n’a pas été bien perçu par l’hôtel, ce que j’ai trouvé regrettable, surtout que l’offre de restauration pour les enfants à midi n’était pas adaptée. J’ai également été surprise d’entendre une employée évoquer mon départ auprès d’autres clients, d’une manière peu professionnelle. De plus, il fallait souvent rappeler que les consommations du bar devaient être mises sur la chambre, ce qui a rendu l’expérience moins fluide. Côté hébergement, la chambre attribuée n’avait pas de balcon, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un 4 étoiles, et la moquette présentait plusieurs tâches. Enfin, la présence importante de caméras de surveillance dans l’hôtel donne une impression un peu intrusive et interroge sur le respect de la vie privée. En résumé, plusieurs points ne correspondent pas au standing attendu pour un établissement affiché comme 4 étoiles.

Aline (10/5): Superbe hôtel pour séjourner sur une longue durée - Le personne était au petit soin, les chambres très spacieuses une terrasse avec vue et un lit pour bébé en parfait état. L’hôtel est très propre et très agréable et une baignoire dans la salle de bains aussi. Rien tout était parfait !
