- Luciano (4/5): Incómodo - Lo único que tiene bueno es la ubicación muy céntrica Decepcionante. Cuarto pequeño, incómodo, sin espacio para caminar. No cumple las expectativas de un alojamiento de booking y menos a ese precio. La cama está a un metro del WC. muy mal estado la habitación, necesita reforma. Personal muy simpático y buen equipo de limpieza.

- Fabio Felice (1/5): Nightmare in Vigo - The position is ok near to the center The night was horrible: bad smell in the bathroom, old furnitures in the room (50+ old), noise from thd other rooms the whole night and the worst is the mattress fleas that make my night there a nightmare! This is not acceptable price looks cheap but the higyne come first this is why i cancelled my second night.

- Nicola (2/5): Geht gar nicht... - Der Aufzug in den 3. Stock Der Rahmen der Badezimmertür war gebrochen und die Tür ließ sich nicht schließen. Auch wenn ich meine Freundin seit 40 Jahren kenne, möchte ich doch eher nicht, dass sie mich auf der Toilette sitzen sieht. An der Decke im Bad war nur eine nackte Glühbirne und wenn irgendwo im Haus die Spülung betätigt wurde, hat unser WC hinterher gewinselt. Putz und Tapete hingen von der Wand. Dass gegenüber eine Disko ist und man bis morgens um 7 Uhr alles gegeben hat, dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Trotzdem war es unlustig. Aber unser größtes Problem war das Entdecken eines kleinen Blutsaugers im Bett früh am Morgen - ich weiss nicht wie Bettwanzen aussehen, aber wir haben danach fluchtartig die Unterkunft verlassen. Klar weiß man bei dem Preis, dass man nicht so viel erwarten kann. Aber das Zimmer ging gar nicht...

- Ekaterina (1/5): Just don’t do it - Location is nice You get exactly what you see in pictures, everything is ran down and needs renovation. Silicone around the bathtub has black mold. The place was dusty and there were hair left on the bedside table :)
- Rosa (1/5): El hotel de los horrores - Les doy una estrella porque hay que poner alguna. Hotel de los horrores: lugar muy mal cuidado, con suelos que crujen, olor rancio y sensación de suciedad por todas partes. La habitación era antigua y estaba sucia, con sábanas desgastadas. Nada más mirar la cama encontramos dos chinches grandes. Bajamos inmediatamente a recepción para comunicarlo y la única “solución” que nos dieron fue cambiarnos de habitación, cuando todo el mundo sabe que las chinches son una plaga. No hubo disculpas ni ninguna otra alternativa. Solicitamos el reembolso a través de Booking y se lavaron las manos diciendo que todo dependía del “gerente”, que casualmente nunca estaba allí. Al día siguiente volvimos para pedir explicaciones, ya que nos habíamos quedado sin sitio donde dormir, y la respuesta fue que cómo pretendíamos que hicieran el reembolso “tan rápido” si aún no había pasado tiempo suficiente para que el gerente aceptara la devolución. Los días posteriores fueron una auténtica tomadura de pelo y tuvo que intervenir Booking para exigir el reembolso. Lógicamente redactamos una hoja de reclamaciones y la presentamos ante las autoridades correspondientes. Además, toda la cadena de mando fue extremadamente maleducada y nos trataron como si encima nos estuvieran haciendo un favor. Si no queréis acabar llenos de picaduras o encontraros chinches en la cama, no vayáis.
- Morloy (1/5): Malisimoooo - Nada , todo muy mal , el lugar olia a cigarrillo desde que entras , jamas volveria , gracias a dios solo fuimos por una noche No me gusto nada , olor a cigarrillo desde que entras , ruidos toda la noche no pudimos dormir ni un minuto en toda la noche , es lo peor que hay no se lo recomiemdo a nadie , cada vez que abren el grifo en cualquier piso se escuha como si fuera en tu habitacion , asi sea para una noche no lo recomiendo a nadie, las camas duras y los pies quedaban fuera de la cama y yo no soy muy alta 1.65 , malisimo

- Laura (4/5): Lugar informal ,camas muy incómodas, mucho ruido. - Llegué 13:30, cuando el check-in era a partir de las 13:00 horas y la recepción cerrada. La habitación sin hacer, entramos con el suelo mojado, y VI como limpiaeon, por encima, obviamente no dio tiempo a ventilar lo necesario y yo con una niña que se encontraba mal. VI otros huéspedes quejarse por no tener agua caliente. Las paredes de papel se escucha todo, al despertar el ascensor no hiba. Todo.
