Peu de bruit et proche du métro (10 minutes à pieds) Ce sont des broutilles : Le quartier n'a aucun intérêt. La vue de l'appartement n'est pas terrible non plus, mais ça n'a pas vraiment d'importance. Pas de torchon à disposition (détail).

We received fresh towels and daily housekeeping, which made us feel very comfortable. Bottled water was also provided every day, a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated. The apartment itself is new, beautifully furnished, and carefully designed. Everything felt modern, tidy, and welcoming. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He assisted us many times with great willingness and made our stay even more pleasant. We highly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and great hospitality.

Das Hotel und die Räume sind mit Zugangscodes erreichbar. Kostenlosen Parkplatz bekommen. 24Stunden war der Vermieter erreichbar. Die Putzfrauen haben jeden Tag die Zimmer sauber gemacht und frische Tücher ausgehändigt. Metro 7min entfernt. Lebensmittelhandel 2min. Netflix hat leider nicht funktioniert, aber nicht so schlimm.

• Donna Tran (8/5): Great customer service and close to the train station. - Good customer service! We got a lot of useful information from the manager. Walking distance to train station and grocery shop. Had everything you need for a short stay. Basic kitchen that works fine. Smell of sigaretts drifts in from other apartments, so we had to close the windows and turn off aircon. It gets stuffy in the bathroom if the window is shut. You can hear other people in the hallway, and also from the street.

• MCi Marcin Czajkowski (10/5): - Faisel, rewelacyjny gospodarz, który opiekował się nami od startu w Polsce , poprzez bardzo późne lądowanie w Atenach, zorganizował taksówkę w atrakcyjnej cenie, zmieniał ręczniki i pościel codziennie, co rzadko się zdarza w apartamentach. Jeżeli skończyły się nam kapsułki do kawy to następnego dnia były już uzupełnione itd itp...Nie trzeba było prosić o fakturę . A ostatniego dnia pobytu ucięliśmy miłą pogawędkę. Oprócz tego lokalizacja, blisko metra , blisko centrum.

• Zsófia (9/5): Egy kis oázis Athén közepén - Az apartman relatíve közel van a Larissa pályaudvarhoz. Nem a legjobb környék, de legalább nem hangos. Igazi felüdülés volt megérkezni a tiszta, gyönyörűen berendezett szállásra a leharcolt utcák után. Faisal, a tuladonos szuper kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt, ott várt minket érkezéskor. Az ágy fenomenális, nagyon jót aludtunk rajta, és külön értékeltem, hogy minden ablakon van redőny, így teljesen be lehet sötétíteni. Mi nem tévéztünk, de egyébként klassz, hogy van Netflix a szálláson. A szálláson minden tetszett, de Athénnal kapcsolatban vegyes a kép. Szépek nyilván az ókori épületek, van egy csomó csodás templom és egyéb épület, de az egész várost átlengi a csüggedtség, szomorúság. Olyan érzése van az embernek, mintha napokkal egy háború után járna, rengeteg a romos épület, a graffiti, az utcákon mindenhol szemét van. Sajnos az igénytelenség és a "jól van az úgy" attitűd látszik mindenen, és többször feltettük magunknak az "ezt miért így csinálják, ha lehetne sokkal jobban is" kérdést. Közlekedésben a metró csak a bátraknak javasolt, a buszok tiszták és gyorsak, de ha nem kezdesz el vadul integetni a megállóban, akkor nem áll meg, hiába álldogálsz ott. Pozitívum, hogy a nyilvános WC-k (bár csak kettőt láttunk) ingyenesek. Az éttermek, bárok rendben vannak, a turistákkal kedvesen a görögök, de az utcákon hömpölyög mindenféle náció, és nem éreztem, hogy annyira biztonságban lennénk. De nem ért semmilyen atrocitás. Kötelező a Google MAPS használata, de sokszor elveszik a jel, a görög írást pedig még nem tanultuk meg jól, úgyhogy többször eltévedtünk. Érdemes még utazás előtt megismerkedni a város térképével - különösen a metro térképpel - mert sokat segít, ha tudja az ember, hogy hová tart. Mi kimentünk a Glyfada Beach-re, de ott a homokon és néhány törött műanyag széken kívül nem volt semmi. Igaz, március volt.

• Stella (10/5): Mindennel felszerelt apartman - A tetőterasz. :-) Valamint Viberen már korábban és az út során is egyeztetni lehetett a szállásadóval (Faisal), aki nagyon segítőkész volt. A kapu és bejárati ajtó, valamint wifi kódokat előre elküldte Viberen, de személyesen is ott várt bennünket és mindent elmondott. Az étterem és a szupermarket, amiket ajánlott, szintén jók voltak.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Wspaniały apartament w Atenach - W obiekcie znajduje się 9 apartamentów. Przebywałam w apartamencie z 2 sypialniami. Wspaniały, wygodny, bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony apartament z balkonem. Wszystkie pomieszczenia są klimatyzowane. Telewizor z netflixem. Wejście do apartamentu za pomocą kodu. Obsługa apartamentu codziennie sprzątała i zmieniała ręczniki. Dodawała wodę, kawę i herbatę. W obiekcie 3 miejsca parkingowe, co jest bardzo ważne, bo w Atenach znalezienie miejsca parkingowego graniczy z cudem. Do centrum ok. 3 km, więc spokojnie można dojść spacerkiem. Bardzo i pomocny miły gospodarz. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt. Wszystko było ok.
• Αννα Χριστινα (10/5): - Ηταν υπέροχο το διαμέρισμα, μοντέρνο , άνετο για μια οικογένεια , εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε για μια διαμονή λίγων ημερών . Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός και η καθαριότητα πολύ τακτική . Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δε μας άρεσε σχετικά με το διαμέρισμα ή τη φιλοξενία. Για τις γιορτινές μέρες των Χριστουγέννων θα μπορούσε να έχει κάποιο σχετικό στολισμό για να βάζει τους επισκέπτες στο εορταστικό κλίμα.Αν υπήρχε αυτό θα νιώθαμε ακριβώς σαν στο σπίτι μας.

• Zornitsa (10/5): Perfect apartment - The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Close to Larisa metro station. The apartment was cleaned every day and had everything we needed for a peaceful stay- even free water, tea and coffee. The host was very kind and provided us with all the necessary information about the place, transportation in Athens, nearby restaurants. He also provided us with a parking space. Maybe the pillows were a bit high and there was no tea suitable for children. But I wouldn't say that's essential.

• Angela Petrova (10/5): Όλα ήταν τέλεια - Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ άνετη. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο. Τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια πολύ άνετα. Ο διαχειριστής ευγενέστατος , η επικοινωνία μαζί του πάρα πολύ καλή και άμεση. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση με το μετρό, περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια, ενώ το κόστος με ταξί μέχρι π.χ. το Μοναστιράκι είναι στα 6-7€. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης στην πυλωτή είναι ασφαλισμένος με γκαραζόπορτα. Το κατάλυμα κάλυψε όλα μας τα κριτήρια.

• Ben (9/5): Excellent! - Absolutely perfect little spot for our family of four to enjoy a two night stop in Athens. Within easy reach of shops, eateries and the metro, everything you could want is but a stone's throw away. The apartment was clean and well furnished and our host Faisel was not only extremely friendly and welcoming but also gave us plenty of good advice and was on hand to answer any questions we had. All in all a most enjoyable stay and Alekos is definitely the apartment we would be using if we venture back to Athens again.

I really appreciate the bottle of water, new towels , made our bed everyday. The room is fantastic, clean , comfortable and modern . Highly recommended. Thank you Faisal , housekeeping staff .
• Adriana (10/5): - Faisal, the manager of the building is amazing. He was communicating with us prior and during our 4 night stay. We had a superior apartment on the 1st floor. It had all the amenities one would need including a kitchen, wonderful balcony and Netflix. We needed a washer to wash our clothes and Faisal made the washer available for free in the building. The building is about a 5-8minute walk to Larissa Metro Station which was very easy. You have to go over a rail overpass but if you have luggage there are elevators. Faisal gave us instructions for a closest supermarket and a place to eat. Wonderful stay and we would stay here again.
• Leanne (10/5): - Staff were excellent. They came in everyday and straightened up. Lots of helpful hints on how to get around. Attentive and available. Was a little startled by the area at first but like they say do not judge a book by its cover. Would definitely recommend it.

The apartment has a rooftop which is really relaxing. One of the bathrooms is a little bit small but this does not impact the overall excellent experience.

Gazda de nota 10! - Apartartament cu doua dormitoare situate la etaje diferite, fiecare dormitor cu baie proprie, living cu bucatarie open space utilata cu tot ce trebuie, doua terase superbe din care cea de la ultimul etaj cu vedere panoramica asupra orasului. Parcare proprie. Faisal, administratorul proprietatii, extrem de prietenos si amabil, ne-a impresionat in mod deosebit !
• Noela (8/5): Nice clean place to stay but away from main town. - Room was very clean and the A/C was great! Location was a little too far away from downtown, but was a cheap Uber ride.

• Kristóf (9/5): - The location is good, about a 10-minute walk to the metro. The staff were very kind, they came to clean every day and provided us with fresh water. The owner is also very kind and helpful. Self check-in is quick and easy.
