• Evgeni (9/5): - Good location, quiet (if you exclude the front facing the street which is always going to be noisy in Barcelona). Electronic access so you don't have to wait for the owner to let you in. Well furnished, spacious. The second bedroom is really tiny. The elevator is limited to 2 people so it couldn't take the family in one go anf the stairs are really shallow and dark so you wouldn't wanna use them.

Should be blurred -nobody said anything about deposit during booking, I asked many times about pricing to booking.com -we were asked to take garbage out and dishes into machine, and we did, but why do we pay cleaning fee then
• Annette (10/5): An excellent stay in a perfect location, I will look to rent it again on further visits. - The bed was delightfully comfortable, pillows also comfortable and abundant. Good water pressure, one shower and bathroom is very ample, the second shower and bathroom is quite small if you are a person of size, lovely if you have a child to have the second bathroom. Kitchen had everything I needed. Aragó is a busy street, and the front window/door to the balcony did an admirable job of blocking street noise. Casa Cosi as a whole is wonderful to deal with, efficient and responsive information. I will gladly stay here again. I am a repeat Casa Cosi customer already after their customer service quickly handled a plumbing incident beyond their control on a different occasion. There is a narrow staircase up to the elevator that is not the easiest to manage with large suitcases, doable with patience and care.

• Bo (6/5): Poor management and avoiding responsibility. - The location is good. Close to major sightseeing and many restaurants, bus and metro all nearby. During the middle of the stay, the property called and said there was leak in one bathroom and sending maintenance in during the time we were not home. Later evening, a man showed up as the building president and told us we couldn’t use the bathroom because the property manager never fix the plumbing and the water continuously leak to downstairs residence. We try to contact the management without success. They deny the problem in spite the big hole they hide behind the bed…so we couldn’t use the one of the bathroom without any intention to responding the issue.
• Paddi (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a vibrant neighborhood - 2 bathrooms, quiet for sleeping, clean, vibrant neighborhood Somewhat of a long walk to many of the tourist sights, elevator not working the day we had to move luggage.
• Vladyslav (8/5): Very good - Location is convenient, the kitchen very well equipped, clean and tidy. The one of the room super small for the adult and got no window, and soundproof is very law.

• Anita (8/5): A great apartment (for close friends or partners) in the middle of Barcelona. - The furniture and style of the apartment is very nice, the kitchen and ‚big bathroom‘ are well equipped. The location is great. From the photos we were not aware that the second bedroom is a very small room without a window (fortunately also the couch can be turned into a bed). The big bedroom is wonderful, also the attached bathroom, but there is no door between bedroom and bathroom (including toilet), but only a curtain. Here at least a sliding door which closes the room would be fine.

• Annette (10/5): There was a last minute plumbing issue with the apartment I booked. Casa Cosi communicated with me immediately, and chan - Comfortable beds and pillows. An abundance of kitchen items, plates, glasses, bowls: so many places have 4. There was sufficient toilet paper, shampoo in bathrooms, dishwasher tablets. Instructions were understandable and excellent. Washer for clothes worked well. Shower was excellent. The only negatives I can think of are some street noise in front bedrooms (that did not keep me awake due to good windows and blinds), and the large window in the living room opens to a blank wall, but does let light in anyhow. These would not keep me from booking the same apartment again.

• John (10/5): Great apartment in heart of Barcelona - We’ve rented several 2BR apartments in our Spain trip this far and this was the best one as far as comfort was concerned. Bathrooms were good size especially master. And kitchen was functional. Location was great.

• Liudmyla (9/5): it was worth money for this location and that everyone still had his/her own space. what was important in our case. - -the apartment is located in really good area. we like the location a lot. -there is everything that you need for cooking in the apartment. - was very clean. - instructions for check in and check out were clear. - all prepared in advance. and you get even more: advices about taxi, visiting the city and others. - stuff are helpful. - there is elevator in the building - we didn’t use it, but there is washing machine also. we were 3 people. and if you need a bit more privacy then you maybe should consider that: - one of the bathrooms does not have a door, only a curtain that separates the room and its bathroom. - you can hear everything that is happening inside the apartment very clear. also sounds from the boiler in the bigger bathroom when someone is taking shower in the smaller bathroom. - also you can hear the neighbors and the elevator. so we needed to use earplugs if we wanted to fall asleep earlier. but it’s understandable, the building is older as it is in the center. although we didn’t hear sounds from the street. The second bedroom does not have a window. Also we didn’t find towel holders in the bathroom.
