• Jacques (1/5): Je ne le recommanderais pas - Nous avons été déçus, le chauffage n’était mis que le soir à 19h et on nous l’a coupé tous les soirs à une 1h du matin inadmissible Sur le séjour qu’on a passé là-bas, maintenant, on s’est levé un peu plus tard plus d’eau chaude le petit déjeuner, peut-être qu’il y avait un peu de tout, mais c’était pas des produits de qualité il fallait réclamer à chaque fois

Et ça c’était très dérangeant car j’ai été réveiller plusieurs fois le matin à cause de ça, il faudrai également fournir plus de cintres car nous n’en avions qu’un seul …

• METIN (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen - Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel, Lage gut Straßenbahn Station direkt in der Nähe Kein Fön im Badezimmer. Im Dezember etwas kalt auf dem Zimmer. Heizen nur mit Klimaanlage welches aber nur Nachts etwas warme Luft bläst.

• Diana (6/5): - C'est un établissement très propre, belle chambre, lit très confortable, malheureusement, ils allument le chauffage a partir de 19:00 jusqu'à minuit, dans ma chambre malgré qu'il était allumer ça sortait de l'air frais et pas chaud, plusieurs fois j'ai demandé à la réception, il a eu 2 personnes qui sont venus voir, mais ça n'a pas changé grand chose, donc mon séjour était froid, difficile dans ces conditions de prendre une douche. Le froid dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner identique chaque matin. Malheureusement on pouvait pas commander du café en journée dans l'établissement.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good with a reasonable assortment of cereals, meats, yoghurt, etc. The free underground garage was superb for the bike. The noise from the trams at the end of the road.

• James (9/5): Good city centre hotel, ideal for a city visit. - The staff here were lovely and welcoming. Check-in and out was easy. The room was fine on the 4th floor, and though some refurbishment would be welcome, it was ideal for our short stay. The location was great for all of the tourists' sights, although the tram was noisy in the early morning and late evening. Continental breakfast was good, but we did notice on our last day that some people had a cooked breakfast. We weren't told that was an option. For motorcyclists, there's a free underground garage, which was ideal for us. TV remotes didn't work. Noise of the trams.

• Abigayle (8/5): Very good - We liked the option of a shuttle service. Going to the zoo and back was hassle free and customized to our time of choice. The dinner option was 200 dh/person, but was good for the 3 course meal it was. Squash soup, a choice of beef, chicken, or fish, and a plate of fruit. Very filling and delicious. The shuttle was ridiculously expensive. Don't ask the driver how much it is, ask the hotel concierge. We ended up exchanging money to pay the driver because he told us it was so much. The concierge realized what was happening and confronted the shuttle driver. Another thing was money exchange. We were unable to exchange $1 USD for some reason.

Renovated old hotel from outside looks like new, but the rooms are older, but clean and very comfortable with big bathroom and amenities (no hairdryer). I arrived by taxi from the airport late night and left early morning. In reception preordered taxi for 6:15 but when woke up and made check out guy in reception (other than took my reservation, which I made sure is valid) said that guy from yesterday will arrive only at 7AM, "but you can catch the taxi by yourself, outside". Not professional, but manageable even in such an early hour, so I took a taxi after 5 min walk to trans station, where are always taxis.
