- Clemence (6/5): - Très bonne localisation. En revanche Check out le dimanche à 9:30?! Du jamais vu. Pas de possibilité de garder les valises après 12h.. literie moyenne. Chambre très chauffée (pas de possibilité de régler / donc ouverture des fenêtres alors que le chauffage chauffe). Mais autrement très bien placé, propre, donc relation qualité prix satisfaisante pour Bologne.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - As the flat is on the TOP floor, you can imagine that it is a bit hot. But I never thought of it that it would be so kind hot and humid. The lack of an A/C makes it difficult to sleep in the night. The room itself is beautifully furnished, with a new bed and even a smaller bed (for a third guest). As the flat is located in the very centre, it is very eas to commute around the city. I recommend the flat after "the hot months" which is June/July and half of August. Best Regards, c
- Christoph (8/5): günstige Unterkunft im Zentrum mit kleinen Mängeln - Günstige Lage im Zentrum, gutes Preis Leitungsverhältnis; Probleme beim Einchecken da keine Rezeption vorhanden und Inhaber unbedingt eine Kopie der ID-Karte vor Bezug haben wollte; TV funktionierte nicht richtig

- JOELLE (4/5): Bruyant et vieux - Hotel enfin si on peut appeler cela un hotel .... je dirais plutôt un appartement transformé en trois chambres avec salle de bain et wc communs .... propres mais très vieillot avec des traces brunâtres beurkkkk déçue de cette réservation. Pas vu âmes qui vivent au niveau du personnel... très bizarre comme hébergement...

- Tiziana (4/5): Average - Ok for one night I guess. Oldish furniture, overall lack of appeal and the two shared bathrooms not always very clean. Next time I will be looking for something else.
- massimiliano (10/5): Non male - Struttura un po' vecchia con bagno esterno un po' piccolo, ma comoda e silenziosa. La location è strepitosa...super centrale e sicura. Il prezzo adatto alla struttura.
- Emanuele (6/5): Economico e sufficiente per una notte - Una casa convertita a B&B, ma non ristrutturata. Per spendere poco ed avere un appoggio per una notte, va più che bene. Però la colazione inclusa era un caffè in capsule e una confezione di 8 pavesini. Si potrebbe migliorare.
- Alberto (6/5): Appartamento condiviso, ottima posizione - Pro: ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Bologna. Proprio sotto c'è il mercato delle erbe dove si può cenare con prodotti tipici. Il proprietario è estremamente chiaro nel fornire via whatsapp tutte le indicazioni per accedervi, essendo la struttura priva di reception. Proprio come le strutture più moderne nelle grandi città. Contro: attenzione nel leggere le informazioni in fase di prenotazione: bagno condiviso e check out alle 9:30 AM. Considerando la posizione, merita gli 85€ per una stanza tripla molto pulita ed ordinata. Ma se si considera il bagno condiviso, assenza di parcheggio ed assenza di colazione (benché ci sia una macchina del caffè con cialde e biscotti in camera), allora lo si deve mettere sullo stesso piano di un ostello, che di solito offrono anche stanze private. Qualora la si vedesse cosi, allora circa 30€ a persona sono da considerare troppi. Comunque, tutto è scritto in maniera chiara al momento di prenotare, questo bisogna dirlo. Si tratta di un appartamento da cui sono state ricavate delle stanze, quindi poco B&B e molto affittacamere. Ma noi ci siamo trovati bene.

NOT LIKE: WAY OVER PRICED---- IS NOT A BED AND BREAKFAST...is a very basic, kinda dingy room, no amenities, and shared bathroom. Also: You will have to call ( you need a local phone) to gain access to building and room..as this is a room in a building---no on site support...I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN...and I am a backpacker kinda guy...
- Christoffer (8/5): Prisvärt och centralt. - Helt, rent och rätt centralt beläget Hostel. I övrigt inte direkt något att påpeka, du får vad du betalar för. Det ligger på en gata, som kvällstid har väldigt stort, brett och bra utbud av restauraner och barer.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Appartamento non ristrutturato convertito in b$b - Raffaello è una persona gentile, vorrei dire anche disponibile, ma è fondamentalmente assente, così come il servizio. Un normalissimo appartamento senza uso cucina e bagni in comune al prezzo di un albergo a 4 stelle. Adatto a... più o meno nessuno, direi ai giovani senza alcuna esigenza, non fosse per il costo. Ha appena aperto e sono sicuro verrà "migliorato", ma diciamo che si poteva aspettare. La posizione è ottima, così come la vista della "Turrita", ma non è un'esclusiva di questa locazione.
