Would highly recommend a visit to this charming area. €20 per day parking in the public parking area was high but at least it was secure.

Eva was amazing helping us with restaurants directions. She waited and woke up to greet us at 2 o’clock in the morning. Nothing was inconvenient for her… And she was so sweet. And the room was so clean comfortable bed. It was amazing. There was nothing I did didn’t like it was wonderful

• Gail (9/5): Perfect for a solo traveller, short stay. - Perfect location as it was close to the stairs down to the beach as well as main section of town with plenty of cafes, tapas bars and near the famous Balcon de Europa.
• Claire (8/5): Très bien - Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le logement d’Eva à Nerja et tout s’est très bien déroulé. Eva est une hôte disponible et discrète, avec une communication parfaite du début à la fin. Le logement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la mer, ce qui est un vrai atout pour profiter pleinement de Nerja à pied. Il est très propre et suffisant pour un court séjour d’une ou deux nuits afin de découvrir la ville. Parking gratuit à proximité, très bon rapport qualité prix . Je recommande En revanche, le logement manque de luminosité : il n’y a qu’une seule fenêtre donnant sur la rue, ce qui nous a donné une sensation d’espace un peu restreint et légèrement oppressant. Il n’y a pas de terrasse. Les poêles sont un peu anciennes et mériteraient d’être remplacées. À noter également que le lit est un 140 cm, donc un peu petit pour certains.
• Liesbeth (10/5): Fantastisch hartelijk ontvangst in een prachtig mooi, schoon en nieuw appartement. - De gastvrouw was geweldig, hartelijk, leuk en spontaan. Heel helpend in alles. Vooral ontroerend en interessant waren haar verhalen over vroeger. Dat ze er geboren was en haar vader en grootvader al het grond daar bezaten als landbouwers en met ploegen de grond bewerkten. Nu is alles bebouwd. Ze wees ons nog op de gebouwen wat vroeger de stallen waren. Prachtige verhalen.

• Marjon (10/5): Een verblijf om nooit te vergeten - Alles is aanwezig in het knusse, super schone en keurige huisje. De locatie is echt ongelooflijk, in het oude deel en bijna aan de zee. En dan Eva, die mij zo warm ontving, dat maakt het dat het een onvergetelijk verblijf is. Ik ga vaker!
• Susan (10/5): Perfectly located in Nerja - Perfectly located just a short walk from a car park or nearby street parking if you’re lucky enough to find a space. The host provided lots of helpful information before and during our stay. The property also has a washer/dryer, which is very convenient if you need it. Although there’s no sea view, don’t let that put you off—the walk to the nearest beach is just around the corner. The host was one of the most helpful we’ve ever met, and we’ve stayed in many places we're in the tourism industry know as the Corfu Tourist in Greece. She is truly special to the area: her family once owned much of the seafront, she was born in this building before its renovation, and she has a deep knowledge and passion for the local history. She genuinely wants guests to have a wonderful time and an authentic experience during their visit. There’s plenty of choice for food and drink nearby, so be sure to explore the area. We had a lovely afternoon drinks with mezes at Café Ibérico on a Sunday, and an excellent meal at Bruno’s Grill—both just a short walk from the property. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. There is nothing not to like.

Vlakbij Burriana strand en het balcon van Europa en de restaurants. De studio is niet groot, heeft een kleine, doch goed geoutilleerde keuken met tafel en twee stoelen, kleine badkamer en een 1.40 bed. Er is airco, warm en koud, wasmachine/ droger, strandstoelen. Het geheel oogt modern en superschoon.De voordeur zit direct aan de straatkant. Geen trappen, maar ook geen terras. In de winter is het redelijk makkelijk parkeren, in de zomer is er vlakbij een grote betaalde parkeerplaats. Eva is een goede gastvrouw, communiceert goed en regelde de incheck flexibel en hartelijk. Tot slot is de prijs kwaliteit uitstekend. Niets

La ubicación muy céntrica y, con la playa justo al lado; además, el acceso muy fácil en coche y con un parking a escasos metros. Y lo mejor, la amabilidad y el cariño de Eva. Es maravillosa. Sie gab uns auch den Ausflugstipp zu El Acebuchal. Das Bett ist mit 140 cm etwas schmal für zwei. Studio liegt direkt an der Fussgängerstrasse, was manchmal etwas laut sein kann. Das einzige Fenster geht zur Strasse.

Eva was a gem, helpful, caring and full of stories about her home and family, all natives, for generations, in Nerja We loved all of it and will definitely bring family when we return. Nerja is lively, the beaches are fantastic, the restaurants serving great food at great prices. Strolling around the lovely shops, stopping for tapas, ice cream or coffee, it could not have been more perfect. Zero. It was all good.

• Rozanne (10/5): Wonderful host, studio and location - Eva met us to give us the key and a brief overview of the apartment and the area. She made recommendations for places to see in the area as well as recommending nearby places to eat. Everything was wonderful. Only thing we did not like was the massive power outage of 10 hours. Even though we did not have power we were glad we were in Eva's studio and not stranded like many other travelers in the region.

We had absolutely everything you could want including cooking facilities a powerful hairdryer, clothes rack & an iron plus a washer & dryer which was so handy. There is a supermarket only a few doors up. The location is amazing & you are only a few steps down to a small beach. • Jess (10/5): Fabulous Nerja - We stayed for three nights in March and couldn't have asked for more from Casa Eva. The apartment is small but has absolutely everything you need for a short stay. There is plenty of storage for clothes, the bathroom is lovely with a good powerful shower and proper hairdryer! The location is perfect for the beach or center of Nerja and is quite at night. The host was responsive before and during our stay and had lots of information to share about the area. We'll definitely be back next time we are in Nerja. There wasn't anything not to like

• Sally (10/5): Excellent location, beautiful studio, with a lovely owner - Eva met us at the studio, as others have already said, she is the most lovely, welcoming lady. After hearing about the history of the house, we felt very privileged to stay there. The studio is on one of the best streets in Nerja, its an excellent location for beautiful beaches, the best restaurants, and the Balcon. Eva has really thought of everything you could possibly need in a holiday studio for two. Everything is done in the best taste. It's sparkling clean, and very comfortable. The washer dryer is great. The shower is fabulous. The beds very comfy. Theres a big car park within five minutes' walk, and Eva helped us out with a discounted carparking ticket. We stay in Nerja a lot, we don't know how we haven't found this little gem before, but now that we have, we'll definitely look forward to returning soon. There is nothing to dislike here!
• Aleš (10/5): Exceptional - Landlady was so nice to me. Road is closed for public traffic so it was nice and quiet with open window. Also very clean and about one minute from a beach, two minutes if you take it slow 🙂

• Ruben (7/5): Cute little well equipped place, directly at the street - A lot of facilities in a relatively small space. Washer dryer combo was useful. Kitchen well equipped, and loved the hot shower. Small window for ventilation is directly at the street, so all noise of passersby comes in clearly if you want fresh air.
• Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - Great place! Would stay again. Perfect location and beautiful studio flat. Eva was very friendly too!
• Birgitte (10/5): We loved everything and we will for sure visit Casa Eva again. - Casa Eva is a little miracle located in beautiful surroundings just a few steps from a stunning view over the sea. The owner Eva is absolutely wonderful and is the best host we ever had!! We loved everything!!
