• Andrew (6/5): - Nice older building let down by no sound insulation. Lots of disturbance from corridor and from above. Otherwisw a good place to stay to explore the city.
• Maria (1/5): Nie wieder , nicht zu empfehlen - Nichts Gemeinschaft Toilette, hatte keinen Ansprechpartner. Im Bett konnte ich nicht schlafen , weil es sehr geknarrt hat . Habe dieses sogenannte Hotel um 6.30 verlassen. Es ist eher eine Herberge und kein Hotel

• Valeska (8/5): Einfach. preiswert, nah am Bahnhof Neu-Ukm, unkompliziert - Das Hotel ist sehr einfach, aber auch sehr preiswert. Die Einrichtung ist nicht neu, beinahe schon nostalgisch. (Wann hab ich das letzte Mal eine Toilette mit Druckspülung gesehen?). In meinem Zimmer gab es eine Duschkabine, Toiletten waren in der gleichen Etage im Flur. (Notiz für das nächste Mal: Badelatschen wären hilfreich gewesen) Es gab einen Wasserkocher und einen Fön im Zimmer. WLAN war sehr gut. Es hat alles funktioniert und war für meine Zwecke ausreichend. Vielen Dank für den unkomplizierten Check-In nach 22.00 Uhr und das einfache Check-out. Frühstück war nicht dabei, aber man kann es bei verschiedenen Bäckern in der Nähe auch am Wochenende bekommen. Mein Schlüssel war ein bisschen hakelig beim Schließen.

• Katja (8/5): Angenehmer und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt mitten im Zentrum Neu-Ulm - Für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt war alles vorhanden, was Frau benötigt. Es gab sogar einen Kühlschrank, Dusche und Wasserkocher mit Tasse, Fernseher im Zimmer. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Gegenüber gibt es ein grosses Einkaufszentrum mit allem drum und dran, auch mit Lebensmittel. Auch kann man dort gut essen. Es liegt mitten im Zentrum von wo aus man gut nach Ulm ins Zentrum kommt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Etagen-WCs. War aber klar, für den Preis kann man nicht alles bekommen und es gab genügend WCs, war kein Problem.

• MARCIO (6/5): Stadt Lindau Ulm Neu - It is very close to the train station Ulm Neu, a shopping mall and not far from the main tourist attractions. Check in instructions could have been informed in advance, not after I had arrived and had to contact the property. At least they replied relatively fast. There's a shower in the room (that barely works), but there's no toilet, which is outside the room, hence shared. The external blackout blinds didn't work.

• Jan (10/5): Great place to stay, when you want to explore cities Neu Ulm and Ulm. - Staff is very nice, hotel definitely offers a lot for its price. Also location of the hotel is perfect because it sits very close to the city Center, u can take 5 mins walk to nicest city center around Donau od 10 mins to Ulmer Münster. For those who arrive by train location is ideal, because it is just next to the Bahnhoff! I liked all. Small flaw is parking, because You can park at the area freely just from 2000 to 0600, again, if u travel by train it is perfect traveller's base.
• Hoff (8/5): - Alles was man braucht für eine Übernachtung auf Geschäftsreise. Zwar kein Frühstück, aber Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und Bäckerei direkt nebenan.

• Štěpán (6/5): - Pokoj byl velmi prostorný. Kromě postele zde byla i pohovka pro posezení. Rychlovarná konvice s hrnkem byla taky fajn. V hotelu je jak cenově dostupná restaurace, tak hned vedle pekařství s dobrou otevírací dobou. Velmi oceňuji možnost check-out až do 14 hodin. Neuvědomil jsem si, že pokoj s vlastní koupelnou bude bez WC, které bylo na chodbě. Odpad od sprchového koutu, který byl přímo v pokoji navíc občas vydával hluk. Když jsem šel v noci na toaletu, zjistil jsem, že je zaseknutý zámek. Po nějaké době zápasení jsem se dostal z pokoje, ale pak jsem už radši nezamykal. Obecně další zařízení v pokoji by potřebovala vyšší kvalitu, nebo údržbu. Věšáček na ručník odpadl, sprchovému koutu netěsnily dveře. Za ty peníze to člověk byl schopný tolerovat, ale je to škoda.
• Christian (4/5): Günstig aber würde ich nicht mehr buchen - Zentrale Lage in Neu Ulm, gute Bus- / Bahnanbindung Kein Personal zu sehen, Schlüsselübergabe per Box mit einem Code für die Box mit allen Schlüsseln. Dusche mitten ins Zimmer gebaut, keine Toilette, Ausstattung ist alt und wenig praktisch. Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. WLAN mit schlechtem Signal und so langsam, dass man es sich sparen kann.

• Paul (9/5): Cheap and reasonable place for a short stay. Better than any hostel - I came to Ulm just for one night to run a marathon, so I did not care about comfort. Perfect for the price you pay. The rooms has a sink and a shower, and two beds. The host was very nice and responsive via texts, and even let me check out late, so I could even take shower after the run. The room had a smoke smell inside, and the shower drain was clogged, but for me that was not dramatic for a one-night stay. Also, there is no toilet in the room, but one can't have it for such a price.

• Peter (10/5): Cheap and surprisingly good hotel in a very convenient location - The hotel is located very close to the town’s train and bus station, and a shopping centre with a big supermarket. From the hotel you can reach all main sights of Neu Ulm and Ulm by foot. The staff were very kind and friendly. Everything was clean. The room was big and it had everything that is needed. The bed was comfy. All in all, excellent value for money.
