- Paul (9/5): Great place to stay. Near one of the Ferry piers - Guiseppe was so kind. He waited for us to arrive, gave us a sea view and advice about the local area. Room was comfortable and there was a supermaket nearby. Parking was on site and secure, a great comfort for people not used to parking in Sicily. Breakfast was great. Plenty of food snd plenty of choice. It is quite a walk to any restsurants, a comment made by others but out of the hotels control. However we did find a small family run pizza cafe within a 10 minute walk

Inoltre, l'autoclave condominiale era ubicato accanto all'appartamento e si attaccava e staccava in continuazione. siamo riusciti a dormire solo dalla 3 di notte alle 6 del mattino.

- Rod (10/5): Giovanni made our stay so good I’m definitely making it an annual event! - Everything about this place and Giovanni was excellent. Checking in was seamless, Giovanni walked us through all the instructions with no problems, his English is excellent. The room was very spacious and clean . Parking was secure and breakfast was generous. Nothing really.

Ambiente molto accogliente e pulito, ma soprattutto temperature ottimali all'interno della stanza, il tutto condito con una ricca colazione al mattino.

When we left, the warm and thoughtful host even gave our child pastries and juice. There is a free parking lot available. On the same street, there’s a large local supermarket where you can enjoy delicious local food at very reasonable prices.

- Mariano (1/5): Un vero schifo – ce ne siamo andati subito - Un vero schifo – ce ne siamo andati subito Non chiamatelo B&B: questa struttura è una trappola per turisti ignari. Appena entrati siamo stati investiti da un odore nauseante, come di muffa e sporco accumulato da chissà quanto tempo. Le stanze erano luride e mal tenute. Il livello di igiene era inesistente. C’erano zanzare ovunque, e non parlo di due insetti fastidiosi: era letteralmente infestato. Dormire? Impossibile. Ma non che ci abbiamo provato: siamo andati via la sera stessa, incapaci anche solo di appoggiarci le valigie senza provare disgusto. Il bagno era indecente, con odori forti, muffa ovunque per non parlare della carta igienica già utilizzata. La gestione totalmente assente, una volta fatto il check-in più nessuno a cui rivolgersi, nessuna cura per l’ospite o per la struttura stessa. Sinceramente, questa esperienza rasenta la truffa. Evitatelo come la peste. Non merita nemmeno una stella.

It is in the perfect location if you want to take the ferry back to the mainland. We liked it all, we would of liked a couple more nights in hindsight but we had already booked in our next destination.

Desde el trato que me brindaron antes de llegar, con indicaciones y esperándome para hacer el check in a un horario diferente al esperado. La amabilidad, el tamaño de la habitación, el lugar en si mismo, la posibilidad de tener el coche estacionado en un lugar cerrado propio, el desayuno, la ubicación. Impecable!! Súper recomendable. Volvería sin dudarlo nada, todo fué muy bueno, superó mis expectativas.

- Laura (10/5): - Fuimos en agosto y tuvimos una estancia muy agradable, las instalaciones son perfectas, todo muy cómodo, cuidado al detalle, parking gratuito bajo petición, desayuno muy muy bueno, gran amabilidad y cordialidad del personal. Todo perfecto, volvería sin duda. No está situado en el centro, pero lo escogimos a propósito para no tener que estar pendientes de zonas de tráfico restringido y de tener que buscar aparcamiento. Fuimos paseando y viendo la ciudad sin problema, está cerca.

Ein grosses Plus ist der Privatparkplatz, die Auffahrt ist zwar etwas steil aber bewätigbar.. Das Zimmer hat leider muffig gerochen, mit offenen Fenstern war es dann aber ok.

- Roger Lei (6/5): Friendly Staff But Location Not for Everyone. - What we liked is the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast is decent. Location is not what we expected and a bit tricky for first time guests. This B&B is located in a residential building and requires assistance from the staff when you first arrive, especially if you have a car. No 24-hour front desk. We thought we could take the ferry from the port down the hill to go to Reggio Calabria. Turned out the nearest ferry only goes to Villa San Giovanni. We had to take a 20=euro taxi to another port to catch the ferry we wanted. Had we known, we might not consider staying there to begin with.
