We will if we come to this area again.

The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The breakfasts were stellar - excellent food attractively presented. The owners and staff did a very good job. We would certainly stay here again when visiting Asheville.

- Sharon (10/5): Beyond a Bed - We were greeted by the Inn Keeper who assisted us to settle into our clean, cozy room. We ran out to sightsee at the Biltmore. Upon our return, their was a selection of wines, smiles and a terrific front porch to take in the Halloween Trick-R-Treaters. The Inn Keepers were not only generous hosts but also generous to their community, giving to tiny tots, youths and their families. We want to stay with such caring, giving people.
- Laurie (10/5): - Nice area in a residential neighborhood. Close to downtown Asheville and Biltmore.
- Ryan (10/5): Relaxing Weekend Getaway - We enjoyed a relaxing and refreshing stay. The service was incredible, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend the Sweet Biscuit Inn.
- Mary (10/5): - Uber nice owner, comp cookies. Comp bottle of wine, brought me beer on a platter after I mentioned I might be interested.
- Leslie (10/5): Lovely comfortable stay! - Very quaint, comfortable. Good location, close to the Biltmore Estate. Very comfortable beds and sheets. Clean, nice amenities - water, coffee, soda, home baked goods. Lovely owners, accommodating special food requests. Lovely place.

- Joseph (10/5): - Our recent five-day stay at the Sweet Biscuit Inn was a perfect match for our planned site sightseeing of the area. Susan and John are most gracious hosts, and the Inn is quite charming. Sweet Biscuit Inn is in a quiet residential area with quick access to Biltmore Estates, Downtown Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The large front porch was a great location for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. Breakfast, prepared by John, was an absolutely spectacular feast.
- Henry (10/5): Get away - This is by far one of the top B&B homes in the US. The rooms are impeccable! The breakfast is 5 stars + location is excellent and the host Susan and John make sure your stay is the best.
- Pamela (10/5): - The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. The entire stay was perfect!
- Mary Pate (10/5): - Beautiful Inn with attention to detail. Excellent breakfast and gracious staff. Would book this again if in the Asheville area!
- MARY (10/5): - Wonderful B&B experience! Susan and John are great hosts. The property is charming and the breakfasts are gourmet quality. Very close to the Biltmore and not far from downtown, so getting to and from activities was quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay.
- Ruie (10/5): - The Sweet Biscuit Inn is just divine. The vintage home is spotless, large, with a bug porch with rocking chairs. They serve cookies and wine every night. The breakfasts are three courses, unique, filling (I had never had a desert at breakfast.) It is quiet. My room was on first floor right across entrance and dining area and it was very quiet, due to double doors to the room. I walk with cane, and appreciated handicap parking and a downstairs room. They even microwaved the heating pad I put on my back each morning. The bed was great too, and lots of channels on TV (I watched PBS). I would definitely stay there again. It was well worth the 5 hour drive to get there.
- Matthew (10/5): Sweet Biscut Inn - Sweet Biscut Inn is amazing. Looked around for a nice place to spend the night and we struck gold, Susan and John were great from the moment we walked in, and do not miss the breakfast! Highly recommend, thanks for a great stay
- Roger (10/5): Fantastic way to end our week’s vacation - The best B&B in the world. John and Susan are attentive gracious innkeepers. Everything you would need and more. 3 course gourmet breakfast and wine every afternoon. Fresh baked cookies and hot beverages always available. Received a bottle of wine in our room as well since we were a silver member with hotels.com
- Roger (10/5): Perfect way to end our weeks trip to the East - Checked in early. Susan and John are the nicest most helpful inn keepers ever. Their property is beautiful and the house is spectacular. So many amenities everywhere you look. Special little touches everywhere.
- Kay (10/5): 35th Wedding Anniversary - The Inn was so nice. Communication with the hosts was excellent leading up to our stay asking about our needs and any special requests or dietary restrictions. Check-in instructions and the explanation of everything at the inn were simple and easy. The hosts were so nice and accommodating and gave us really good tips about where to eat in the area. The room was even better than expected, (#7) spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Felt like home. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious. 3 courses each morning that made me feel like I was starting the day with a gourmet dinner. I appreciated their attention to my dairy restrictions and how they accommodated that without it feeling like I was missing something. And the location was great to both downtown and the Biltmore. It was on a quiet street and we really heard no noise from outside or other guests and there was a full house at the Inn. I highly recommend staying here and hope to be back in Asheville and would certainly like to stay here again. Great value for the price as well!
- Hope (10/5): Fantastic Service - My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Sweet Biscuit Inn! The hosts were so kind. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding! We definitely recommend this inn and would stay here again.

- Crystal (10/5): Best Bed and Breakfast ever - This beautiful place is really great, and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Free cookies were delicious. So clean and comfy. Best bed and breakfast ive ever been too.
- Hannah (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful stay, very welcoming and cozy. Staff was awesome and accommodating to dietary restrictions
- Laurel (10/5): - We had such a lovely stay at The Sweet Biscuit Inn! Hosts John and Susan made us feel so welcome. The accommodations were comfortable and quiet. The fresh ingredients breakfasts were outstanding. We had to leave early on our last morning and they kindly packed us fruit, granola, and yogurt to go. We would highly recommend!
- Ira (10/5): -
This is charming inn with friendly and helpful owners. The rooms are nice. The breakfasts are delicious as are the home baked cookies that are available for the taking most of the day.
- Lisa (10/5): - Charming Inn and Innkeepers! Three course breakfast was delicious and nice touch with wine in the afternoon. Our room was very clean with almost all amenities you could want. The one thing missing was a shower! The claw foot tub was manageable for me but the look on my 6 ft. 2 husband's face when he walked in was priceless! In talking to other guests, their rooms had showers. Just check before you book! Lovely people and guests. We would stay here again if in the area.
- Elizabeth G (10/5): Sweet Indeed - The Sweet Biscuit Inn was indeed sweet. The home is comfortable with large rooms and comfortable beds. Both John and Susan are magnificent cooks and each three course breakfast was a culinary dream. Though located in a quiet residential area, it is only minutes from everything Asheville. Very enjoyable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great B&B - Great B&B in a cute neighborhood. Awesome location, close to everything to do in Asheville.
Our room was very nice and spacious as was the bathroom. Great food and great hospital. The owners are very genuine and really want your stay with them and in Asheville to be pleasant. They definitely go out of their way to be hospitable and helpful.
- Alan (10/5): - We stayed in two rooms at the inn and they were both fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. John and Susan were excellent hosts. I want to return when the weather is warmer, and I can relax on the front porch.
- Regina (10/5): - Lovely home. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was large with a nice bathroom attached.
- PATRICK (10/5): - The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with guidance on restaurants and local activities. The breakfasts were very creative and delicious. Spacious and comfortable room. We would definitely go back again.
- James (10/5): - While the room was nice, and the breakfast incredible (So good. Did you know you can stuff pancakes? Or use white chocolate mousse while... anyway, I digress.), what was most wonderful was the staff. They were so pleasant. This place is a high recommend!
- Jane (10/5): - Susan and John were excellent hosts. Highly recommend. My daughter and I enjoyed the Biltmore as well as hiking.
- Daniel John (10/5): - Room is large and comfortable. Hosts are very friendly and helpful.
- Billy (10/5): - The most comfortable and beautiful B&B you can imagine. The host are wonderful, kind and welcoming. It’s like staying with your favorite family members in this beautiful place. The bed was so comfortable, the inn so comfortable, beautifully decorated and the best breakfast ever. We will be staying again and recommend this B&B to everyone
- Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic place - John and Susan do an amazing job of making their guests feel welcome and appreciated. The breakfasts are amazing. The location is great, not far from the Biltmore and downtown. Would highly recommend this Inn. It is the best we have stayed in.
- Verified traveler (6/5): A So-So Experience - Overall this is a nice B&B, but we did not have the "Exceptional" experience of many other reviewers. Our room was very awkwardly laid out and did not have any decorative touches that would have given it character. For this particular room, the daily rate of $265 seemed far too high. When it became apparent we would be a little late checking out, the hosts became extremely upset and opened the door to our room every 5 minutes to check on our progress. It was very intrusive and actually slowed my progress because they caused me so much anxiety that my hands were shaking and I could not focus. We ended up leaving at 12:15, for context. Not quite the end of the world, in my opinion.
- Theresa (10/5): - Gorgeous, quiet location close to downtown. Beautiful front porch sitting and excellent hospitality!
- catherine (10/5): Warm welcome, comfy bed, delicious breakfast - Was greeted by B &B owner, They had delicious home made cookies which were a welcome treat after a long drive. The room we had was very spacious with a fireplace and accomanying bathroom with shower and toilet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable...hard to get out of that King sized bed! Hosts provided good information on restaurants and things to do in the area. Breakfast was delicious! Frittat, Chia pudding with fresh berries, and banana bread with chocolate chips! Best breakfast, I had all week of travel throughout North Carolina and Virginia. Our VIP/Gold Hotels status entitled us to a nice bottle of wine chosen by hosts. This was very nice. Husband and wife team are doing a fantastic job of running this place, Keep up the good work!
- Paula (10/5): Awesome relaxing B&B, gourmet (vegan for us) food - We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. We have been to Asheville many times and stayed at many places, this will be our go-to in the future. Location was great, quiet, shaded and clean. The room/bed were comfortable and pretty. Susan and John go to great lengths to please, accomodating our request for all vegan meals. Breakfast is a three course meal fit for a king, at separate tables indoors or outside. The presentation was beautiful and the food was very gourmet. The meals served to the other non-vegan guests also looked and smelled fabulous. Cookies and wine were available each afternoon/evening, with notes on allergens, and coffee/tea/beverages were available all day. John prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we had to leave early on the last day. We also loved the porch swing and rockers. Beautiful property, we are thankful that we were able to share their lovely home.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean, friendly, convenient, and breakfast delicious!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent B&B - comfortable and clean, not cluttered. Breakfast was healthy mix of fruits, veggies, and substantial dishes. We also enjoyed wine and coffee on the porch each afternoon. John and Susan were easy to reach when needed and were friendly gracious hosts. The location itself is residential but is a quick and easy drive to Downtown, South Slope, and the Biltmore.
- Jennifer (10/5): Quaint and Delicious - Sweet Biscuit Inn is a quaint and adorable B&B. The owners John and Susan were extremely welcoming and helpful. The three course breakfast was one of our best meals while in Asheville and we look forward to going back.
- Christine (10/5): - The stay was wonderful, the hosts are great and very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! My only complaint was that the bed sunk in and wasn’t comfortable but I would stay here again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great accommodations, great food. Very warm hosts. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful property and residence. Quiet and stately, made you feel at home.

Not to mention you are in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything! We are so glad we stayed here verses a hotel - so very nice to sit on that big porch.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful hosts, delicious breakfasts, and comfortable accommodations. We will definitely stay there again.

- Nahal (10/5): Absolutely the perfect B&B - We were absolutely enthralled with the Sweet Biscuit Inn. The innkeepers, Susan and John, were efficient, warm, and professional. We stayed in room 5, it was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. And the 3-course breakfasts knocked our socks off both mornings. They offer cookies, wine, candy, coffee and tea throughout the day. The front porch is very welcoming and we enjoyed our coffee there one morning. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave. We can't wait to go back.
