• Ivar (8/5): Cool place to stay in the midst of coolness. - Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the cool parts of town. Rental bikes on premises, snacks, a good vibe. Walk to the beach or great local restaurants or Dairy Queen. Odd lighting in the bathroom left the shower in the dark.

• Kathy (1/5): Would never stay there - Did not stay left went to another hotel it was that bad we booked this Sweet Dreams Inn months ago for our 15th anniversary and was sent an email saying suite dreams inn could not accommodate us and we had to choose another room which was the same room superior king room that we had to begin with the place had a creepy feel about it the grounds where dark not inviting at all I’m sure the rest of the rooms may have been better but we where told they didn’t have any available. It was dirty misrepresented on line was told we had superior king room which at that time was no where to be found on their web sight we get there and it’s the Deval room which we would not have picked ,however mysteriously it was on line after we where back home imagine that

• Michael (8/5): Key West Vibes a plenty - Nice stay here recently. The property had a great laid back feel to it, full of Key West charm throughout. We liked that it wasn't a huge property, but had plenty of amenities for our stay. Ice machine was INOP which was a bummer for trying to keep drinks ice cold, but freezer and mini fridge were operational. We love good coffee, so had to travel to get it (the coffee on site just wasnt our kind of coffee...it may be yours). Host(s) were helpful and explained everything in detail upon our checkin. Loved the little nook we had right outside our door (Old Town Suite). Nice touch to have basket of snacks for us to enjoy as well. Little off the beaten path if you're looking to stay near Duval St. It IS walkable, but about a 25 minute walk one way. We stayed at another location closer to Duval and just enjoyed being closer to places that we could walk to for food, drinks, entertainment. Bed (in the Old Town Suite) a little firm for our liking.

• Jodi (6/5): - Nice location on Key West, but did not deliver for the price. Advertised as a bed and breakfast but only provided packaged snacks and some citrus. Shared pool is very small and not cleaned.
• Jan (10/5): - The property was off the beaten path, but with easy access to the beach, and walkable to all the interesting sites and experiences of Key West. Nice, private spaces to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Oh, and the delicious Florida oranges were great too!

• Daniel (6/5): A nice location. - The location is in a quiet neighborhood, away from Duval Street, yet close enough to walk or bike there. The grounds are kept up nicely. The owner contacted my guests for payment even after I asked him not to as I was going to make all the payments. He strongly preferred NO credit card use and texted us about using alternative payment methods. It was a bit annoying. Our room had an overwhelming scent of some kind of air freshener and poor ventilation. The manager told us it was cleaner and the scent would go away - it didn't. We had to keep the wall unit air conditioner off a night as it was loud.

Unit had everything we needed for a relatively short visit. Lack of electrical outlets. Extension cords inadequate when running microwave and coffee maker at same time, for instance.

• Carlos (8/5): Honest review - In a great location, close to beach, walking distance to Duval St, but Only problem we had was the floors not properly washed. My daughter’s white socks were black after walking those floors and white hand towels are almost gray color, wonder if they bleach them. Shower head is like a mist, if I were owner, I’d replace. And I would say it’s time to repaint the place. Too many stains on walls and doorways. I’m just a bit of a germaphobe. But overall stay was good.

• Paula (5/5): a place to sleep - the bed was comfortable and we used the iron. thank you. many hidden fees including an additional processing fee with credit card payment. host would not communicate through booking app and would text at all hours requesting cash payment. walls were paper thin, we could hear our neighbors very easily. the room was tight even with just two guests in the room and towels were scratchy. shower water temp was unpredictable, seems to be an issue with the faucet.
• Matteo (9/5): Recovered one of two nights. Good stay. - We booked and paid two nights here, but unfortunately we could not be here as planned due to flights disruption (British Airways). However, the owner was kind as he allowed us to recover one of the two nights the day after. Location is close to central. We particularly appreciated how comfortable the bed and pillows were. Also, it was good to find refreshments and snacks in the room at our arrival. Nice garden with plenty of plants and a small pool. Good WiFi connection. Nothing in particular. Bathroom pretty small.

• Brandon (2/5): - The Air-conditioning was not working, and the landlord didnt have any other rooms. They knew the AC was broken and did'nt try to fix before we arrived, or call to notify us. VERY POOR! They blamed others for the problem, like it wasnt their responsibility. When i told them we were searching for other accommodations they said they could get box fans or try to find someone to fix it if the part was available. We found another place (much smaller and more expensive) to stay, and then they said there son could fix it. We left as fast as we could Bad thing is because we paid through venmo ww probably will not get a refund. Expedia did not help to solve our issues and im very disappointed in that experience as well

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Our stay at Suite Dreams was a pleasant experience. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning on point, and property was quiet. We felt the place was ours exclusively even though other patrons were there. We enjoyed having use of beach chairs, noodles, and towels. The hammock chairs were a nice way to relax in the evening. The owner was available and responsive to our questions and requests. We felt there were some things that could be improved upon like the linen and towels could be updated. The room was a bit smaller than we expected and it felt damp. One evening we wanted to stay in and watch tv but the picture quality was bad so we turned it off. I would have preferred to be able to open windows but there weren’t screens to keep bugs out. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

• Susan (10/5): Suite Dreams Inn - I stayed in the Duval Suite which is the room with the box window a/c. It was fine and didn’t bother me. I liked that I had my own front porch to hang out on. The pool was a dip pool. I didn’t use it but it was clean and looked nice. The place was super clean and the owner was very friendly. They provide some snacks for the room and they have set up a make shift bar with all the leftover booze from previous guests. Free parking is a definite plus. I’d stay here again.
• Claudia (4/5): Beware! Double booked! Found out a week before... - We booked hotel room for July 4th weekend on March 13th. We called the hotel a week before our stay to ask for early check in since we were traveling with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. Mark could not find our reservation which was confirmed and paid in full since March. We come to find out that we were double booked. They gave our room to someone who booked in April (a month after we booked and paid in full). That person booked for 4 nights versus us that booked for 2 nights. Terrible! We had to call Hotels.com to try to sort things out. It was a holiday weekend and as Floridians, we knew it would be nearly impossible to get a room last minute. Mark ended up getting us a room at another hotel. However, he was dishonest. He never took responsibility for double booking us. It was also very shady that we were bumped when a better reservation came along. We travel a lot and we will never book with Suite Dreams Inn after this experience. As avid world travelers, we have never experienced such horrible customer service. All I could do was pictured us arriving at the hotel with 2 babies under 3 only to find out we had no room. Praise God I called a week before to ask for early check in. Unacceptable!
