E soprattutto siamo stati accolti dal sig Alberto che è stato disponibile per tutto quello che gli abbiamo chiesto. Non c’è stata messuna. Pecca

• Roberta (7/5): - La posizione era comodissima. Abbiamo fatto questo soggiorno per il Giubileo. Consigliatissima per la posizione. Ci hanno spostato al Sant Peters Lory per un problema alla caldaia dell’appartamento precedentemente prenotato. Purtroppo la struttura non era pulitissima

• Anjulie (10/5): Excellent views, perfect location and wonderful hospitality from the host! - We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was easy and smooth, and the host arranged an airport transfer, making the journey very pleasant. The location was brilliant. Most of the must-see places are within walking distance or accessible by Metro, with the closest stop literally on the doorstep. We were also treated to a selection of treats upon arrival. The apartment itself is in great condition and the beds are very comfy, and local amenities are all very close by. We appreciated the air conditioning and the beautiful views from the terrace!
• Jessica (9/5): Best sunrise and sunset views - The terrace was amazing to have for morning coffee and evening wine. The host was superb! She was available and responded quickly. The AC unit wasn’t working and the very next day there was a brand new unit! The lift didn’t reach the top floor and my 71 yo mother had to climb. Not a big deal and certainly not a deal breaker though. Will definitely stay again

• Jason (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at Raffy’s house. The location was excellent - lots of great restaurants within walking distance and easy to get to all the major sites in Rome. Beautiful views and a really fun vibe from this top floor apartment. Also the AC worked great which was awesome during a few hot days. Would definitely recommend this rental!

• Debra (9/5): Very nice apartment! - The deck outside was very nice! The elevator does not go up to top floor where apartment is. You have to bring your luggage down or up a flight of stairs.

One block from the metro. The host was very friendly and accommodating — provided some awesome restaurant recommendations. Nothing!

• Gareth (10/5): San Peter Raffys - We really enjoyed our stay at San Peter Raffys , the hosts were excellent, and kind and flexible , the location was perfect only a short walk to the Vatican and the metro with everything you need at your doorstop form local supermarkets , coffee shops and quality restaurants, would definitely stay here again
• Ciaran (9/5): Superb - Great check in from Lorenzo and good location with a supermarket nearby and a c.15 minute walk to the centre. The terrace is also wonderful. Kitchen could be better equipped with utensils, especially if you are staying for a longer period.

Host was incredibly he - The apartment worked perfectly for a family of 5, with 2 bathrooms, a lounge area, kitchen, large roof terrace and air con it had everything we could have wanted. The location was perfect too and the host gave us some great local information and was available to answer any questions during our stay. We definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Nothing to dislike, it was great.

• Emma (10/5): Wonderful stay - Alberto was extremely welcoming and provided a map of the area with great tips. He responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. The location is perfect! The Metro is on a road that offers a range of restaurants and shops and is only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. There were towels provided, along with other useful essentials. It is 7 floors up but there is a lift available. You are able to see the Vatican from the living space. The sofabeds are comfortable. The terrace is spacious. The airport pick up was a resonable price. All in all, a wonderful space!

• Fazerman3000 (10/5): Beautiful place to stay. - Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, great for local cafes and restaurants. Views from the terrace was beautiful. Beware cooker is a 3 pin socket and can overload the trip switch if you put somethingelse on. We learnt what do quickly so wasn't much of a problem.
