• Kim (6/5): budget - It's a relaxed budget place with plenty of room for larger groups to meet. The facility is basic and dated, but suited our purpose. The place can do with renovations of the bathrooms and cleaning.

• Julian (2/5): Very poor - The whole building is extremely unpleasant and eerie. Additionally, the "communal kitchen" is totally chaotic, filthy, and basically unusable—apart from the microwave. The entire common area feels neglected. The bathrooms are very dirty, the room was cold, and the blankets were too thin. All of this, combined with the relatively high price, results in my poor review. The only positive aspect was the friendly and helpful receptionist.

• Kyle (5/5): Passable - Staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially considering my wife and I speak no French Rooms were not quite how they appeared in the picture: smaller Room was extremely hot and dry Walls are paper thin Was unaware of the public restrooms/showers which were 5/10 clean and not working.

• Guy (6/5): Reasonable value for the price - Very quiet location, lakeshore views and arboretum nearby. Old mattress with springs that can be readily felt.
