Si vas con camioneta el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y las calles por donde tienes que meterte son pequeñas, mas no imposible. Nosotros no cocinamos pero me pareció que había pocas cosas para cocinar.. Tiene una buena Nevera y una buena cocina.. En general esta muy bien y la gente del hotel es MUY receptiva. La limpieza podría mejorar.

Location is great and relatively peaceful away from the town centre buzz, but the hills are a bit of a challenge! Somewhere to dry towels and costumes would be good.

La piscina y jacuzzi fue lo mas rico para relajarme. El.servicio de todos es super bueno, me hicieron sentir como en casa, recepcion, meseros, host de entrada y salida.super atentos en todo momento. La permeabilidad del.ruido se escucha todo, si no puedes dormir con ruido, pensaria dos veces. Sabanas con olor a humedad, sunque lo corrigieron de inmediato.

La alberca es muy agradable y el restaurante tiene buena oferta. Sin embargo para mi gusto es demasiado pequeño, todas las zonas son contiguas y falta privacidad. No hay spa (si pides un masaje es en tu cuarto), no hay gimnasio y sobretodo no hay jardin. Extrañé tener un espacio mas privado y mas amplio.

Voilà le problème. Les serveurs étaient abusifs, pas du tout amicaux, agréables ou empathiques, ils ont facturé 15% de frais de service forcé, nous avons apporté notre champagne et payé le droit de bouchon, et il était gelé quand ils l'avons ouvert il a explosé. Personne n'a pris la responsabilité ou signalé le problème jusqu'à ce que nous contactions la réceptionniste, qui a rapidement résolu le problème et nous a proposé un remplacement gratuit. Heureusement, ils avaient la même marque de champagne. ... ce qui a ruiné toute l'expérience puisque, comme c'est un très petit hôtel, nous avons dû nous adresser à eux (les serveurs) pour presque tout, nourriture, boissons, serviettes, etc Et avec ces visages et ces attitudes, ils ne donnaient aucun désir à personne, je n'en ai jamais vu un seul sourire.
- Jana (9/5): Perfect Getaway - Casa Chicapicas is a hidden gem in Valle de Bravo. Finding the property was a bit tricky, but once we arrived, we never wanted to leave. The rooms have a beautifully boho, upscale rustic vibe—mine came with a cozy hammock, a small plunge pool, and a serene view of nature. The outdoor spaces were warm, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. Service was excellent, and the restaurant food was quite good. The mojitos we were welcomed with were absolutely spectacular.

- Anne (10/5): Cute boutique oasis - Casa Chicipicas is a cute, well-appointed boutique hotel on the hill overlooking the pueblo of Valle de Bravo. The pool and hot tub are heated (very much appreciated in January), the staff is incredibly helpful, the amenities are very lovely, and the restaurant has a very good breakfast and many standout dishes. When you enter the property, you feel like you are escaping into a private jungle oasis. We will return!

Las calles en los alrededores son empedradas y demasiado estrechas ( como muchas en Valle de Bravo ). Imposible llevar un auto bajito o demasiado grande

La comida del restaurante es muy buena, las habitaciones cómodas y con todo lo necesario. Algo que me gusta mucho es que te puedes comunicar en todo momento con el personal a través de WhatsApp.

- Suzanne (10/5): We had a very lovely 4 days stay. We came to see the Monarch Butterflies and accomplished that! - We ate 2 breakfast and 2 dinners at Casa . All the meals were very good. The coffee was strong and had a good flavor. An amazing banana bread was served warm with breakfast. It was delicious. The portions of the meals were generous, well prepared ,and tasty.
