• Jill (3/5): Would not return. - Nice view, close to old town and supermarket, bakery. Probably fine if you are only there for 1 night, otherwise AVOID!! I wish I had read more of the negative reviews because they are very accurate. . No how this apartment rates so highly. We had planned to stay 7 nights, but left after 1, for various reasons. We didn’t expect a refund, and didn’t get one. Strong smell of sewage in the bathroom the day we arrived. Apparently something to do with the wind direction. It had gone the next day, but we didn’t want to experience it again, because it went thru the whole apartment. Utterly vile. The bedrooms are awful. We had seen the pictures, but they don’t prepare you for them!! Unable to stand upright if you are tall (165cm+). Very claustrophobic. Also, in an emergency you would struggle to escape. The external access is a narrow staircase with an odd bend. Fine for us as we had backpacks but would be a nightmare with suitcases. Also, somewhat slippery in the wet. The sofa is old,tatty, worn and hard, with vinyl peeling. Very uncomfortable to sit on. The place needs painting and all the soft furniture (cushions, rug etc) needs replacing. Lots of chips and damage to the kitchen surfaces.

• Snezana (9/5): Beautiful view at Kotor old town. - Very close to Kotor old town, the view from terrace, comfortable. Heat on air conditioning didnt work, so it was cold in the appartment.

Az appartman 2. emeletén szobánként csak 1 főnek alkalmas az alvás, aki belül fekszik a kétszemélyes ágyon, az nem tud kimenni anélkül, hogy a másik személyt fel ne keltse. Ez mindkét szobára érvényes. Felülni sem lehet, olyan alacsony a plafon. Az ágy egyébként kényelmes. A konyhába elkelne egy mikrohullámú sütő.

Apartment was ideal and everything was nearby Apartment kitchen was in need of refurb. Check In instructions sent day off arrival and had no network coverage in Montenegro so difficult accessing.

Mesela 2 oda dediği şey dubleks dairenin çayı katında ve kapısı olmayan, sadece duvarla bölünmüş iki oda idi. Ve çayı çok alçaktı. Odalar kullanışsız olduğu gibi olanakları da berbattı. Daireyi 3 te bize hazır edeceklerini iddia edip 3 ü geçmiş bir saatte daireye girdiğimizde dairenin içi ıslaktı belli ki yerler yeni silinmişti. Ayrıca klimaların bir tanesi sadece soğukta çalışıyordu. Sıcak modu seçip sıcaklığı maksimuma getirseniz bile çalışmıyordu Temizlik ve şartlar berbattı. Evdeki gereçler pisti. Tabak, çatal kaşık vs hiç bir şey yıkanmadan kullanılabilecek gibi değildi. Bunun yanında evi söz verdikleri saatte teslim etmedikleri gibi üzerine birde biz suçluymuşuz gibi davranmaya kalktılar. Tam bir fecaatti.

• Fay (6/5): Lovely host but place needs some TLC with very worn furnishings - Beautiful view and great location. Spacious over two floors. Biljana was a wonderful host and really helpful throughout our stay responding to any questions quickly We arrived early and had to leave our bags outside downstairs until check in. Bad smell in the bathroom and generally needs a bit of TLC as the furniture and furnishings were all very worn/aged

Непритязательным людям нормально, для высоких и притязательных на втором этаже будет теснова-то. Заботливые хозяева. По всем картам адрес показывается в старом городе, но на самом деле находится рядом с ним у торгового центра Камея. Расположение хорошее, но мы хотели, жить в старом городе.

• Kai (8/5): Gut - Gute Lage direkt neben der Altstadt. Balkon und Küche. Die Bilder auf booking sind zu 70% von anderen Unterkünften im gleichen Haus. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben keine Türen. Es wird pro Doppelbett nur eine Decke zur Verfügung gestellt. Die fünfte Schlafmöglichkeit ist das Sofa im Aufenthaltsraum. Im Vorfeld gibt es viele Informationen zum Einchecken, aber bei Ankunft war die zuständige Mitarbeiterin telefonisch und per WhatsApp nicht erreichbar.

• ANDREEA (8/5): Spacious but kind of oldish - The location was very close to everything, the old town, the beach. There’s a lot of space. The bathroom had an odd smell. The beds were noisy, to any little move they squeaked. There wasn’t a washing machine. There wasn’t enough trash bags and toilet paper and we had to buy it ourselves.

• Sharon (9/5): Best views and location! - The location is perfect and the view from the balcony is fabulous! Biljana is delightful and gave us good tips on where to eat and also gave us details of a boat trip which was excellent and which we received a discount for! I would certainly stay here again if I was booking for 2 people. Because the ceiling is very low, access to the bed is from one side only which means, if you were sharing a bed, you need to climb over someone to get into or out of bed. This was not an issue for us as we were only two people with a room each and everything for us was perfect!

• Catherine (9/5): Great location - Lovely apartment, spacious and very clean. In a great location just a few minutes walk from the old town. We had a great view from the balcony. Apartment was well equipped with most things we needed. Good communication with the owner via Whatsapp. Arrangements for checking in and out were straightforward. We all struggled with the low ceilings in the bedrooms and we're a short family! For someone taller it could be quite uncomfortable.
• Ruben (1/5): Worst accommodation ever for such a price. - Nothing First of all there is no parking, it’s a lie. The woman on the phone told us to drive in in that small street where we eventually damaged our car (to the owner: please contact us about it, we would really like to have compensation). Then the man there told us to move some chairs and we can park there, very close. Okay we did it, then the owner of the neighours house came there screaming and almost engaged in a fight with us. Then I was attempting to call the police and I ended up being the villain lol that place was public property by the way. And when the man came back he refused to say he allowed us to move the chairs!! He lied to everyone’s eyes, then I called him out and he said yes he allowed us buuuut… crazy experience. Then we had to go to the expensive parking lot since the owner said on phone she can’t do anything and we better don’t call out that woman. (Lol? Are we really in Europe?). Okay then we went up to the apartment. Dirty (pictures may be provided if requested), then we went up to see the bedrooms. We couldn’t enter and hit our head. During sleep we barely slept anything, hit our heads 4 times in the night and therefore we woke up with bad headache. Thus in the morning we just decided to leave as soon as possible. To the owner: this horrible experience ruined a day of our vacation, so please be aware who you are scamming. DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!!!

The stairs up and down were pretty tough with suitcases in tow. The air conditioner leaked water on the stairs which made them slippery. Some maintenance on the bench top would be good and the back of the TV remote was loose and kept coming off.

Lovely balcony overlooking the city walls. Ceilings upstairs in the bedrooms were very low and you couldn’t walk upright around the bed. The aircon unit was at the top of the stairs not in the rooms so couldn’t directly feel it. The bedrooms could do with a bit of TLC as some of the skirting boards were peeling.

Beautiful view from the balcony, clean rooms, and a perfect stay. Would definitely recommend this apartment! I loved everything about this apartment. It was perfect.

• Mani (3/5): Not nice at all - Location. The whole apartment was smelling of Toilet Sewage Smell. Must be something to do with blocked drains. The 2 bedrooms are on an upper floor and Double Beds are stuffed under a slanting roof. My wife had to leave the room to sleep on the sofa downstairs as she felt claustrophobic.

Attached are a few photos of utensils provided. The location is good so if that's what people are after, this apartment is good for you.

• Joanna (10/5): Charming apartment with a stunning view - The apartment was super-clean and well equipped. It had a great kitchen and living area. The aircon throughout was much appreciated! I could hardly believe how close it was to everything and how stunning the view was; particularly at night looking up at the fortress. Biljana was really kind in accommodating my check-in and departure needs. I did meet her briefly and it was lovely to chat to her. She clearly works hard keeping the apartments so welcoming. A lot of the reviews mention the sloping roof in the bedroom and yes they are quite low but also quite charming and hobbit like! It would not put me off staying here again. Absolutely nothing!
• Fruzsina (10/5): Exceptional - The location is fantastic, beautiful view to the mountains, close to old town and beach. The studio is spacious and well equipped. As the nights are chilly, warmer blankets could have been welcomed.
• Danny (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and a very short walk to the old town with a good view of the old fortress. There is grocery stores and bakeries just minutes away. The bedrooms are beside each other with no doors. Both bedrooms have extremely low, slanted roofs which was completely impractical. The kettle leaked water (clearly an old issue as there was calcium build up around the leak) everywhere and when we asked the host for a replacement the issue was not rectified. The facilities also stated a microwave which there was not. We also had one roll of toilet paper for 3 adults for 3 days, we requested more and again the issue was not addressed.

• Precious (10/5): everything is nice especially when you stay at the top floor. - the location is very accessible to the shop when you need to buy foods and also it’s quiet and you can watch the kotor fortress from the balcony at night ,it’s very near to the kotor old town, it’s clean and relaxing.The staff named Biljana was nice and welcomed us. the bed at the top floor is very wide 3 persons can fit with one bed. just the ceiling of the top floor at the room is short but that’s not a big deal because you can relax in the living room and balcony.
• Emma (5/5): Passable - It's a nice, large apartment very close to the old town with a big kitchen. The host was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early since I was sick. All the photos on the listing don't match the actual apartment. The photos show real bedrooms with a skylight, when in reality the bedrooms were in attic-like rooms with very slanted ceilings. The beds were tucked under the ceiling with almost no room for your head, with two people in a bed it was like sleeping in a cave and felt claustrophobic. Additionally, the bedrooms don't have doors so there is no privacy.

• Stefanos (10/5): Amazing location, nice apartment, great experience - So nice location, watching Kotor castle from your balcony. Huge apartment, in two floors. Clean and very nice appliances and amenities. The bedroom due to the fact the were on loft were quite uncomfortable (quite steep roof, and not so much height in the most part of the bedroom), but we had a nice sleep.

I'm short, so the lack of head room in the bedrooms didn't really bother me but my friend did bang her head a couple of times!

• Lisa (10/5): Splendid stay - Communication with Biljana was nice and quick! She gave us a lot of tips about the area and helped us with a taxi and boat ride. Furthermore, the apartment is very clean with a good airco and kitchen. We did a roadtrip and this accomodation had the best shower for sure! Before we came here, we saw some comments about the ceiling being quite low upstairs. It is indeed a little bended walking, but does not cause any issues when sleeping! To close this nice review, I would also like to say that the location is pure perfection: you can park + it is a two minute walk and your in Kotor’s old town! -
• Diana (10/5): First time trip to Kotor - Biljana was a fantastic host! The location of the apartment was amazing and with parking just outside. It is a two minute walk from the Old Town and the beach! There was a supermarket at the front! Everything was so handy. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we could have asked for. The air con ensured the apartment was always lovely and cool! I would definitely recommend this apartment for a family or group of friends visiting.

The apartment has great air conditioning which was needed in temperatures exceeding 38 degrees! It is in a perfect location near to a supermarket, old town of Kotor (which is stunning) and the beach. • Jade (5/5): Overpriced - very basic, but good location. - The location was great. It's very close to where you want to be. Really, that's the best thing about this place. It's very close to the old town and it's convenient to walk to where you want to go from the apartment. There is also a provided parking space which is very helpful. I have a difficult time seeing how this place is so highly reviewed. Firstly, finding this place was a bit tricky when you are driving. It's also not very easy squeezing your way down into the parking space if you don't have a small car. The main problem with this place is that the bedrooms are in an attic. The ceiling is claustrophobically low. Also, there are no aircons in the bedrooms, and because the bedrooms are in the attic, they're boiling hot in the summer. There aren't fans either, and when we contacted the host about providing us with some fans, they didn't really make any effort to help out in that regard. During the summer, the bedrooms were pretty much too hot to sleep in. Also, there aren't doors on the bedrooms, so there's no privacy between the two bedrooms which are directly next to each other. I could hear my parents talking (and snoring) all night long. We also tried to watch tv at one point and couldn't get it to work. We also had a problem with one of the aircons freezing up and being out of commission for a whole day. The place is just OK. You're basically paying for the location. Overall, the place was not great, and was probably the worst place we stayed in during our whole 3 week trip. If it had been cheaper wI wouldn't have been so critical.

There is a nice balcony, living room and big and well equipped kitchen. Since we had the top floor apartment, bedrooms had incredibly low slanted rooftops and if you are not careful you may hit your heat when you get up from your bed.

Very helpful and friendly host, large apartment, spacious kitchen and living area. Ceilings were very low in the bedrooms, the sofa bed is not comfortable for 2 people or for many nights.

The balcony was great with views of the Old Town and the mountains. The location was excellent with a short walk to the Old Town and also the water.
