- Fang Chung (8/5): If you sleep well and value convenient transportation, this suite will not disappoint you. - Excellent location, just a two-minute walk to the tram stop, adjacent to the shopping street and izakaya street. In addition, its bathroom facilities are perfect and impeccable. The bed was too soft and lacked support. Although the surrounding area is very lively, there are occasional loud noises on the street at night and even in the early morning.

Het inchecken was heel moeilijk; in het instructie bericht miste de link met de informatie over hoe je de sleutel kon krijgen. We hebben uiteindelijk moeten bellen (wat ons €15 gekost heeft) en de dame aan de telefoon had heel erg veel tijd nodig (een kwartier!) om het uit te leggen. Verder is het bed echt aan vervanging toe want je voelt de veren overal. Dit was kamer 202.

- 빵스 (7/5): 침대는 좀 아쉬웠지만 나머지는 너무 좋았던 숙소 - 건물외관 좋고, 로비 들어가면 에어컨이 좋았습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 걸어서 전철역까지 가는길이 멀수도 있지만 중간에 상점가를 지나가서 볼거리, 먹거리, 쇼핑까지 다 좋았습니다. 가까운곳에 편의점이 있는것도 큰 장점이구요, 숙소도 조용했습니다. 무엇보다 여기는 욕실에 빨래 건조할수있는 시설이 있어서 빨래하고 건조까지 아무런 걱정이 없습니다~!!! (뜨거운 바람 나옵니다.) 일단 침대 두개중에 하나의 스프링이 많이 꺼져있어서 소리가 심하게 났습니다. 무게가 좀 있는 저나 큰아들의 경우에는 누워있다가 몸을 좀 움직여도 소리가 났고, 그래서그런지 누웠을때 그리 편하지가 않았습니다. 다른쪽 침대는 안그랬으니까요. (침대때문에 시설 한칸 깠습니다..) 그리고 안내메일이 네이버로 왔는데 링크가 다 지워져 있었습니다. 별 생각 없었는데... 당일 열쇠를 찾는데 무슨 방찾기 게임하는줄 알았습니다. 나름 재미는 있었기에 아쉬움반, 즐거움 반이었네요 ㅎㅎ

There was a washing machine and the bathroom served as a dryer as well. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a fridge to store our food. The place was advertised for up to 7 people. We had 2 adults and 4 children but when we got there, there was only 2 queensized beds. Ambiera explained that they do not provide separate sleeping areas for kids under 6 which was by then too late. However, we made it work squishing 4 people in one bed and 2 on the other.

Feel a bit cramp especially when there are 4 oversized luggages in the apartment. - The apartment is within walking distance from the tram and bus station. It is near the main shopping street and next to Chinatown. There are many eateries around but not family friendly. Need to have a coat rack to hang clothes.

Attempts to contact the Owners were not addressed in a timely manner while waiting in the lobby, we booked somewhere else and left. When the owners finally sent instructions the keys were behind a door that was locked anyway, so we had no chance of accessing our room. Avoid staying here. - Minnie (7/5): The 2nd bedroom was very very crammed and wall was thin. No space for luggage bags in rooms. - Location is good, no short of restaurants, eateries and convenience stores. As we checked in at night, we could not find the key to the room. Instructions were given to take key from the Copper Room, but there is no such room. We discovered the key was kept behind a copper gate door besides the building . I think instructions in English can be improved to facilitate checking in at night .

It would have been better if the management would have given some information on landmarks nearest to the hotel e.g (behind 7-Eleven).Even though we used the google map it took us a while to reach our hotel.
- Alisa (8/5): I enjoy the stay. For affordable stay, this might be my favorite choice. - Bacic necessities such as towel, toothbrush etc. were all there. Enough for all of us three. The room was not as spacious as the pictures and keybox was outside of the property. I didn’t get clear instructions where to find the keybox so, it took us 15 minutes to get the key room. Outside keybox is quite dangerous and might be inconvenient when it is dark at night and raining. So, please put the keybox inside the property or nearby the counter.

Men det var tæt på at vi gik glip af vigtig information, da mailen kom på japansk, og nær var røget i spamfilteret. Først i bunden af mailen var der oplysninger om tjekind på engelsk. Selve opholdet var skønt. Der er fin plads og beliggenheden er fin, skønt området er lidt fattigt.

- Reglxt (9/5): Comfortable stay - The hotel is a bit far from Nagasaki Station, but there are many things to do nearby, especially in Chinatown. It's located on a side street and has self check-in, which was a bit confusing at first, but for the price, it's probably one of the best hotels. The room is small, but everything is acceptable for the price. If you plan to spend more time traveling and less time in the hotel, I recommend it. The hotel is also clean and comfortable for sleeping. If you intend to bring heavy luggages, I would suggest to ask for rooms located at the ground floor, there is no elevator. The check-in was confusing

- Rie (8/5): 街中で便利だが少々音が気になった - 街中にあるので、非常に交通の便が良かった。コンビニが3、4軒先にあるので、朝食のためのおにぎりなどがすぐに買えるのも良かった。飲み屋街の中にあり、私達のベットが窓際に面していたので、窓際がスナックバーで、到着した日は12月30日ということもあり、朝の3時ごろまで飲み屋から出てくる人が大声で騒いでいて寝付けなかった。しかし、多くのお店が12月31日から、チェックアウトした1月5日までは、閉まっていたようでそんなにうるさくて、眠れないということはなかった。アパートの中は綺麗に改築されていたが、建物の構造上の問題なのか、私たちは、一階の部屋だったが、2階の部屋の人が歩く音やドアを開ける音、物を床に落とした時の音がかなり響いて夜中に目が覚めることがあった。

- Amanda (8/5): Self sufficient apartment stay great for seeing Fukouka. - Good location, easy distance to the street car, a number of konbini and multiple local eateries and bars. Nice and quite, beds were comfy (although the doonas were too short!). Kitchen facilities and bathroom facilities including washing machine were good. Bathroom had and exhaust fan with a clothes drying facility which was fantastic. Check in instructions were confusing. The latest check in time listed on booking.com (midnight) did not match the check in instructions sent (9pm) which caused some stress since our check in time was around 9pm and possibly later depending on flight times. Also the location to fetch the key from the lock box is very poorly lit at night - must have a flashlight on your mobile to find it (and enough charge left over after a long journey!) Arrived in summer in 30degC heat and the room was just as warm - took ages to cool down once we managed to get the air on working (for which there was no multi-language instructions). Not what you want when you’ve been travelling for 30+ hours!
- Anja (8/5): Very good - Very good location, modern apartments with good facilities. Great value for your money. The apartments are located in the center of the city with the streetcar within a couple of minutes walking, China town and Dejima within a very short walk and the 7-eleven around the corner Enough towels, and other bath utilities. Very good airconditioning Unfortunately not very clean. The sheets, towels et cetera were clean, but we found many hairs of previous residents in the apartments. A more detailed English guide of the washing machine would be helpful. If you stay with 4 people in the downstairs apartment there is little room for your luggage

- Sharifah (9/5): Stay here everybody - Everything. Location, clean, enough kitchenwares, bathroom, washing machine, drying facilities, easy to get keys, quiet Nothing
- Bernadette (10/5): Exceptional - Room was great clean and spacious. Good location to use teams buses etc
- Sven (8/5): Very good - Location, very close to china town and shopping facilities. Room is very nice. Bed could be better.

- Bee (8/5): good value stay. - location is good. Ww parked our car at a nearby car park with a daily rate and walked around. we walked to the port for the gunksjima island trip. lots of restaurants nearby. check In instructions was a bit confusing but it was because I didn’t spend time reading it in detail. in fact my kids were exciting cause it was like puzzle solving to get the front door n room door opened :) room is small but well equipped.
- Solo (10/5): Would recommend for 4-7 people group! - VERY CLEAN!!! Good space for 4 people. Paid parking is right across from the location. Walking distance to Chinatown. Convenient store and restaurants are just on the same street. The bath is spacious. Izakaya is right next door. A bit noisy at night time
- Daniel (8/5): Value for money - The property is value for money. The location of the property is near to many eateries and shopping area. No private parking but there are many carparks around but can be rather costly.
