Please note, the half board rate includes breakfast and lunch. Please note that children staying free in room with existing beds do not have meal plans included. These should be paid for separately at the property: Pets must be approved by the property, they can not be more than 2 pets and their maximum weight can be 15kg, the supplement will be €10 for the months of January to June and September to December, for the months of July and August will be €15. This supplement will be charged per pet per night. The request of pet is only for the Double and Matrimonial Rooms. They cannot be accommodated in the rest of the rooms. When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Reservation modifications may be considered as a new reservation, and the rate may be updated according to the prices, availability and conditions established on the day the modification is requested. Lunch from June to September costs €16.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. gheorghian (8/5): - Camera confortabila, foarte curata, dar hotelul este potrivit doar daca închiriezi masina, deoarece este izolat, la o distanta de San Juan de Alicante de aproximativ 2 km, pentru care nu ai mijloc de transport, decât Uber, care este f scump, nu va recomand, sau taxi. Si pentru a merge in Alicante sau oriunde in împrejurimi schimbi doua mijloace de transport. Personalul foarte amabil, curățenia impecabila! Piscina deschisă, apa curata! Amplasarea izolata a hotelului.

Elena (7/5): Amables aunque la ubicación y el tipo de Hotel no cumplió mis espectatias. - Lo mejor el personal, tanto del Hotel com de la cafetería del desayuno y el tamaño grande de la habitación. El Hotel está al lado de una gasolinera, es un Hotel de carretera, por lo que al salir de la habitación sales directamente "fuera" del Hotel. Creo que debería decirse en la publicidad, ya que para otro tipo de huéspedes seguro que es beneficioso, no para nosotros. Considero un Hotel caro por el tipo de Hotel que es. No me gustó la ubicación y la sensación que la habitación daba literalmente, fuera del Hotel.

Gillian (10/5): Would definitely return here. - Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was well equipped with enough sun loungers and tables and chairs. Had to use Uber to get anywhere, it was about a 50 minute walk to the beach.

Habitaciones independientes tipo hotel americano, con aparcamiento (de pago, 6€ al día) justo enfrente de la habitación, algo que para nosotros era genial. Por poner alguna pega, está cerca de una gasolinera y una carretera que hacen algo de ruido, pero no afecta a la hora de dormir.

Tuvimos que entrar antes de la hora establecida para el check-in porque teníamos una boda y no solo lo pudimos hacer si no que nos avisaron con tiempo para poder organizarnos y que saliese todo perfecto. Dogs are allowed too. The balcony goes out to the little fruit garden which was a nice surprise. Sergio (7/5): Bien. Opino que es un lugar mas comodo y adecuado para viajes de trabajo. No tanto para turismo, - La amabilidad de las personas que trabajan en recepción. Fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron mucho con algunos inconvenientes que tuvimos con el auto alquilado. Tambien el desayuno estuvo muy bien. La vista y la ubicacion

Ana (7/5): - La habitación amplia, la cama grande y cómoda. En general, la habitación, 4 estrellas. La cafetería, apenas podías comer nada. El desayuno no merece la pena. Es preferible pagar un desayuno normal y sale más barato.

JORGE (8/5): Bien, pero con pocos detalles hubiera sido mejor. - Las instalaciones. A pesar de que en estas fechas la piscina ya estaba cerrada. La poca flexibilidad con la hora de entrada a pesar de estar sin clientes. Si vienes de viaje no deberías estar esperando hasta las 16,00 h para poder entrar en la habitación que estaba vacía. Y la ubicación de la habitación. El hotel estaba prácticamente vacío y nos dieron una habitación con vistas al aparcamiento. Seguro que hubiera sido mejor con vistas a los jardines y la piscina.
