• Toma (6/5): - Amplasarea este super ok. Un hotel de modă veche, intretinut oarecum decent dar in care se vede dezinteresul proprietarillor de a mai investi. Piscina! Cum sa ai complex Spa pe care sa il dai in exploatare altora iar clientii hotelului sa fie tolerati acolo? Exemplu clar de ”hai sa luam ce luam si sa nu ne implicam”! Suspectez ca este vorba de proprietari vre-o asociatie greu de manageriat sau unii care l-au luat pe doi lei si vor sa stoarca tot ce se poate de acolo fara sa investeasca! Pacat de locatie si potential! Un pic de ordine in parcare ar aduce un plus. Am cauta hotel cu parcare, iar acolo era parcarea plina de clientii de la piscina si a trebuit sa parchez la 300 de metri pe o alee înghesuita!

• catherine (7/5): Lovely hotel, very safe in a park , many steps to climb if you walk to it so get a taxi if the steps - The staff, the restaurant, the swimming pool and sauna. The location is very safe despite the surroundings being a bit surprising as you approach walking Just as you approach walking up the hill in the park it appears run down but inside the staff make you feel very welcome. The pool facility is a surprise

• damien (8/5): Très belle vision de la ville de Cluj-Napoca - Les chambres donnent sur la ville de Cluj-Napoca. Très beau point de vue. Mais les taxis sont efficaces à Cluj-Napoca. La piscine est agréable le matin. L'accès à pied est un peu difficile surtout pendant la nuit. La piscine est aussi utilisée pendant la journée par des enfants... beaucoup de bruit.

• Adrian (9/5): Superb, sfatuiesc pe toti ce merg in Cluj sa incerce acest hotel - Sejurul nostru a fost scurt, dar foarte confortabil. Curatenia in camera excelenta, comunicarea cu personalul foarte buna, personalul atat de la receptie cat si din restaurant foarte amabili. Micul dejun foarte cuprinzator si de calitate, iar despre locatie...superb. Se vede orasul de sus iar coborand scarile prin parc ajungi foarte aproape de centrul vechi. Camera fiind situata deasupra conductelor de evacuare aer ale restaurantului a fost un pic zgomotoasa, s-ar putea face niste lucrari de antifonare sau retehnologizare cu utilaje silentioase.

• ERIKA (9/5): - A teraszról nyíló panoráma igazán varázslatos volt; különösen jó lett volna, ha van kint egy szék is, ahová ki lehet ülni gyönyörködni a kilátásban. Nagyon tetszett, hogy a szobában nem zuhanyzó, hanem fürdőkád volt, ami külön kényelmet adott a pihenéshez. Előnyös volt az is, hogy a bejárathoz közel tudtunk parkolni. A hotel tiszta, rendezett és kényelmes volt; a sok fotel, a lift és az egész környezet hozzájárult ahhoz, hogy jól érezzem magam. Egyedül a vízforraló hiányzott nagyon, mert gyakran szeretek teázni.

• Giocca (8/5): - The friendly staff, the spectacular view, the aromatic coffee and delicious traditional Romanian food for breakfast (e.g. aubergine salad, French toast). If you eat breakfast a bit later, there aren't as many options (I guess there are no refills after a certain time). Also, not much choice regarding bedding (e.g. hard pillows). Third, but maybe most important - we couldn't find a stroller-friendly path to go downtown. So if it hadn't been for my husband who carried the stroller up and down the stairs each time, we would have ended up with lots of taxi/bolt rides. Not recommended if you're planning to use strollers, unless you're willing to carry them.

• Tünde (9/5): Jó kis szállás volt ez - Kilátás a hotelből, ingyenes parkolás, tisztaság, kedves személyzet, uszoda és szauna az árban, jó az olvasólámpa A párna (de ez szubjektív), kicsit kopottas padlószőnyeg, az uszoda+szauna nem kizárólag a hotelhez tartozik, hanem külsősök is használják (sőt, bár ottlétünkkor így is kevesen voltak), úszósapka kötelező, amiről nem tudtunk, a reggeli közepes, az étterem esti nyitvatartása vacsorázáshoz értelmezhetetlen. A hotel nagy, de úgy tűnt, nagyon kevés vendég volt.

• Peter (9/5): Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, de a reggeli menü lehetne valamivel gazdagabb és jobb minőségű. - Jó a szálloda elhelyezkedése. A személyzet kedves és segítőkéz volt. A reggeli elég szegényes volt, minimális választékkal. Gyümölcs választék kicsi fonnyadt almákból és zöld banánokból állt.
• Lorand (8/5): The hotel has an exceptional location overlooking Kolozsvár, and historically it is a very special place. - For me, this is also personal. I spent a lot of time here as a child in the 1980s, when the atmosphere felt much more connected to the region’s Hungarian roots and cultural diversity. Back then, it had a warmer, more open character. Today, unfortunately, that feeling has largely disappeared. The place feels noticeably more rigid and less reflective of the multicultural heritage that once defined it. As someone with Hungarian background and memories tied to this hotel, this change is disappointing. It’s still a location with huge potential, but it no longer carries the same spirit it once did. I wish it better reflected the history and cultural balance that made it unique in the past.

• Philip (7/5): Einmal und nicht wieder. - Lage und Zimmer. Im Restaurant war am Abend die Hälfte der Gerichte auf der Karte nicht einmal bestellbar. Das Frühstück war für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie qualitativ unzureichend und die Auswahl enttäuschend; es hätte gerade einmal 1-2 Sterne verdient. Die Fernsehkanäle am Zimmer waren ein liebloses, beliebiges Durcheinander. Als Gast erwarte ich zumindest eine Programmgruppe in meiner Muttersprache, also Deutsch und Englisch. Ich musste eine Liste erstellen und dann die Kanäle manuell eintippen. Weiterhin hat mich sehr gestört, im Hallenbad eine Badekappe tragen zu müssen, die ich noch dazu käuflich erwerben musste. Andere Hotels sind hier nicht dermaßen pingelig. Wenn Sie Gäste gewinnen und nicht verscheuchen wollen, so sollte Ihr Management einiges ändern, die Zeiten des Kommunismus sind glücklicherweise vorbei!

• Eva (10/5): It was an excellent experience! - Close to the centre, beautiful view of the city. The stairs leading to the centre might do with a bit of more careful maintainance, but this might not be the hotel’s task.

• Sándor (9/5): Ár/érték arány kiváló! - Reggeli jó, kilátás gyönyörű, tisztaság tökéletes, ágy kényelmes, fűtés szabályozható, ajtók, függönyök halkan, kiválóan működtek, a liftek is jól, jó parkolás. Csak apróságok: Papírpoharak a szobában üvegpohár hiánya, az erkélyen nincs szék. Étterem és wellness több információt érdemelne.

Lo que menos me gustó fue que nos dieron una habitación para atrás cuando hemos especificado que la queremos para el otro lado.... Tampoco me gustó que la piscina, zona de espa estaba lleno de gente por causa de que la gente del gimnasio tiene también acceso...que tienen derecho, si pero estamos hablando de diez de la noche..... nosotros fuimos los únicos huespedes del hotel allí...

• Nagy (10/5): - Nagyon kellemes élményben volt részünk a szállodában. A szobák hangulatosak és tiszták voltak, minden megtalálható bennük, ami egy kényelmes pihenéshez szükséges. A recepción dolgozók kifejezetten segítőkészek voltak, angolul is beszélnek. A kilátás gyönyörű, a környék pedig ideális, a főbb látnivalók nagyjából 20 perc sétával könnyen elérhetők. Összességében teljes mértékben elégedettek vagyunk a tartózkodásunkkal, köszönjük a kedves vendéglátást!

• MCosmin (9/5): O ședere confortabilă - Cel mai mult mi-a plăcut ca am avut posibilitatea sa luam si celelalte mese ale zilei la restaurantul hotelului. Găsești preparate clasice, dar bine gătite si la prețuri mult mai bune decât in centrul Clujului. La mic dejun găsești suficiente preparate ca sa îți începi ziua bine. Piscina de la World Class a fost un bonus. De dimineață, de la ora 8 este mai liberă. Camerele sunt spațioase, curate si ni s-a făcut curățenie zilnic in cameră. Apa caldă mereu si o temperatura ridicata in cameră, perfect pentru sezonul rece. Vine câteodată un miros de la aerisirea din baie, nu e foarte deranjant. La recepție ma așteptam sa primesc mai multe informații (de la ce ora este mic dejunul, cum se face accesul la piscina, unde sunt lifturile cand te cazezi).Informațiile le primești doar daca pui tu întrebările.

• Ágoston (10/5): - Szép a kilátás Kolozsvárra a szobákból. Ha nagyon kell írni valamit, akkor annyit tudok, hogy csak egy kis szemetes volt a fürdőszobában, ami kb. 1 pelenkától azonnal megtelt. A személyzet tagjai közül nagyon kevesen beszéltek magyarul.
