• Langford (7/5): Dissatisfied - Most of it was perfectly adequate The strong smell of urine in the kitchen and lounge , we all smelt it but didn’t put two and two until we found the en-suite locked shut. So they knew there was an issue and have not informed me.in short there is clear an issue with raw sewage leaking from the en-suite to the kitchen.

• Victoria (10/5): Safe, Serenity, Warmth and felt very welcomed. - There were lovely welcoming gestures; fresh coffee, bread, milk. Lamp lighting to make it calm and comfortable, easy use of Iplayer, huge balcony, dog bed provided. I was genuinely touched by all the thought that had gone into this property. The bathrobes, the shower caps, the cutlery all new and sparkling. Leaving ice in the freezer. The hosting was excellent, and I would return if ever I needed to be in that location again.

• Slawomir (10/5): Very impressed! - I was really impressed with the apartment. Very clean, with all facilities required, comfy bed, everything was working, nothing broken just brilliant! The only thing I would suggest is to implement recycling bin. Most of my rubbish was recyclable but had to bin in general waste bin🫤

Little bit noisy at night due to the main road right by the property but the fact that you are right in the heart of everything you need makes up for it.

Noise from traffic and chinese restaurant on bedroom side but luckily I had earplugs with me so not too horrendous. No coffee just tea bags but again just popped out and bought our own.

All plugs were in as far as I could tell, correctly. Also for those not used to induction hobs.i.e.myself, I would have liked instructions on how to use in the black information folder. I did use microwave instead.

• Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional - Booked as meeting friends in the City Centre for my birthday. An early check in was quickly sorted out for am extra, but reasonable charge. Lovely flat with larger than expected balcony considering it is a 1 bed. The bread, milk, tea bags etc were a nice touch as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only regret is not having longer to relax in it. Finding 3 different codes for various doors might be a hassle if worried about getting phone out late at night if on your own. But I do understand why security is paramount - especially as there are permanent residents in the block. You feel very safe once in.

There was also ice in the freezer, alongside extra bread if we needed it. Teas and coffee were also provided. It’s a very spacious, warm flat for two people with secure parking. Close by were a lovely old pub, an Aldi supermarket and town is a five minute walk. The water pressure and temperature were intermittent.

We was not expecting this so it was great value for money. Only 5 minutes away from the town as well so fantastic location We booked this last minute panicking when our other abomination cancelled last minute the customer service was excellent and we manged to pay for an early check in as well so was very happy over all. Could not recommend enough! The pillow were rather firm is the only comment I could give and even then that's more of a personal preference.

• Anonymous (10/5): These apartments are perfect, they were spacious and clean, We will definitely be booking these apartments again. - The location of this property is perfect, You are literally 5 min walk from the town centre, shops, bars and restaurants. i liked that there is a allocated parking space for each apartment.
