Das Zimmer war schön groß und sehr sauber, die Besitzer = das Personal war(en) total nett und zuvorkommend - gerne wieder! You can really feel the love in every detail. Alessandro and Eduardo are excellent hosts. Our room, Lavanda, was very comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. The bed was excellent. The location is very central and easy to access. I’ve traveled to Rome several times, and I would definitely recommend this accommodation without any doubt.

The room was very clean and had a great view. Breakfast was also excellent. Overall, our experience at this location was superior.

В комнате чисто, всего для удобства достаточно, были и чайник, с чаем и кофе, и вода в холодильнике и телевизор (всегда включаем для практики итальянского языка), и фен в ванной и биде, полотенца чистые и в достатке, пенно-мыльные принадлежности тоже в наличии. Ещё раз подчеркну, было очень чисто. Я третий раз в Риме и первый раз могу порекомендовать друзьям эти апартаменты. Была возможность каждый вечер выбирать меню и время завтрака. И каждый раз он подавался вовремя (что для плотного расписания визитов в музеи и галереи очень важно). Отдельно скажу о наших уважаемых сеньорах, Алессандро и Пало. Осведомлённость о музеях и выставках (даже временных) очень впечатлила, настолько профессиональных и точных рекомендаций по историческим и выставочным объектам мы ещё нигде в мире не получали. Общение с ними доставило большое удовольствие. Огромная им благодарность за все консультации. Место расположение тоже заслуживает отдельного упоминания. Рядом миллион))) пунктов питания. Мы лично были в трёх из тех, что рядом и везде было вкусно, думаю, что и в тех куда не попали, также достойная кухня. До Колизея действительно около двух) шагов, и до остальных достопримечательностей рукой подать. Пешком дошли и на вокзал Рома Термини. За неделю пребывания в Риме, мы ни разу не воспользовались ни транспортом, ни такси. Всё очень близко. Пожелаю всем приятного отдыха и в Риме и в апартаментах "2 Passi Al Colosseo B&B" Дождь)))) Потом опять дождь... и... снова дождь...))))

The owner whom we met the next day was much more gracious. Be aware that although there is an elevator it is very small and took several trips to get luggage up and down. • Eileen (10/5): - The beautiful apartment was located on a bustling street in the heart of the ancient city. We were in walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman forum and other sites. Transportation to other parts of the city were very easy via train and taxi. Our house were kind and very helpful at guiding us while we were there. We were very comfortable and enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning. We would recommend them highly to any future guest.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Lovely stay. - Lovely stay with friendly hosts and a great location. Slight issue with shower, we couldn't quite figure out if there was no hot water or it just took a while to heat up. Would recommend staying at this B and B!
• Barbara (10/5): - This was our first stop in Italy. Very nice B&B. There are only 3 rooms, so there is not extra space to hang out, but we hit the ground running, so that worked for us. Very grateful that our hosts provided us with a map that was super helpful as no one in our party had been to Rome previously. The location is awesome. We were able to get around using the metro quite easily once we learned how to use it. There are two stops very close and you can get to most places. Taxis are also an option, but slower because there is so much traffic. We felt very safe walking around day or night. Avoid the restaurants down the street to the right. We ate at one our second night and although the food was not bad, the servers were all standing around talking to each other and it was very uncomfortable. At the end we had to pay cash for their ‘service fee’. Just felt cheesy. There are so many other restaurants as you walk into the neighborhoods that are a better option. The B&B is right down the street from the Colosseum and the Forum which allowed us to get there early. Getting to sites early is absolutely the key! We enjoyed our stay at this B&B and would recommend this location to anyone. It is clean, comfortable and offers a nice breakfast served by the hosts!

• Maggie (10/5): Delightful Stay in Rome - We had a wonderful 5-night stay in Rome at B&B 2 Passi Al Colosseo that was made special by our gracious hosts, Alessandro and Eduardo. We stayed in the Mandarin room with our son, and the accommodations were perfect for our small family. The beds were especially comfortable and room large and airy, very clean, and especially bright during the day (shades darken at night perfectly!). Even though the window overlooks a bustling street, the room is quiet and peaceful. The location was optimal - within walking distance to so many of Rome's iconic sites and to public transit that can take you where your feet cannot. All of these positives would have been enough, but then on top of that you add that the hosts are just wonderful, kind and caring people. As for the experience at a B&B, it was so lovely to chat with our hosts and get to know them during our stay, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for our child's birthday with gestures (a cake and gift) that were so very thoughtful, but also in receiving us (our flight was late) and providing a delicious breakfast each morning. Their home is a reflection of their hospitality: warm and inviting. Grazie mille!
• Ffsqrd (10/5): Exceptional - You could not be in a better location! The accommodations were lovely, and the room was spacious. There was abundant sunlight in the mornings. I was thankful for the AC unit for when it got warm in the afternoons. The breakfast spread was plentiful. The room was serviced a few times during our stay which was appreciated and a good number of towels were provided. There was nothing about that property which I would critique. The building was authentic and had historic charm.

Good choices for breakfast and a nice system of ordering it ahead. .They had good suggestions for things to do for 3 days we stayed. We would definitely stay here next time we will visit Roma.

Being a vacation place it was a lot of hassle to answer a questionaire each day for breakfast, which in return was quite low quality (like you'd purchase basic ingredients in supermarket). We probably just had too high expectations, cause I'm convinced many other would be content with this place

Located just minutes away from almost everything you wish to see on a trip to Roma. It was our first time in Italy and we really enjoyed the light (but hardy) breakfast offered each day of our 5 night stay. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our trip, they offer a great map made up showing where most of the popular site are located from their b&b location. Colosseum only 5 minute walk. Other amazing ruins and a bunch of Great restaurants within 1 to 15 min walk. We hope to come back and stay again.

Despite the busy loud street the room was very quiet. The room was well equipped with mini fridge, electric kettle with cups and an air conditioner. One of them (Eduardo) has a deep passion for movies directed by Greta Gerwig. If you do book a stay, please mention this to him! You can schedule an optional breakfast with them every morning. the location is also restaurant central with lots of options all day and night. you are 10 minutes maybe less walking to the Colosseo- and other monuments . Just amazing. Near metro stops too. Can't say enough about it all.

Every evening we were giving a menu option for the next morning breakfast. Besides what was in menu it was much more. They personally served us breakfast, explained how to get around. It's in excellent location. we loved our stay. I will recomend this place to my clients and if I come to Rome I will stay there again.

The air conditioning was an absolute necessity and made our stay more comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge, which already had chilled water in for our arrival which was hugely appreciated. Alessandro and Edwardo were perfect hosts and took very good care of us. It was an honour to stay in their home and we will be visiting again as soon as funds for another holiday in Rome allow. Nothing at all, it was perfect and full of character.

• Janett (10/5): Exceptional - The beds were very comfortable and quiet. The street was a busy, loud street, but you couldn't hear it unless you opened the window. The room was large and had good storage. The room is located close to many attractions, rail and buses. We got there early for check-in. I let them know the time we were going to arrive ahead of time, and someone met us there. Luckily, our room was ready! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was available, but we had early excursions and couldn't partake. It would be nice to have earlier breakfast options. Something that you can eat on the go. The bathroom lacks storage. I didn't have any place to put my toothbrush and other toiletries.

One street behind us was less touristy and we enjoyed many dinners in the evenings. Our stay was so comfortable, breakfast was more than we needed, and our hosts were very kind and happy to answer our questions. We would highly recommend it!

• Danette (10/5): 10 out of 10 - I can’t say enough good about this b&b. We stayed in the triple and it was a big, comfortable room. The location can’t be beat (2 blocks to the Colosseum). Alessandro’s hospitality was second to none. He booked transport from the airport and to the cruise port. When we decided to stay back in town instead of near the airport our last night, he even contacted a neighbor on our behalf when he had no rooms! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There is an elevator but you do need to go up 11 steps to get to it. If we ever get back to Rome, we will 100% stay here again.

• Sandra (10/5): Very convenient, clean room with nice breakfast. - Alessandro was very helpful and friendly. The room was very convenient to the Colosseum and the Forum attractions, but was quiet for sleeping at night. Alessandro helped us arrange a taxi and and early morning transport to the airport. nothing. I liked all of it.
