Jonathan (4/5): Weekend getaway - Property was in good shape. The location right opposite the park was what we wanted and even though the hotel was full, it didnt feel too crowded. We also wanted a rerugerator so this was a good option. The bed was quite soft and sagged. We did not find it comfortable. We asked to change rooms, but even though they said they had a few left, they would not accomodate us cause we booked through a third party.
Lara (10/5): Exemplary Homewood suites property! - The room was great with a nice setup for our family of 5 for 2 nights. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast that I have experienced. The location was convenient and not noisy. They thought of a lot of great functional features such as the separate vanity and sink with a built in night light. Free dinner on Wednesday nights! Free laundry! The juice tasted a little like the freezer and the mattresses and sofa could have been more comfortable. We didn't have to pay for parking and I hope that they don't charge other guests either.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their genuine friendliness made the stay even more enjoyable. Our welcome from Aaliyah was fabulous and after a long flight it was greatly appreciated. Climber764069 (10/5): We would 100% stay here again. - Quiet, clean and comfortable. We had a huge room with a big fridge and small kitchen area. It's off season and we paid about $125.00 plus tax. Well worth it. Desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a big selection. Love hotel oatmeal! The four Hampton's we stayed in were worth a few dollars more than LaQuintas. One thing needs be mentioned. We have a small dog and online it said there was a $75.00 charge non-refundable which almost made us change our mind about staying there, but the four Hamptons we stayed in never asked if we had a dog and no charge was made. It's fair if they want a $75.00 deposit against damages, but if there is no damage or accidents, it should be refundable. Desk clerk was very nice. No complaints at all. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Les casseroles dans la cuisine ont le fond tellement arrondies qu’elles ne cuisent plus. 75$ de plus pour un petit chien pour une nuit c’est vraiment exagéré et pas évident à voir lors de la réservation ….bref très très cher 250 us vraiment cela ne vaut pas cela. On a vanté le petit déjeuner qui est bien mais comparable à bien d’autres

I have been staying at this Hotel for several years; I have recently noticed a steady decline in the cleanliness of the rooms. Water-stained glasses, dust on shelves and nightstands. Worn Carpet or loose carpet squares. Shower curtains stained and not properly attached. inconsistent heat and AC controls. Lately (LAST 2 MONTHS) there seems to be a decline in employee attitudes, no longer smiling greeting seems like a matter of fact. Lots of staff changes? The one positive thing I can say, the Breakfast and the Kitchen Staff put out a quality breakfast and evening social. I am always greeted with a smile, the attention to details is top notch. I would like too especially say thank you to the Chef, I believe her name is Malissa. She has consistently greeted every guest with a smile. She makes sure the presentation of the food looks delicious.

Luv2travel025 (10/5): Will always stay here now when in SS - We were originally staying at another hotel in Saratoga Springs that was terrible, and since we were going to be in the area for another week, we needed to find more suitable accommodation. We were so happy to have found this place. We chose the one-room King suite, which was perfect for the length of our stay. It offered plenty of space for the three of us and was the same price as the original hotel we booked. Service: All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and plenty of free parking available. Cleanliness: The entire property was exceptionally clean. The apartment, bathroom, reception area, and communal dining space were always spotless. Bedding: Really comfy bed and pillows and the block out curtains were great. On this 2-month long vacation, it’s been the best sleep I’ve had. Also, our adult son said the pull-out sofa bed was very comfortable. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was consistently delicious, with a good variety, and fresh fruit offered daily. Pim, the main server, was always friendly and incredibly hardworking—constantly cleaning, restocking food and drinks, and greeting guests with a smile. She is truly an asset to this hotel, as was the part-time lady who was there over the weekend. Noise: Considering how long we stayed, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was. Even on weekends when the hotel was full—including a children’s party with lots of young kids—we barely heard any noise inside the suite, aside from the occasional sound in the corridor. We only knew there were guests above us when the plumbing was in use, and even that was minimal. We never heard voices, TV’s or footsteps above (like we did at other hotels). I’m guessing the walls and floors are insulated. It was really great! Shower: hot and good pressure. Location: Close to everything in and around Saratoga Springs Amenities: Best hotel gym so far (1 cable machine, good variety of hand weights, variety of treadmills, stationery bike), Fast Wi-Fi, pool looked very clean, complimentary breakfast, Thursday night mixer (we had bangers and mash, it was good). They also have a shuttle that will take you into town and pick you up. Very convenient. Cons: None! This is where we’ll be staying whenever we’re in this area from now on.

Decent breakfast selection and love that there were "to go" containers so you can take back up to the room food at the complimentary social was pretty bad, but since it was complimentary i really cannot complain. The fake salty chicken and mushy broccoli was really bad, and the salad bar was brown lettuce so i chose not to eat it, but the gesture is appreciated, and others seem to enjoy it

annes946 (10/5): Love it here and keep coming back for more! - This is the 3rd year my family stayed at Homewood Suites in Saratoga Springs for our annual family retreat. And we'll keep returning! This is one of the cleanest, most accommodating, and friendliest hotels I've ever visited. The 2-bedroom/2bath suites are very spacious, with a comfortable living room and well-equipped kitchen. The large living room was spacious enough for the 8 of us to gather in one of the suites for afternoon discussions and to share the evenings together. The huge morning breakfast buffets (at no charge!) were fresh and delicious with a welcoming and helpful staff. Our family enjoyed preparing other meals in our own suite's kitchens and then gathering downstairs in the dining room to share our lunches and dinners. The fitness room and pool were sparkling clean and inviting. The icy sidewalks surrounding the hotel were salted well for safe walks. Couldn't have asked for anything more to enhance our stay!

We have stayed here before at this location and love all there is to do nothing, a quick drive or Uber ride away. The rooms are always clean! Lots of extra space with having a sofa and ottoman where we could sit to watch TV without having to be in bed. We also enjoyed having a spacious kitchen area! They even provide a small desk/dining table and chair with we took advantage of since we both needed to get some work done over the weekend. I love that they separate the toilet area from the vanity area and this make it a more open concept. Everything about the room was perfect! The breakfast buffet, yes please! So many options, the staff were on top of keeping everything stocked! We utilized the gym which was nice to have to help us keep on track. The gym is up with the times, TVs for each piece of equipment! We did not use the pool area but we did walk into the area, clean, tidy and well kept. We love how it faces the court yard area which is super cute by the way! Large sit around fire place, loungers off to the side for the warm days, a grilling area and a basketball court! They have thought of everything. Definitely recommend! Im not sure there is anything to complain about.

Blanket on bed had a dried brownish spot on it so no cleaning bedding, weird smell in room, charges for parking about an hour after I left. Never told of parking charge and the parking lot was not properly cleaned. If you have to pay for parking you should not have to walk through snow banks to get to the sidewalk when getting out of your car.

Hotel charged the credit card on my Hilton honors account for the stay when I had already paid a month in advance through booking.com and had also made other charges that they could not explain on my account when I received my receipt. The hotel told me to call the Hilton 800 number to fix everything when the Hilton rep from corporate advised the issues needed to be handled directly with the hotel. There was a leak in the roof that created a brown waterfall and subsequent puddle next to seating and tablescin the breakfast bar area that was reported but not addressed. The supervisor was loudly complaining about guests at the front desk with other staff. Will never stay at another Hilton hotel.

Sandra (10/5): Great Place! - Room was very spacious for my family. We had a suite with kitchen. We had everything we needed like home. just had to supply food! beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Water pressure in shower was great! My family didn't want to get out! We had no complaints! would have been nice to use the firepit though. we like to sit with fire outside with hot cocoa.

Barry (10/5): 30 minute walk to SPAC - Great location! Perfect place to stay when going to events at SPAC. The noise in the pool area was a bit much. The room produces very loud echoes and the screams of younger guests get amplified to a deafening level.

Kayla (8/5): Will be booking again - The staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the gym & the hot tub. It was very elegant and in a location not far from saratogas best spots. Our shower soaps seemed to be empty upon arrival which unfortunately was big for me because I came to my hotel room straight from working in healthcare. So I was really looking forward to a nice shower. Other than that I will be coming back. Thank you for such a great stay’

Connecticut Kim (9/5): Very nice Saratoga hotel - The king suite we stayed in was very nice. After the lady at the front desk figured out they had confused my booking with someone else, everything went smoothly. The location was very nice and quiet. We loved being next to Treehouse Brewery. The facility was well maintained and the ladies in the breakfast area were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the fact that they switched food items up a bit from day to day. We also liked the extended morning hours to 11:00 on weekends and 10:00 weekdays, which other places we have stayed at do not do. We took advantage of the indoor pool and sauna each day we were there, which we very much enjoyed. They also had a nice fire pit in the courtyard we met some lovely people at, our first day there. There were a few minor things that we wished were different: The bed was less comfortable than we have slept in at other hotels, but the pillows were nice. There was no divider between the bathroom sink area and the bed, so it was difficult not to bother the person already sleeping when trying to get ready for bed. A few hooks in the bathroom area would also be helpful for hanging towels and wet bathing suits on. Sanitizer in the exercise room would have been apprreciated to clean the equipment before and after use. Having a few games to play in the common area would have been an added bonus, especially for the day it rained.

C2680ZMpatriciat (4/5): Shame on your welcoming staff for her lack of courtesy and cleaning staff for their dishonesty. - My husband and I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Saratoga Springs on 9/19-9?22, to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. On Friday 9/19/25 we checked in. The staff who checked us in did not even look up to acknowledge us. I turned and whispered in my husband's ear, "this lady is in the wrong line of business." Another staff was on the telephone and as soon as she finished with her call, she immediately looked at us and greeted us with a very pleasant and welcoming demeanor. The other staff who was checking is in finally looked up and gave what I will refer to as a "fake attempt at a smile." I must state that we felt welcomed by all other staff we came in contact with and the duration of our stay was wonderful. On 9/22/25 we checked out and while driving home I realized that I had forgotten my I-Phone flat charger. I called the hotel and sadly the staff on duty was the one who was not pleasant towards us upon our arrival. I immediately recognized her voice; however, I proceeded to explain about my charger being left in the room. I was very specific that it was left on the nightstand next to the bed (on the left side which is where I slept). I requested having someone go to the room so that the charger could be located. Staff told me that the room had already been cleaned and no charger was reported in the lost and found bin. We had some words, with me being adamant that the charger was left in the room and that I felt the staff was not being accommodating (both at this particular time as well as when we checked in). Staff got upset with me, said the conversation was over, and proceeded to hang up on me. I call and reported this incident to Hilton on 9/22/25 and was assured that the matter will be resolved. No one from the hotel ever contacted me although it was promised several times (when I called Hilton 2-3 times). Finally, on 10/2/25 I called the hotel and was informed that the charger was not found. I was advised to leave my phone number and that they will contact me if it was found. I explained to the person on the phone that if the Item was not found on 9/22/25, how did he (male staff) intend to somehow locate my charger after all this time had pass. This entire incident left a very bad taste in my mouth (to say the least). If the original report was taken seriously and the staff had sent someone to the room upon request, I believe my charger would have been located. Also, the hotel made no attempt to make me the customer feel heard and appreciated. I will never stay at this hotel again. If something as inexpensive as a phone charger is left in the room, presumably found by the cleaning staff, and is not handed in to lost and found, It will not be far-fetched for me to believe that something of greater value will definitely not be handed in. Also, shame on the staff for not letting this customer feel appreciated and heard. The cleaning staff saying that the charger was not found carried more weight than the customer's report of exactly where the item was forgotten. I will never want to stay at a facility where cleaning staff will take a charger or any item(s) left around or behind and not hand in such items.
